@AnxiousLady1 really pleased it all went all, I was also very positively surprised with window to the womb.

@Anon87 @holypoop hopefully nothing to worry about and you get good news soon!

Pippop21 · 27/03/2020 08:56

Whats everyone symptoms at 5+2 i have slight sore boobs, peeing a little more and a tiny bit of sickness but nothing to wrote home about! This always concerns me 😭😭

jeleigh · 27/03/2020 09:09

Hi everyone, just jumping in late here.
I’m currently 8+2 and due around 5th November with #1 after a early MC in Jan.
I had my booking appointment over the phone yesterday, bloods etc getting taken on Monday. Has anyone been told what the situation is for people coming with you to a 12 week scan yet? I know it’ll be a month away yet for me, but I cancelled my private one due to my DH not being allowed in with me. Me and DH live apart so I would hate for him to miss it but it’s looking like nothings going to settle by then.

Stay safe ladies x

SqidgeBum · 27/03/2020 09:20

@jeleigh I am 7+6 and have been told DH wont be able to come in with me at the 12 week scan. It seems like that will be standard in all places from what others have said on here unfortunately.

cmosh · 27/03/2020 09:44

I've also had dark brown spotting and cramps the last two days. I'm 8+2. Just spoke to the EPU and they won't see me unless cramps and bleeding gets worse. Said usually they'd see me for a scan but with COVID they are avoiding people in the hospital at all costs. Said if it gets worse to call the ward and if it stays the same this weekend then to call them on Monday. I understand the current situation but I had an early scan booked privately which has also been cancelled so no chance of just bringing that forward either.
Feeling a little lost. Pregnancy symptoms have all but disappeared apart from the exhaustion.

holypoop · 27/03/2020 10:27

I've just got back from the EPU, interuterine gestation sac measures 4mmX5mmX5mm with no free fluid and nothing seen inside. He said it maybe too early to see anything and its currently 50/50. He's booked me in for another scan in 2 weeks.
I believe I've had a spontaneous miscarriage if I'm honest with myself. I'm absolutely gutted. X

Pink15 · 27/03/2020 10:31

@holypoop sorry to hear that :( look after yourself for the next 2 weeks - you never know!

Anon87 · 27/03/2020 10:42

@holypoop 🤞🏻 for you xx

They've booked me in for 11.15 today.

RebeccaSmith · 27/03/2020 10:46

Hi everybody, I'm 6 weeks +4 today with my first baby. So far no real symptoms - just bloating and very sore nipples, and sometimes feel like my sense of smell is much stronger than before. I am feeling a little bit nauseous today for the first time.
My booking in was April 6th but has been cancelled and will now be a phone call instead. It all feels a bit daunting at the moment, I guess because I don't really feel all that different it's hard to believe it's really happening! Looking forward to chatting to people in a similar position!

Wise0wl · 27/03/2020 10:47

@holypoop - I'm so sorry. thinking of you, and have everything crossed.

@cmosh I've had a fair amount of brown spotting, I've got a private scan later on today because the EPU wouldn't see me. Some places are still open, so it's worth looking!

ParisInTheSpringtime · 27/03/2020 10:54

@holypoop so sorry to hear that. I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Welcome @RebeccaSmith and congrats!

I haven't heard whether my booking appointment will be by phone yet. It is 11 April (I was meant to be away on holiday at the moment) so maybe they haven't got round to letting me know yet.

Is anyone else with Chelsea and Westminster?

HarrietM87 · 27/03/2020 10:56

Stilllll haven’t heard back on my booking appt...I’m 7+2 today. Might try give them a call later. I’m east London @ParisInTheSpringtime but my friend had a great experience at Chelsea

Sakura54 · 27/03/2020 11:11

@ParisInTheSpringtime the hospital didn’t call me until I was practically there. I missed the call and it wasn’t until I was in the appt that they told me it was supposed to be by phone! Dumb, they should have told me in advance. I think it’s better to go in anyway to get your health check done and maternity book.
@HarrietM87 E. London here too.

HarrietM87 · 27/03/2020 11:14

@Sakura54 which hospital? I’ll be at homerton again - had great experience there last time.

Hancock2020 · 27/03/2020 11:17

@FuzzyGoose same date as me Grin

Sakura54 · 27/03/2020 11:28

@harrietm87 I had my 1st at my local, Queens, but this time for convenience, I’m going to my parents’ local, Newham (where I was born). Not great, but would make my life easier as we will be staying with them nearer to the birth.

Pippop21 · 27/03/2020 11:32

Anyone????

somegoodnewsforonce · 27/03/2020 11:34

Whats everyone symptoms at 5+2 i have slight sore boobs, peeing a little more and a tiny bit of sickness but nothing to wrote home about! This always concerns me 😭😭

@Pippop21 I'm 5+2, I'm a bit constipated Blush little bit of nausea this morning.
With my son I didn't have many symptoms until around 6 weeks when the proper nausea started.

Pippop21 · 27/03/2020 11:37

@somegoodnewsforonce im yawning but not tired as such,

somegoodnewsforonce · 27/03/2020 11:40

@Pippop21 yawning could be low iron. Are you taking a pregnancy supplement that includes iron?

cmosh · 27/03/2020 11:46

@Wise0wl I've checked and no private scans near me that are open. I think I'll have to Han GB it out for the weekend and see how I go. Taking comfort in the fact my sister has a full on bleed and bad cramps early in her last pregnancy and that little munchkin is now 3 years old.

Let us know how you get on with your scan?! Keeping everything crossed for you x

ParisInTheSpringtime · 27/03/2020 11:52

@Pippop21 I have no symptoms whatsoever.

Sakura54 · 27/03/2020 12:22

@Pippop21 if u actually read this thread, you will see that we talk about symptoms all the time. That’s probably why no one answered. Some have none and others have every single symptom.

Pippop21 · 27/03/2020 12:22

Yes im taking the pregnacare conceive vits as i have loads left and have been told theyre safe to continue with until i have used up whats left Xxx

Pippop21 · 27/03/2020 12:27

@Sakura54 i have read but i'd be here for ever shivving through every single comment on here and i was asking a specific question to symptoms during the 5th week due to of having 2 consecutive miscarriages and having anxiety.
But thanks for your unhelpful comment....im obviously aware symptoms differ from person to person/pregnancy to pregnancy im bot a total moron!!!! If u have no constructive input then dont comment back! I was just looking for a bit of reassurance!
