@Treacle81 If you like beer, I've found Becks non alcoholic beer is great. You can't taste the difference! Before I got pregnant I also loved a gin and tonic, and have been having lots of the yummy tonic waters with grapefruit or lemon! Obviously it's not quite as good as the real thing, but still tastes like you're having something special! I also love elderflower cordial with sparkling water too!

And @Zaalfruit - oh my word waiting to August... as soon as normal life resumes I’m going to get a new job in tech so we can all have little scan-machine-thing at home, how has no one done this yet?!

@Treacle81, wont help for this weekend, but I bought some Clean Gin (made by Spencer Matthew's from MiC) and it's the closest thing I have found. It's not completely non alcoholic, but it's really close. It actually tastes like gin, whereas I find things like Seedlip so fake that I dont see the point. You need to order it online.
DH has taken to drinking it when he wants a drink but is trying to be good, and has even recommended to his mates that he'll buy it again

@Spark27 this sounds great! I know Gordon's do a virtually alcohol free gin and tonic premixed, which has really good reviews too! Though I think you can only get off Amazon! Xxx

Weird symptom for me this morning is a vibrating sensation in my right boob 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ so strange.

I've just got back from 7k walk so I'm happy with that.
I've been whingey over the past few days, I'm just so nervous over my scan next week but the walk did me good.

I've had a few 0% beers in the garden but I would love a nice cocktail. For some reason I feel like my DH is drinking more than before and it's annoying me slightly, not because I can't but I worry I may need him to drive me places etc and he won't be able to. Maybe I'm just jealous 🤣 he only drinks of a weekend to be fair to him.

My cravings have been fried egg, avo and fried tomatoes on toast, I've ate it everyday this week.

Good luck! ❤️*@Buzz22* Not a happy bunny- found non alcoholic Eden mills gin cans in Aldi there whilst getting food shop, but they wouldn’t let me purchase till after 10! So need to go out again later hoping not as busy- was heaving!! Oh the elderflower cordial sounds fab! I have diluting juice, lemonade and will add fresh raspberries, put in gin glass n hope for the best for now 🤨xx

I’ve only just caught up, works been busy!

My DH has been able to feel kicks 🥰 and baby goes mental when the cat purrs on my belly, I wonder if it can hear it’s new BFF??

I’m loving having a little bump now I’m over 20w.

Very sick of people telling me how ruined my body will be after. 🙄 I have a couple of friends who just do not like me to get excited about any of this??
My best friend has told me she wants to hear absolutely nothing of my pregnancy at all due to a miscarriage last year. I am empathetic to this but it’s like the elephant in the room when she asks what I’m up to. 🙁 I can’t even mention that my scan is next week or whether it’s boy or girl !

Hope everyone else is ok, cannot WAIT til lockdown is over so I can see my parents. Hope you’re all coping ok. Sorry for my sporadic posting!

Another one for team girl here, scan went well and everything seems great which is lovely as id got myself so worked up about it all

@CouscousEvaporator that's a very tricky situation. I can't help but feel she's not doing herself any favours - you're not going to be able to hide the baby once it's here! People get pregnant all the time so as hard as it is she's going to have to learn to deal with talking about pregnancy and babies 😔 Not much you can do though if she's asked you not to!

Oh congrats @booroo that’s 8/3 for the girlies 💕!! @CouscousEvaporator that’s such a shame, sorry to hear your best friend is being that way, that must be v difficult for you xx

I've got a similar situation @CouscousEvaporator. My cousin has had a few MC the last year (she also has a 3yo) and it's really difficult to share stuff. Shes one of my group of close gf and rather than sending group messages I am sending her personal messages to tell her stuff (I was pregnant, gender, etc) Its difficult cos I dont want to leave her out of stuff, but i dont want to share too much in case it upsets her.

Thanks girls x it is tricky as I was there for her when she miscarried and everything, and I still want to be there for her now even though I can’t be really. It’s more denial. For example we have a friends wedding in sept and she is sending dresses she thinks I would look good in, ignoring that I’ll be 36 weeks... just awkward.

Cervix looks good for now. Another cervical length scan booked in 3 weeks. Baby looks great and plenty of fluid....yay!
Said my lack of bump is most likely due to retroverted uterus and my general build as I'm tall.
Consultant was amazing and did a 20 minute tummy scan for me before the internal one. Took photos for DP who obviously couldn't come and had a look at gender. Baby was super wriggly but consultant said shes fairly convinced we are team girl 💕

I have my 20 week scan next Friday so hopefully they will confirm.

Baby's been pretty quiet this morning not surprised she's tired she was somersaulting til 1.30am!!
My MIL has also knitted a pink bonnet with ribbons to tie it it's so adorable! Xx

Fantastic news congratulations for team girls yay. 🎉😊😊 @CouscousEvaporator sounds like a hard situation to be in I was the same with a BFF of mine, she had a sb last year and I don't tell her anything about pregnancy I was worried bout her when I told her I was pregnant. I understand though why you would find it difficult to have a full conversation I am the same bit with my mum cos I have not told her I am pregnant. Enjoy your pregnancy its not going to go away. You have a right to be happy.

Hi ladies I am having a really procrastinated day today, cant motivate for anything! I've ate a tonne and cant really feel baby today, and work is dragging. I just cant wait for the scan and then start thinking of buying a few bits.

Bring on 5pm! We have a long walk booked this weekend to get out a bit and I cant wait
