Hi lovely ladies! So glad I found you all again (even though I didn't say too much), I wondered where you had all gone 😂! Hope everyone is doing well! I'm coming up to week ten and feeling so exhausted... I'm fine at work but go to bed super early now 7.30-8pm, when I used to be a night owl! Boobs are also getting sore!! Though the nausea isn't so bad anymore! Still craving carbs and cheese 🧀 xxx

I've had a bit of brownish blood in cm this evening. I know it's suppose to be normal, but it's really hard to think that way when your cramping a bit and have that. I'm so paranoid about it now, if I was only feeling a bit nauseous earlier I feel full on sick down to my stomach now.
Was suppose to be telling my mum tomorrow while out at lunch, I'm not sure I'll be able to now. I suppose I just have to wait and see if anything else happens before then. I'll be 8 weeks on Tuesday and my first appointment isn't until the 24th... I think I'll call on Monday morning anyway just to see what they say...

@bnttowers are you okay? I’m sure it will be fine but that’s not going to make you feel any better. Can you phone your local EPU? Or if you can afford booking a private scan just to ease you mind? Rest as much as you can ❤️

@bluemoon2468 @Quiffy @Treaclepie19 thanks! She did end up finding baby abdominally, and I didn't pee myself, success all round!

Really can't see much, but baby is definitely in there, theres only one, I could see them moving, and heard their little heartbeat. Measuring at 9 weeks exactly, which is just a couple of days behind what I thought. Finally allowing myself to believe baby is going to be ok!

Does anyone else find themselves referring to baby as a certain gender at this stage? I keep defaulting to she / her, but obviously have no idea at this stage!

@quiffy thanks, I'm going to call the doctors on Monday to see if I can get a call with the midwife.
There's a private scanning place on the other side of town I'm going to call first thing tomorrow to try and get booked in because I just won't be able to sleep now until I know things are ok.
I think I was just shocked and upset by it earlier on, nothing else seems to have appeared at the moment so hopefully that was it. Feeling nauseous has increased a lot over this weekend.

So my day hasn’t gone to plan. I’m meant to have my booking in appt at 9am tomorrow- I know- on a Sun- wierd... but they do it as the midwives prefer to work that day as the hosp is deserted and the patients love it as plenty of parking
Anyway ended up bringing my 15 month old to A and E with a temp of 40 degrees even after calpol
After hours of obs and nurofen/calpol they can’t get his temp down either so have admitted him so he and I are spending the night at a different hosp to where my appt is / so I won’t make it and am failing to find a way to contact them.
We’re in isolation in case it’s flu. The window is open and I’m absolutely freezing lying here in my clothes as didn’t bring pjs.
I’m on progesterone pessaries for this pregnancy. As we ran out the door it did cross my mind that we might be admitted so I brought one- should have brought 2 as need morn and night.
I still feel rubbish throat feels like I’m swallowing glass - still think I might be coming down with tonsillitis but don’t have any painkillers for me. So in for a long night me thinks. But the main thing Is that my little one is in good hands and is asleep in his hosp cot beside me.

My little one’s heart rate is more normal now thank goodness but temp still high. I’m sitting here trying to eat mini cheddars without crinkling the packet. I know I need to sleep or I’ll feel terrible tomorrow... but just can’t x

@Daisythesnail it sounds like you've had an awful night. How is the little one now? I hope youve managed to sleep a little.

Oh hope your baby gets better soon @Daisythesnail you need a break! I’ve felt crappy all wknd with nausea and really bad heartburn and indigestion after I manage to eat so puts me off. Also in bed before 8. That’s now 16 cases of Coronavirus in my region, 2 being within 20 mins drive and still don’t know affect in pregnant woman so v scary 😢

Woken up again and had light brown blood when I wiped I felt some like pulling and that going on last night so don’t know if things are stretching. Really hope they can give me some answers tomorrow morning.

I refer to baby as he a lot because I've already had two boys so it's my default.

Oh no @Daisythesnail, that must be really scary. I hope your DS slept well and you managed to get some sleep. We had something like that when DD was 6w old and ended up in the hospital for the weekend. Turns out she just had a horrid cold (picked up from me), but it's such a scary time. Sending lots of love to you all.

Supposed to be my morning for a lie in, but I woke up ok and DH is knackered, so hes taking the 2nd lie in. Cant really complain as I had a big nap yesterday, and it will put me in the good books all day

Think I've got another coldsore/cracked corner of mouth thing coming. After already having one at 6w I've woken up with the corner of my mouth all swollen. The 1st tri is kicking my ass this time round.

@Treacle81 there's a YouTube channel called Mamma Doctor Jones, she's an American ObGyn. She has done a video recently about Corona virus which is worth a watch. Obviously it's prefaced which a lot of "we just don't know yet, but there's are examples of what happened this other time..."
If you are worried give it a watch, it might help.

Morning everyone! How are you all feeling today? Im so fed up of the nausea...I'm on the countdown to 12 weeks (11 days!) Same problems as I've been reading on here! Sore boobs, can't lie on my stomach in bed, heartburn and constipation...
@MsSian93 try not to worry if you can, I've had constant pulling and pain ❤️

I refer to it as 'it' or 'baby2' at the moment. I am still not convinced that anything is still growing in there and am not attached to the pregnancy emotionally at all yet. I was slightly worried about that, but DH says it's still so early that it's understandable.

@becausereasons I don’t believe it still - some days I feel super pregnant and other days nothing the only constant is the tiredness and acid reflux . The current it in my belly is called peanut 🥜 because if I say anything else I feel scared I will jinx it x

I'm finally feeling better after weeks of fatigue. We've had quite a busy weekend and going for lunch with husband's friends in a few mins... I miss being able to go out to eat and order whatever I want way more than I miss alcohol.

We haven't been calling the baby a boy or a girl we've been calling it little bean which I think is cute 🥰

@BecauseReasons what you're saying sounds totally normal. Until I had the scan I was worried my test was a false positive and I'd just made it all up.

Hi ladies. Very worried here. I was sitting on the edge of the bed last night and went to stand up but got a sudden cramp across my lower stomach. It felt ok again after but thought I felt very mild cramping for a few mins after I got into bed. A short time ago after I went to the bathroom I had brown blood. I am still having light amounts of brown blood for the past half hour or so since. I don't have cramps though. I know brown blood can be normal but what's worrying me more is that I'd noticed my boobs weren't feeling as sore the past few days (which was my only pregnancy symptom) but I was hoping that was because I was nearing the second trimester. I am 10+1. My dr isn't open today but we rang an out of hours dr and they just said come in tomorrow for blood test. Scared and feeling a bit helpless

@Glitterbug86 I get the pain when standing quite often. Its ridiculously painful. They've always said its round ligament pain and I've had it in every pregnancy.
Hope all is okay, at 10+1 the odds are in your favour so fingers crossed.

I’m already in maternity wear and showing. I thought initially it was bloat but it’s hard and bump like. I hope I don’t get too massive as I’m only 9-10 weeks 😞 I’ve got my 12 week scan appointment so just counting down the days now.

I only call it an it or they, my gut feeling is it’s a girl though. Does anyone else have any gut feelings about the sex?

Thanks both for the reassurance. I'm really hoping this is just a blip but can't help but feel really scared. This is my first pregnancy and we've not had a scan yet. 12 week scan is booked for March 24th. Do you think the dr will just do blood test/try to find a heartbeat? I will go to my regular dr instead of the out of hours one since they will be open tomorrow..

Thanks v much @BntTowers I’ll have a look. This really is great for us all as I too have had bad shooting pain when standing, first time was last night and I’m 9+6 and boobs are also less tender. So in the same boat @Glitterbug86 xx

@treacle81 Fingers crossed for both of us that it turns out to be nothing. From looking up round ligament pain it does sound like what I experienced so seems totally normal if so. The brown blood/discharge is very light now also so praying it stops and doesn't turn heavier/red. I am completely overthinking every little twinge now though! Gonna be a long 24 hours!
