About 4 weeks 3 days but not really got symptoms should I worry had sore boobs not really bad and that's calmed.

SammiLou2312 · 02/03/2020 08:39

@Ibaadsmummy try not to worry too much Hun, symptoms really fluctuate at the start x

Ibaadsmummy · 02/03/2020 08:45

Il try😓 so hard though not Google everything

Avocuddles · 02/03/2020 08:56

@Ibaadsmummy I had barely any symptoms until about 6 weeks other than a bit of boob soreness and feeling a bit more tired than usual. It's so hard to not analyse everything but as @SammiLou2312 days symptoms can really fluctuate at any stage really.

@Knotemma thanks for sorting the list! Glad you had a better day yesterday, hope this is a step towards a slightly more manageable pregnancy for you!

Bellsx · 02/03/2020 10:32

@avocuddles how can I add myself to the list please?

TunnocksTcake · 02/03/2020 10:32

Oh I just found you all! I've been away visiting the in laws and thought the other thread had just gone a bit quiet! Will catch up then check in with you all later, not feeling very well today but think I'm just exhausted after all the socialising

Knotemma · 02/03/2020 10:51

@Bellsx just copy the list from the previous post and add yourself in, were trying to keep it roughly in order by how many weeks people are, but don't stress too much about that, just chuck yourself on the bottom if you want x

Bellsx · 02/03/2020 12:12

@Knotemma how do I copy it?

Now that I’ve been for my scan, and seen a flickering heartbeat I will add myself to the list. I’m 6+3 but measuring a little behind.

@Bellsx, if you're on you're phone normally pressing and holding over the text will give you the option to highlight it, then when you've highlighted what you want to copy you should have an option to copy. You should then be able to press and hold in the comments section to get the paste option. Hope that helps

@Knotemma thank you, for some reason I couldn't do it on my phone just like I can't add pictures (so frustrating!) but luckily I'm working from my laptop this morning so did it that way.

Shefliesonherownwings · 02/03/2020 15:41

Hi ladies, I am tentatively dipping one tiny toe in this thread.

DH and I lost our first born, a DD at 41 weeks last November. She passed away during early labour. This month was the first month we have actively tried again and I got a BFP yesterday and a stronger line today. AF due tomorrow so still very very early and I know nothing is guaranteed.

I recognise @Avocuddles from the TTC threads and although it's still so early and I am trying not think about it, I just wanted to post somewhere where others understand the anxiety and nervousness. We are desperate to bring a baby home but I am terrified of being pregnant again. Wish I could fast forward 9 months and be presented with a baby.

Hagster · 02/03/2020 16:06

Welcome @shefliesonherownwings I'm so sorry to hear of your loss but also sending you a gentle congratulations on your BFP! You are welcome here. ⁣

Had my scan today, all looking good, 7+3 with a strong heartbeat. Can't really believe it, was having all kinds of scan nightmares last night and reading into every symptom/absence of symptoms (stupid brain). Might book a private scan for 10 weeks as that was when we lost ours last time (but didn't discover until 12 week scan - don't want to have that again if I can help it).

Avocuddles · 02/03/2020 17:18

Hi @Shefliesonherownwings, so good to see you here, I'm so happy that you've got a BFP and although it's early days yet hopefully in 9 months time you might be holding a baby in your arms. We all understand the fear of pregnancy after loss, there are several others here who have experienced the heartbreak of losing a baby at full term, and all of us no matter what our personal experience share your desire to just fast forward through the whole terrifying pregnancy experience....

Are you planning on testing again in a few days or just waiting? The first few weeks are so so slow, hope you can keep yourself busy and that your DH is being as supportive as possible x

OP posts:
seaduck · 02/03/2020 17:25

@Shefliesonherownwings welcome, congrats on your BFP. Can only empathise with such a devastating loss, but hope you have a healthy nine months and we'll all have bundles before the end of the year. Smile

Shefliesonherownwings · 02/03/2020 17:26

Thank you both, I'm glad this group is here and I'm amongst others who completely understand how nerverwracking this all is.

I am defo going to keep testing. I bought more FRERs yesterday, and I have three clearblue as well including a digital so I will be using all of them up this week.

DH is very supportive. We're both very nervous but he is also being very practical. We were told to contact my GP as soon as we got a BFP so we can be referred to a consultant asap to get a plan together. I've a tentative GP appointment booked for next friday.

How are you doing @Avocuddles?

Just added myself to the list as well if that's ok. Had my scan today and got dated as bang on 13 weeks and EDD 7th Sept. So relieved it all went ok!

@Shefliesonherownwings I'm so, so sorry to hear of your story that must have been so incredibly difficult. I hope you get the support you need and welcome to the thread x

Avocuddles · 02/03/2020 18:20

I'm ok thanks @Shefliesonherownwings - 10 weeks today which feels like a step in the right direction.... I peed on so many pregnancy tests over the first few weeks, a couple of boxes of FRERs, a couple of boxes of clearblue digitals and also lots of cheapies got me from my BFP at 3 +3 through to 6 weeks at which point I managed to go cold turkey! I was under the fertility clinic but conceived naturally before starting any treatment, they were very good though and scanned me at both 7 and 9 weeks. I'm also under a consultant due to my blood clot history and have some nasty bruises as a result of the daily injections and aspirin regime, but touch wood it seems to be going ok at the moment. Next milestone will be the 12 week scan on March 19th, but for now I'm taking each day as it comes......

It's good that you'll get consultant support from the outset. Having medical support doesn't eliminate the anxiety, but it helps to break up the long long wait.....

OP posts:
Knotemma · 03/03/2020 03:51

And after 3 days of thinking I might be starting to feel better... I'm back to being green. The fact that things are starting to ease is worse in some ways, because I've been told not to take the medication if I don't need it... But I don't know I need it until I'm waking up at 2:30am to throw up. I was so excited that I'd managed to eat a vegetable yesterday. Stupid sickness. Sorry, I needed to rant.

Rachael321 · 03/03/2020 08:41

@Knotemma I know the feeling! I was planning on going back to work today. But was up every hour last night and still feel so rough.back to the dr today!
Hope you feel better!
