Oh gosh I messaged earlier but some thing happened !!

@Indigogirl88 do you feel baby more when sitting up or lying down . I don’t ever feeL much - my bump is still so small . I wonder if I will go to big ? I love the big round pregnant belly a they show on tv and films 😂🤣

My eggs craving is insane - fried eggs on brown toast with butter . Been having it every other day , dh isn’t allowed the eggs as the it will run out . @Aquablue1123 I want what you are having now 😂🤣.

@CouscousEvaporator that sounds quite unfair and it’s tough to get the balance right .

@zaalfruit one thing guaranteed to wake my baby up is me working at the desk. It’s like it is squished and trying to kick to make more room.
Or when the cat purrs. That might be my oxytocin rush though 😄

Eggs 🤢 oh god the thought makes me queasy 😂

Congrats @Buzz22 and @booroo 🥰 brilliant news - and yeah something in the water or all the rest of us are having boys! 😄

And I’m definitely team eggs. Along with potatoes, just can’t get enough. But the smell of shepherds pie makes me sick - makes total sense 🙄

My baby only really loves it kicks when I'm laid down usually a night time too! You bump with your first usually starts growing after 20 weeks!
I'm in a maternity dress and maternity leggings today I can't fit into any of my normal clothes!!
DH is making us homemade chicken tikka Madras tonight can't wait! it's times like this when I miss Cobra coz the alcohol free cobra is gross so I guess I'll stick to Fanta!! Xx

Well that theory hasnt worked for me, maybe because I'm small lol and ate so many carbs, but I'm definitely showing already at 19w and have been since about 12w

@Zaalfruit I'm mainly feeling slight flicks in the evening when laying on my right side

I spoke to the doctor who has prescribed me nasal spray yaay! And also did a urine test and I dont have a UTI so I'm glad I got checked I'm so excited as off walking this weekend, just what I need

@Buzz22 glad everything is well with baby. Seems to be lots of girls for this group!

@CouscousEvaporator that’s a really hard situation with your friend. I can understand her feelings but equally does that mean she isn’t going to speak to any friends with children. I don’t really even know what you can say about it.

I feel like my bump seems quite big for 18+2 and being my first baby but I’m very much of the opinion that everyone is different with different bodies. It’s definitely smaller in the morning but as soon as I have a drink it pops out. I’m feeling so full tonight despite not eating much today.

Anyone with young children already - any suggestions on what to get our niece for her birthday this month? She will be one. I’ve tried asking my SIL for suggestions particularly as we don’t want to buy something she already has but she hasn’t got any suggestions!

My DD loved sound books when she was younger and the 'That not my....' touch snd feel books!! Maybe done thing like that? Xx

I had a pizza tonight (Pizza Hut) and ate about half what I usually would and feel so so uncomfortable now, regrets!

Baby is kicking loads now she seems to be more active when I lay down after I've been for a walk went for a walk for 45mins today and I've just laid down!! Plus I'm so hungry think my tummy rumbling is keeping her awake! ! Xx

Ahh I do feel something when lying down . Sometimes has sometimes a weird flicks feeling under my belly button .

Last week from zero to 100. I can see husbands mini roll - I already ate mine !!

I normally feel her lower down I get a funny feeling in my tummy when she moves then I feel like a poke inside and outside of my tummy usually in the middle or just a bit left of the middle quite low down -it does feel like a kick but not a hard one!! xx

I've been lurking away catching up with all your posts! Had my 20week scan yesterday (21 weeks today) and everything looks good with baby and it's definitely a boy! I saw a midwife as i was there and my blood pressure was high. They then kept me on the day assessment unit to monitor it where it went sky high of course . I have a kidney condition and am overweight and the combination can give me high blood pressure so they've given me medication to start and i have to go back Monday to see if it's taking affect or if they need to give me a higher dose!

I started to feel him moving about and kicking a few days ago which is amazing. He's very active and my bump is definitely growing. Off for a long walk today which i can't wait for!

I hope the medication helps your blood pressure. Lovely that you're feeling him move now. I cant wait to feel some movement!

The girls still outnumbering the boys by a long way! I do wonder if everyone waiting for scans is having a boy! Is there anyone here keeping it a surprise? We might have some team...yellow?! 💛

I admit I've done some browsing at girl clothes after yesterdays scan, but feel I shouldn't buy anything till its confirmed at 20 weeks next fri.

Congrats @MsSian93 on the scan - sorry about the blood pressure and hope the medication helps - huge sympathies on the white coat syndrome. And @Buzz22 team yellow is a lovely idea 😊 my other half would like us to keep it a surprise so I’m secretly hoping it might be too obvious to miss 🤞

We're definitely finding out! Still got over 2 weeks to go and hoping baby lets us this time.
We've had 2 boys so im expecting to join team boy!

Not sure if anyone is interested, but theres an online baby show going on this weekend on FB. Its called something like The Baby Show @ Home 16&17 May.
You need to join the group to get access but I've just been approved so hopefully its being monitored today. Think they've got online talks and reviews of products. Not sure of any offers or discounts.
Never tried before so apologies if its rubbish x

19w tomorrow - got my scan on Tuesday I can't decide if I'm more excited or nervous probably the latter!! Xx

I'm also 20 weeks today. Scan on wednesday. Cannot wait.
