@babymama09 standard is no earlier than 16 weeks but it sounds like a lot of people are having them done at their 20 week scans x

Congrats @BecLJ- wow so many girls lol 7/3 now 💕 @BntTowers I’m been getting numbness in hands after showering or bathing, v strange. I’ll mention it too. Oh I’m v moody today just cannot shake it!! xx

@otterbaby thank you, cannot wait to be able to shout what I am having.. Need to find some loft ladders and clear out my loft. Anybody anxious to get busy doing something, I just cannot sit still today, my back is itchy, my feet are itchy.

How does everyone feel about schools being open to younger children, rev, year 1 and yr6 and also nursery.? I have three kids within those ages and I don't think sending younger ones as guinee pigs is a great idea.

@BecLJ how did I miss your message !!! Omgosh another one for team girls !! I know sounds so strange to say a girl 👧🏽 congratulations 🥳 such a clear pic as well . My baby she was moving a lot and we saw hit against the bladder which was agony 🤪.

@BntTowers I do I thought it was cos I was being lazy - I try and massage my hand looking like a fool but it just feels heavy and achy !

@babymama09 yeah I think in my hospital they only do it after 20 weeks and upwards . However see if you can books yours in - my left arm feels dead now.

I ate a bag of haribos and now I feel sick - got a sugar headache - hating my self for eating the sweets .

Does anyone crave anything and what’s the oddest crave that you have ?

I don’t have one crave I have multiple - I went to Tesco this morning and brought random stuff - really craving monster munch and Pom bears and tangy toms . Not sure if the sell Tangy toms anymore !

My mw told me to book my jab at 20 weeks but then my GP called and booked me in at 20 weeks anyway coz I wasn't going to book it til after my scan!
My neighbour and DD's best friend's Mum are also having girls! When I was pregnant with DD almost everyone I knew was having a boy!! Xx

My midwife said whooping cough from 20 weeks and I have to book in with the nurse at the GP.

@BecLJ congratulations on your baby girl, I think it’s good to go back and have another sneak peak!

@Zaalfruit I don’t have any weird cravings, all pretty boring here!

My mum just gave me these, she knitted the turquoise hat and blanket, she’s so clever. We chose the colour wool and she happened to have got the babygrow and it’s matches so well. I’m easily pleased 😄

Congrats @BecLJ - brilliant news ❤️ And that is lots of girls! Still 2 weeks to go til my 20 wk scan, this whole pregnancy deal involves a lot more patience than I’d realised (and it really isn’t my strong suit)!

And shout out to all those with sharing cravings, it’s all about the fried eggs... 😋

Some cherry cola bottles would help massively at the moment I think and a KitKat, but I always want KitKat's when I see them, it's the one thing that I really miss being gluten free.

I always feel like certain foods all the time but when I go shopping I’m never bothered then regret it later on. I’m hungry the most between 5 and dinner but then once I cook I can never eat much.

@LostinAusten2 2 weeks on Monday for me. Totally agree about learning to be patient, guess it’s good practice for becoming a parent!

Hi all!! Just catching up, lovely news on the scans :)
So I think I may be feeling baby move. Feels like tiny bubbles or gentle poking in my lower tummy...have been telling myself it’s just gas, but it’s happened a few times now, trying not to get over excited!

All these cravings sound yum! I ate a whole packet of Pringles earlier so I’m feeling rather ashamed and no matter how much I drink I can still taste the salt, worked out one tube has 6 servings in....oops!

And agreed @LexiM - I think patience and a sense of humour are going to be vital for the duration... Btw your mum’s knitting is beautiful! Such a lovely gift. My little sister’s been sending me parcels of crackers which is so cute - but I might suggest some knitting to her 😄

Just spent the evening building a princess castle for DD out of boxes, loo roll tubes, etc. Its huge. The things you do on lockdown when you cant drink!

I brought 10 packs of haribos - I got colas ones - who wants one 😂🤣 every time I have a few I regret it but then I come back for it .

Ohh I want pringles now . @DollyDaph10 I can’t tell flutters or kicks sometimes I feel like a weird feeling instead me like bubbles going pop pop but I have really bad acid reflux so I get confused. Hoping by 25 weeks we can all feel strong kicks and we all feel a little bit less anxious .

@LexiM your mum is too cute I know my mum wanted to go pushchair shopping with me feel bad if she can’t - might and try purchase that last . I have to buy one for her aswell once baby is a bit bigger as she will help with child care .

@LostinAusten2 such a waiting game and omg patience my next appointment is August 5th and that’s months away ! I am tempted to book a 4d scan - as a surprise for dh birthday feel bad he has missed every single scan - I can tell in his face he is a little disappointed but try’s to hide it.

@LexiM -they're so lovely -my MIL has just sent me a picture of a beautiful pink cardigan and hat she has knitted for my baby - I have no idea how to knit she dies it so quickly too we get jumpers, hats, botties all sorts that she knits!
Harbo's tangfastics -i keep adding them to the shopping list and DH bless him quite often gets me a couple of packets knowing they don't last long and twix bars too I'm not normally a chocolate fan!!
I'm so impatient too I don't want to wish it away but I'd like it to be 24 weeks already just over 5 weeks to go still! Xx

Morning girls! @LexiM talented mother you have, adore that colour! Any of you got any recommendations for any non alcoholic drinks? Really fancy something like that this wknd, water and flavoured water just not doing it for me now lol. Can’t touch fizzy drinks but would murder a fake gin or something similar? xx

I'm leaving for my cervical length scan in half an hour. Feeling really anxious as I have felt no movement and still dont have a bump. I know it's not unusual at this stage but I cant shake the feeling it's something bad like last time.
So glad my scan is first thing. Dont think I could hang around all day feeling like this.
