Carrying on our discussion and hopefully having less of the nausea, morning sickness and sore boobs as the thread progresses!

My fertility centre wouldn’t take me for blood test or scan today coz I was coughing yesterday even if I am already fine today. They asked me to self isolate for 7 days. If my bleeding continues, the only place I can go is A&E. I am terrified now having no solution but wait 😭

Thank you @HarrietM87 and @ParisInTheSpringtime! Much appreciated. I'll aim for mid week next week to try and give myself as long as possible!

I have a private scan booked in for tomorrow afternoon - I should be 7+3. Will be going on my own which is a bit scary/disappointing but DH will need to stay home with DD now as the activity she normally would be doing on a Sat afternoon is cancelled.

@carrot88 tbh the booking appt isn’t very exciting anyway and they don’t examine you physically so don’t feel you’re missing out! I’d be happy to do mine over the phone to save having to travel there (I’m in London and don’t drive so would have to go by public transport) so actually hope mine do the same.

Oh that’s awful @Luckyhuman2020. Are you still bleeding? Have you tried speaking to the EPU or your gp instead?

How you getting on?
Feeling a little bit anxious about everything and trying to remain positive and not let it ruin what should, normally, be a really exciting time.
I am waking at 4am every morning don't know why but it's pissing me off. Don't actually feel tired through the day but then by 8pm I can't keep my eyes open! I must be a barrel of laughs to be around 😂
"Period" pain is daily and is mainly around my lower abdomen with a bit of "pressure" on my foof. Guessing all is completely normal, no spotting and no appetite so just eating small portions at meal times and trying to make a point of having a piece of fruit through the day too. Guess the appetite will come back with a vengeance when ready.

@TangBloodyFastic I'm 7wks today and I find myself completely ravenous all the time. If I don't feed myself quick enough, that's when the nausea gets worse. Last time I struggled more with my appetite at this stage and went off a lot of foods.

Also starting to question whether the Pregnacare is doing funny things to my CM or I'm just not drinking enough water.

I recalled doctors about midwife booking appointment and finally wasn't told to call back after im 8 weeks

6 weeks today and appointment 15th April!
Glad i have private scan before to put my mind at ease :)

@TangBloodyFastic poor you waking up at 4am, I'm waking up before 6am and thought that was bad enough!

I've booked a private scan for next Fri - they initially said I needed to be 7 weeks but the GP advised me to go for next week. I'll be 6+6 by then so hopefully that's close enough.

@ACatCalledLola I called EPU and the nurse just told me if my bleeding continues I should go to A&E or the EPU that is still open, otherwise I just need to closely monitor it. I can only wait now. Will do a text myself tomorrow morning and see if the strip is still clear. Fingers crossed

@TangBloodyFastic snap!! Im also wakening up around 4am. Driving me nuts. I actually got up this morning and went to Asda for it opening at 6am. I was so shocked to see an already established queue of people who certainly were not in the vulnerable category!

I usually get up at 5.20am and have been sleeping in 😬 on the plus side, I am sleeping very deeply at the moment which is not normally the case.

@carrot88 my booking appt is next week too...but at the hospital. For high risk pregnancies, there’s probably no choice but to go to the hospital every time. I would rather speak to them over the phone for the booking though!

I got my BFP last Sunday I am now 5 weeks, and I am a nervous wreck, Brent tying to conceive for 2.5years and just couldn't believe I could be pregnant!!! I am due November 20th. But the anxiety and nerves are so bad, I feel that I'm constantly googling everything and I'm also plus size so feel so blah! I have sore boobs, wafts of nausea and my sense of smell is now amazing!!

Got my booking appointment on Wednesday as 'on paper' I will be 8 weeks on Monday but I think I'm closer to 6 in reality due to my irregular cycles. Then private scan 2 weeks today
My work is also closed for 2 weeks now and it's not possible for me to work from home so have 2 paid weeks off, I'm so pleased I can hopefully relax a little as feel I've been worried about everything going on at the minute. Though I'll probably be going crazy just me and the dog stuck in the house! Will get out for walks when we can somewhere quiet x

Hi! Can I join too? Got BFP last Thursday, I think I'm 5 weeks today. Feeling very very anxious as TTC for a year and this was our first clomid cycle. Can't seem to get hold of the fertility clinic to tell them, so no idea if they will offer early scan or not! Is anyone else a clomid BFP?

Hey ladies, well I've had a proper bad day and need to vent as I've not told a soul my current situation.
I'm recently single and was having a thing with the father which I never expected to fall pregnant, I was on the pill but somehow I've fell pregnant.

Well, I told him on Wednesday evening I was pregnant which he went quiet and didn't want to talk about it but today I messaged him to say I'm not going to terminate and now he's completely changed as a person I thought he was.
Im now the most selfish woman he met and I've ruined his life and career, telling me to terminate but I don't want to and neither do I want to be force into a termination. He making me feel like the worst person ever. 😭

@Sakura54 @HarrietM87 I think it's just as it's the first actual thing I'm doing and it's my first baby - I'm sure it would of been a massive anti climax anyway as everyone says the booking in appointment is really dull!! It's absolutely the right thing for them to switch to phone appointments for low risk pregnancies - just don't think I'll actually feel pregnant till I've seen that heartbeat at my 12 week scan!

@Audio30 congratulations! This pregnancy isn't a clomid one for me but my eldest son was a clomid baby! I had awful mood swings on that drug but it was so worth it!

@hollypoop do not let him force you into anything! If you dont want to terminate, then that's the decision made. He was equal in making this baby. This isnt your fault. Although from what he has said I doubt he will be the most reliable father, so you may have to accept that you will be doing this without him. That's very tough
But do not just do what he says because he is emotionally manipulating and emotionally abusing you. This decision is for you.

You poor thing. My heart goes out to you.

@SqidgeBum thank you, I'm definitely not going to terminate or be forced into one. I know times are going to be tough but hopefully once the peanut is born all the stress would of been worth it.
I've never imagined I'd be a single parent, this absolutely surreal to me, I don't think it's actually hit me properly yet. The following is his last message to me and even had the audacity to put kisses at the end!

How about you fuck it off and we can carry on our normal lives without a fucking problem for both of us in our careers and life! XX

@NoseringGirl I know right! That drug is the worst! I turned into a total crazy person (fingers crossed I never have to take it again!).

@holypoop I'm so sorry, what an awful situation! He sounds really nasty 🙁

hi @TangBloodyFastic I had the same for a week or so, very awake by 4/5am and fast asleep before 9pm. Glad this is gone.
