Hope you don’t mind me joining in again. I’ve been reading and watching the last thread several times a day and feel like I’m on a journey with you all! I’m due first baby on Boxing Day 😁😁😁

Anyone have any bra recommendation for massive boobs? (34G) I’m living in sports bras at the moment and even that is uncomfortable with nips like nails. Riding my horse is dead emotional at the moment due to bouncing bosoms 🤦‍♀️

On a more positive note I’ve booked my first private scan for when I’m around 9 weeks so OH can come along. EXCITING! And obviously nerve wracking all at the same time.

I'm not feeling great ladies. Ive managed to eat (sounds silly as should be a great thing) I've got cramping in my back like period pain. I'm paranoid I've lost my symptoms and I'm gonna come on x

New symptom.... spots.. horrible red things. I usually have beautiful smooth skin.

Eep - just got brown blood when I wiped after going to the loo! Also have mild cramping - do we think there’s any way this doesn’t end badly??

Hey @Nic2908 & @Katbaby sorry about your skin, when one of my friends was pregnant she got really bad acne 😒 the things we have to go through!
We actually told my MIL tonight. It's her birthday and she's been really down as her dad died a few weeks ago. We video called her and towards the end we said "oh there's one more present we need to give you, it's one that money can't buy etc" and showed her a test. She cried so much it was really sweet, she is so happy as first time grandma. She is sworn to secrecy though. Not going to tell any of my family yet as only my sister is in this country so don't speak to them that often.
I do feel apprehensive in case things turn out badly at the scan but thought she'd be sensitive if everything isn't ok. Makes it feel much more real now!!

@curiousfruit I had this in my last pregnancy when I was around 9 weeks. Had a scan at EPAU and they couldn't find a cause for it so it's not always bad. I think brown blood means it's old blood

My new symptom today is being full of a cold 😭 I thought I'd bypassed this one. I am so looking forward to doing absolutely nothing this weekend I feel shattered.

Has anyone had any negative reactions from doctors so far? I called my GP yesterday and he said 'wow, not great timing'! How rude!

@cgirl16 oh no change you'd get me out in this weather it's chucking it down and so windy it's like winter again here.

Omg no that's awful, mine even called me back as I needed to check I could take one of my inhalers still and congratulated me again :(

Tbh for me it is great timing- I don't have to lie to people about going out I can sit around feeling ill I'm loving lockdown for that reason x

@Jasminex1 & @Natt99 didn't hear anything yesterday from the midwives, thank you for your advice and for sharing your experiences! I will call them first thing this morning!

How are everyone? I woke up at 4.30am and could not get back to sleep, don't feel pregnant at all today, really worried something has gone wrong! Boobs seem nearly normal after a few days of them feeling really heavy and achy.

But assuming everything is okay, my pregnancy app turned to 6 weeks today and the little elf got an eye - that was exciting. What apps are everyone using?

@cgirl16 I think a lot of people will be embracing this opportunity to get pregnant! baby boom on the horizon for sure, but really strange comment from the GP!

@Rnic1x Totally agree it is amazing not having to pretend drink! Works brilliantly over zoom chats, had a nice glass of 0.0% red wine whilst playing board games with my friends last night!

@SwedishAnna isn't it great. My app turned to 6 weeks today too I'd made me happy waking up. I use the pregnancy+ and Emma's diary one love having my weekly updates of how Baba is doing.
I wish my boobs weren't hurting, anybody know if pregnancy pillows support your boobs? I keep lying on them (whilst I'm asleep) and waking up in more pain x

How are you today? I'm feeling a little less confident in this pregnancy this morning. Boobs are less sore and a little anxious something may have gone wrong.

@december2020 it appears you and I are in the same boat today! Feeling exactly the same. Maybe we can say that the anxiety is a mood swing which in itself is a pregnancy symptom? I just want to fast forward to when I've had the scan!

Has anyone else been stressed generally? Not sure if it’s a symptom or just I actually have too much to do at work!

I’m 5+1 today and only real symptoms are sore boobs, feeling a bit hot and cold, and I’m definitely already peeing more often!

Last night I took an antihistamine without thinking to check the packet - it’s hard to remember that you need to double check everything now!

Our pregnancy journal arrived - looking forward to filling it in!

@SwedishAnna and @december2020 try not to worry, I felt exactly the same on Tuesday then got a bumper day of queasiness yesterday to make up for it!

Hope you all had a good night? Jordan finished work early due to the rain so we ended up watching 5 episodes of gangs of London so that was nice.
I can't remember who said about spots but my skin is awful!! I do suffer with breakouts but this is all on my jaw line it's horrid.
I've got cramps this morning, mild but there. No change for me with nausea etc.

Sorry for you @SwedishAnna and @december2020 .. they do say symptoms come and go and that symptoms don't determine how strong your pregnancy is so don't panic. Take it day by day. Brown spotting is old blood so could be caused by movement in your uterus that's just dropping old blood? Try not to panic. And don't google!! 🙈 xxx

@djmbaker I've got two massive spots on my chin, I never get spots; hope that symptom doesn't last!

@showmethegin pregnancy acne is a thing isn't it!! Hope it doesn't progress to that 🙈🙈
