Hey everyone!

Little bubba due 1st Jan - its my 3rd time and the last was a section so will no doubt be offered another.

Given they are usually at 39w and that will be Xmas, anyone know if they will do it before or after?

Booking in is 11th May - I will be 6w - I've opted for a phone appointment and will just go in for bloods and height/weight.

Anyone else due 1st Jan?

@Rnic1 I'm glad I'm not the only one, I feel awful with how I look but I just don't have the energy or will power to do anything about it, hair and make up just seems so pointless at the moment. I saw myself in a work video call earlier and was absolutely disgusted 😂

@YahBasic who did you call? Sorry for being a bit dim but its my first pregnancy and I have no idea what I'm doing 😅

@ssammy yeah your not alone, if I'm not in pjs I'm in joggers looking like a chav all day how dp still finds me attractive with my hair in the messiest bun going I'll never know 😂

Haha same, don’t worry - I had to send a self-referral form to the hospital and a week or so later, I got a text from the midwife asking me to call my gp to book myself in for an appointment.

My doctors surgery has a separate pregnancy information page on their website detailing what I needed to do, yours may have the same.

I know I am relieved my nips are sore 🤣🤣 don't really notice unless I graze them tho or I'm in the shower

I keep getting shooting pains through my nips, the joy of pregnancy! I'm about to make pasta, the first thing I've fancied eating in days, fingers crossed I can stomach it once it's done!

@showmethegin I've had random shooting pains down my boob most commonly in the mornings! I've never been so obsessed with the things my body is doing

@Rnic1x 💯! Kill them with kindness for sure! Then if they ever complain all they have is how nice you are! But I feel the same with my SIL - we get the same types of comments and whatnot. But for some reason it's just escalated into this passive tension (where she even unfollowed me on social media, even though we don't really speak nor do we fight 😂) hopefully we'll get back on track one day.

@Katbaby ended up making a random smoothie where all the ratios were off so it wasn't as good as it was supposed to be 😂 better luck tomorrow haha!

Feeling a bit hit and miss today with symptoms. I don't know where to worry or just embrace. It's like they're sort of there but then I lose them for a bit and then I find them again for a couple of hours. So weird!

How's the evening looking for everyone? DH has come off his night shifts today so we're going to have a movie night.

Ladies, I've really worried myself. I took another pregnancy test today. I've been taking them every 4 days or so just to see line progression. The last two (before today's) showed that the control line was getting lighter- dye stealers! This made me really happy because it never happened with my last pregnancy, which ended at 6+5 in February.

But looking at today's test, the control line is obviously darker than the previous two. Now I'm so worried my hcg levels are going down and I'll miscarry again.
I've got an early scan on Sunday but it seems ages away. I showed DH but he just said 'well, you'll find out on Sunday '. His lack of worry/concern really annoyed me .
Still have all symptoms. Am I just being paranoid?

@december2020 better luck tomorrow for your smoothie! Think I'm gonna make some overnight oats tonight for my breakfast tomorrow.

I seem to feel best in the evenings feel rough all day then feel better after a bit of tea.
Afternoons are the worst for sickliness. Got the closest to physical sickness today retching into the toilet.

@snapper81 there's so many variables with tests especially IC try not to read too much into it. It's still a lovely strong line and could have been less dye in test, more dilute urine etc. As much as you feel fobbed off by hubby the only reliable source of checking baby is the scan. Try to keep busy will be thinking of you🤞🤞

@Snapper81 are you worried about the control line ? If it's getting lighter it's a good sign, it means a strong pregnancy x

@Snapper81 sorry just read your post again 🤦🏻‍♀️but those tests lines are lovely and strong, the test line is the most important thing try not to worry although easier said than done x

@ElectricTonight thanks lovely. I'll try to just keep busy till Sunday. I'm taking it out on hubby but cant help it. Off to bed for an early night!

Goodnight everyone. I've took myself off to bed. Violently sick (can't get it out of my nose.) I was prescribed new antibiotics today for the lingering UTI so unsure if it's them or the pregnancy. 😔

Hi @showmethegin ! Mine is the day before, Thursday 14th. I’m absolutely terrified. Fingers crossed I can relax a little when I hear the heartbeat. Was planning on doing Christmas dinner again... think I’ll have to give it a miss this year!

@djmbaker I've had a little bit but brought it up. I'm hoping it's the antibiotics and not here to stay long term.

I suppose I was moaning my symptoms had disappeared 😅 I've now convinced myself and DP that we're having twins !!!! Xxxxxx

Morning beautiful ladies. I'm just jumping into bed after my night shift. Super tired, but didnt remotely feel sick all night just aches and pains. How was your mondays guys? Who's next for a scan of their little blueberry?

Hi all. Hows everyone feeling?
I woke up this morning with fewer symptoms and along with the test I took yesterday, I decided to move my early scan to today. I've managed to get an appointment for 11.30am. I've just got a really horrible, anxious feeling and I just couldnt carry on feeling like this until Sunday when I was meant to have my scan.

@djmbaker oh that sounds horrible I hope you are much better today!

I woke up and decided to poas, I feel anxious and worried too, I'm worried about an ectopic, two days ago I had spotting, not a lot and it's stopped now so that's one good thing but I keep getting a sharp pain in my right ovary area.. it could be a digestion issue couldn't it I'm hoping anyway, now I don't know if I'm feeling nauseous from the hormones or the worry!
