I woke up dry heaving again. Lovely.
Had some overnight oats and ate them veerryy slowly and cautiously but they seem to have helped. Sickness when your hungry is the worst!

Morning all!!

I've decided Pregnancy and toddlers don't mix - DS1 woke at 10:30pm and wouldn't sleep until 2:30am ... I was shattered at 8:30pm and wanted to go to bed but stayed up until 10pm to spend time with DS.

Today I'm working (from home) so will pretty much be a zombie!!!

Morning girlies,

Well.. I don't feel any better this morning. I've got to find a way to tackle this nausea.. The thought of eating makes me feel worse so I'm basically force feeding myself 🤢🤢

Rich tea biscuits are okay though.. going to try some toast now.

It's hit a whole new level the last few days! Wowweee.. my midwife keeps laughing as when I was pregnant last year I had minimal sickness and I kept saying how I wanted it.. well, I sure got my wish 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

How is everyone today?? Any remedies for sickness you've found?? xx

Morning everyone, nausea is back, the thought of food makes me Bork 🙈 just ordered some travel sickness bands I'll see if the help at all 😓 I'm going to tell my boss this week, I'm working 7 days a week due to how mental work is atm but it's draining me so much. She's a good friend so I know shell be so happy for me, but she'll also keep it to herself 😂 hospital appointment today so let's see what that brings, the thought of having to do my hair make up and wear actual outside clothes isn't great 🤦🏻‍♀️

@djmbaker I've found cashew nuts (or I guess any type will do) are helping my nausea. I feel sick when I'm hungry, so I just try and eat one every 10-15 mins until I start to feel better.

I'm also swearing by fizzy water too, my nausea is always combined with heartburn and (as disgusting as this makes me sound) fizzy water/pop makes me burp more which seems to help shift it after a while.

I also tried ginger ale for a while as I heard that was meant to help, but then it started making me feel sick thinking about the taste of it after a while!

Good morning ladies. I was supposed to have a hospital appointment next Tuesday, I had one last Tuesday due to some bleeding and the couldn't see a heartbeat but thought maybe because it was too early. The hospital have just asked if I can go in today insteaf, I jumped at the chance to get answers sooner but now I am feeling so nervous. I am hoping for the best but I think deep down I think I am going to get bad news 😞

Oh god just had full on bile sick as hadn’t eaten anything, it was horrendous 🤢 going to have to start forcing myself to eat first thing as can’t do that everyday 😰

So far I’m still not feeling nauseous- I’m 5+6. Only real symptom is sore boobs and occasional cramps. Appetite still good! I went on a run this morning and it was definitely harder than normal though! Am very busy at work (and finding the clients very very frustrating) so that’s probably helping distract me!

TMI WARNING I'm feeling so grotty today having near enough diarrhoea every morning and it's wiping me clean of any energy.

Need to pull myself together and walk the dog but just got no go in me.

@CooperLooper hey! Lovely to here from you. Thanks for finding me! So pleased all okay at your scan 💗 how is your ankle now? I'm 6+2 now, still no major symptoms, just tingly nipples and bloating. Had a bit of a panic yesterday as had some spotting, but was brown not red and only when wiping. No cramps or clots or anything, so I'm really hoping it was nothing to worry about. Nothing so far today. I've read some spotting can be common, but as I've never been pregnant before, there's certainly lots to worry about it! How have you been feeling? Any symptoms?

Sorry to hear others are suffering with sickness ☹️ I've heard ginger tea can help sometimes? I'm getting frustrated as feel like everything is going so slowly. Where I live, you can't refer to midwife until at least 6 weeks, so goodness knows when I'll get my booking in appt/call.

@katbaby awww no I'm sorry your still feeling like that. I wish I was tbh I'm struggling to go to the toliet so much it's hurting everytime I try 😭😭😭 I'm normally pretty bad anyway only go about once a week I know that's bad 🙈 it's just taken me all the energy I have to get ready today. Dp won't know who I am when he sees me with make up on 😂

@Rnic1x crazy how opposite we are. I've always been a 1-2 times a day regular anyways so it's just like that x10 🙃

Once a week normally omg I dunno how you deal with that! I panic if I go a day without haha.

I need to get ready to take the dog out but it's took all my energy to get out of bed and come downstairs ☹️.

Will wait for my delivery as its due between 11-1 before I go on a walk now. Ordered a pregnancy book for me and one for jordan cant wait for them to get here!

Morning ladies,
Been battling nausea still last 24hrs. Slept a lot better last night. We ended up going for some walks at like 9pm which helped.
Managed to book an early scan for a week today. Excited but nervous.
Did any of you ladies who've had yours freak out? And was yours transvaginal?

Got my first midwife phone call May 22nd and then official hospital scan June 12th 🤞🤞

Anyone else having to stop themselves tearing every few days to make sure they are still pregnant 😩🙈

@Elmlee My private scan is a week today! How far will you be? I will be 8+2 from conception I think

@PocoyoandEllie I'll be 7+4 according to LMP. Hopefully they will give me some more info when I go. This scan is a private early scan.

@Rnic1x my appointments are though NHS. I contacted them the day after I found out. After getting 2 more positive tests and one with 2-weeks on. I called my GP and was given the numbers for local hospital. She sent the letters out the next day. Also in regular text contact with the MW attached to my GP 😊😊

Haha no @Rnic1x I finally knocked the testing on the head after getting my 3+ last wednesday. I did 10 tests all in all over the space of 12 days haha.

I AM SO TIRED!! feel like such a slob laid in front of TV but just no energy to move or do anything. Finding being home off work an absolute godsend right now don't know how Id have coped getting up and going to work everyday

Just got a call from the midwife 😊 we've arranged the booking in appt over the phone for next week. She says bloods etc will be done at the 12 week scan. Feeling more real now!

@Katbaby I know what you mean, I am shattered all day. Decided to do a few jobs this morning but I'm now on the sofa battling the sickness 🤢🤢🤢🤢

I literally couldn't be more relieved that I'm pregnant at this time, I am never sick so my clients would know straight away but I don't think I'd be able to get up and go.. I have never felt so sick in my life 😩😩

@Elmlee I had the shakes going into my scan yesterday, I couldn't keep my legs still. I just had mine done on my tummy they didn't have to go up thankfully, it hurt though!! I felt so bruised yesterday afternoon but apparently that's normal and probably because I have this cyst so they had to try and measure that etc. It's the wait from them starting the scan to telling you it's all ok.. it feels like ages!

I've not had my midwife appointment yet, I probably should now just keep putting it off 🤦🏻‍♀️

Just got back from hospital appointment absolute nightmare!!! The appointment itself went fine however whilst in the waiting room a girl I know and I'm friends with not close or anything walked in, she has the biggest mouth going and I have no hope she'll keep it to herself, I didn't speak I had my head down on phone anyway but she'll know it was me... Dp said just to leave it and hope she doesn't say anything 🙈 we try so hard to keep it from people... I live in a small town most people know everyone 😂

@djmbaker mines not super bad its just underlying all day long and just know I need to nibble on stuff but don't know what. I look ill im that tired. Just video called my sister and she was saying what's wrong with you??? I said Ive not been sleeping well.

@Rnic1x oh I'm expecting something similar on Thursday!! One of the lads who Jordan works with their wife is a receptionist at my doctors so can just guarantee she will be the one to check me in haha

Back from my scan and there was a heatbeat!!!! I'm so relieved, she said there looked like there was possibly a bruise in my womb which could have caused the bleeding. Thanks for all the well wishes, I can start to relax and enjoy the nausea and tiredness now 😂

My midwife has given me some anti sickness bands to try.. I am hoping they work 🤢🤢🤢
