So I obviously missed the 1st thread.
Hope everyone is doing ok.

I already have a DD who is 2.5 years old. Any one else? I feel really guilty that she won't have my full attention anymore.

@dixiedo I told my mum over WhatsApp and I feel guilty now for robbing her of the surprise 😂😂😂 I said when we get a scan photo I'll make a big deal of that for her.

We haven't told my partners family yet though so could do a surprise there I guess.

Bless you with the emotions!! I'm an emotional wreck at the moment.. crying at every damn thing! It was the Kardashian's yesterday 🤦🏻‍♀️

@Katbaby the only time I'm not feeling sick is when I'm eating. I've had a carb feast today! 🤢 the thought of what I've eaten makes me sick. I e done the same as you, sofa day. I've washed my hair but not dried it. My partner has come home early from work with the rain so we are just going to start a box set and chill. Maybe eat some more pasta 🤷🏻‍♀️ who knows... how's your back?? Has your pregnancy pillow come??

My day has been ok. I've found it super hard to get motivated and focus on work as my mind is elsewhere completely. Need to get my thumb out!

Now I'm just cold and tired. I last 20mins and then I think I'll take the dog for a walk and run myself a hot bath with an (alcohol free) G&T.

What does everyone else have planned this evening?

@Rnic1x probs tell them if we go for the early scan.

I feel like if we wait the three months to safe week then our parents will be annoyed for keeping it secret that long. I'm sure they won't but three months is a long time to keep it from them. DP is close to his mum too - not in an overbearing evil mother in law way either she's genuinely lovely and I hate the thought of her being a bit gutted. I also don't want to tell her and (touch wood it won't) something happens and have her be gutted.

Hard one.

This evening... I'll try and find something I can actually eat that aren't crisps and maybe eat some more. I'm starving today !!
I need a new series to start too ? Any recommendations xxxx

@dixiedo what things are you into. I loved good girls on Netflix. Only 2 seasons but I think there's 13 in each an hour long each

@djmbaker well I managed to eat a meal that wasn't a pile of ginger biscuits, can't beat a good spag bol with loads of cheese on!
Yeah my back pain is there still but it's more niggly and annoying than painful. Pillow coming tomorrow or Friday can't wait ahha!

@december2020 so are baths okay? I'm dead nervous about having too hot of a bath and overheating lol.

@dixiedo netflix series ive enjoyed are the sinner, dead to me, afterlife (if you like a cry) and omg pure trash but 'yummy mummies' was addicted to that when we were trying

@Katbaby I've been thinking of getting a letter board too!!! Did you use amazon? From
What I e understood baths are ok as long as they're not super super hot (I probably should get a thermometer in the bath today.....). But if they're a good temperature etc they can ease any cramps and pains etc. So I think like with most things it's fine within reason.

@dixiedo what type of stuff do you like! Second yummy mummies for utter trash! It's great! Currently watching the ranch and loved schitt's creek.

@dixiedo have you seen the act on hula? It's fab I finished it last night, or ozark, or gangs of London all great atm xx

I'm thinking of getting a pillow, I cannot get comfy .. my boobs kill on my side.. obviously your not supposed to lie on your back eventually so I'm training myself now.

My energy level is at an all time low, I can't get the energy to do anything. Really hope that changes soon! 😩

I did the tiniest amount of work today, other than that I have mostly been under a blanket on the sofa like the rest of you! I've been rewatching old episodes of doctor who haha!

I also want comfy trousers, I'm tempted to buy maternity leggings already, is it too soon?! Everything cuts in!!

My diet has been pure carbs too; melba toast, bread and butter, sweet potato and a cuppa soup... Desperately want to be able to stomach a proper vegetable, or at least some fruit! Worried I'll turn into a slice of bread at this rate!

@Marshmallow1102 I've been looking at the maternity leggings Millie Macintosh has recommended.. they are about £40 but look really lovely.

I'm waiting until at least my early scan and then as long as that's positive I will probably buy some as I am so bloated already 😩

@djmbaker I'm thinking of just buying cheapie ones from asos or something to tide me over. I wake up fine, but by midday nothing fits!

I follow the yummy mummies girls on insta (I know how bad) and Rachel had put a post on asking opinions of people if they wanted a 3rd series I'm soooo hoping they do, I've already watched both seasons twice. Need more baby related stuff to watch. I've started re watching all the one born every minutes on all4 as well. Gives me the fear a bit though 🤣🤣

@djmbaker my energy is nil I almost cried today just from being tired. Can't deal. I'm fed up of sitting on the sofa but don't have energy to do anything else

Guess who just managed to eat a quarter of a dry salad?! I did! Impressive or what! (Have sent DP to shop for crisps though)

I've just dried myself after a bath and honestly thought my nipples had fallen off they were that painful!!! How is it possible for them to be that sore? If there this sore no absolutely no change I'll be breastfeeding I'm in agony! They feel even heavier than ever today... After a relaxing night and gelling my nails I am ready for bed at 8pm 🤦🏻‍♀️ absolutely living the rock and roll life x

Well we took the dog out a little earlier and its wiped me out. I love how before I was pregnant (and before lockdown) I was like ohh yeah ill do my 7am gym classes every day before work still I want to stay super fit and toned in pregnancy.

My little sister (she's 12) brought me some lemon drizzle cake round before and left it on my door step, demolished 3 bits cause I'm being a fat pig when my nausea is gone - I binge🤦🏻‍♀️

@Rnic1x I'm planning on making a carrot cake tray bake tomorrow ill end up eating it before I can dish it out to people.

I definitely owe my mum some as she gave me lots of the ingredients that I couldn't get on my click and collect!

@katbaby ohhhh I absolutely love carrot cake. It's my mams fave I made it for her birthday 2 weeks ago and had to make double 🤦🏻‍♀️ it's too moreish.
