@Rachael321 I think I have the same due date as you and soooo desperate to start buying things but going to try and wait until after the 20 week scan, although saying that myself and my DD who's 12yrs old did buy a cute little baby grow, bib and hat set the other week 🙈 😍

I’ve come down with a weird viral infection. Feel absolutely awful, been on the sofa most of the day, with DH looking after DS. Hoping it passes quickly. At least it masks whether I have pregnancy symptoms or not, so I can’t worry about that.

Is anyone experiencing body ache, I have aches all down my thighs to my knees, my arms feel like I've been lifting weights and my lower back and hip aches. It's stronger at night! X

@AlviesMam I had about 2 weeks where my calves were killing me... Like I'd walked miles and miles, they were so sore and tight. At the time I was in bed pretty much constantly and hadn't walked further than the kitchen. It seems to have stopped now, but it wasn't nice

@Knotemma it's been mainly my shins knees and thighs. It's eased off now. Just wondered what it was and if it's normal in early pregnancy xxx

I'm the same. My legs are so sore 😩

@Treaclepie19 @Littlegoth it feels like the flu ache but without the flu! X

@AlviesMam I had that as well come to think of it. My shins were really aching but wasnt sure why. Rubbing them was the only thing that made it better.

Just had my scan I'm about 4 weeks 3 days and they saw the tiny sac still early days so one day at time. Hopefully its sticks this time xxx need to do blood test one today one on tuesday to see that the levels are rising ok xx please keep me in your prayers xxx

@Avocuddles I’m being looked after but feeling awful, might try & get a gp appointment tomorrow just to check it’s nothing serious. Seems like a bad chest infection... so yes @AlviesMam I’ve been getting lots of aches in my limbs but thinking it might be related to this damn Illness rather than pregnancy.

I had my scan this morning, all looks good so far. Measuring 5 weeks 6 days and 4.3mm, sonographer said measuring as expected for how far along. Saw the heartbeat too, I wasn't expecting it as I've read it could have been a bit early, so that was a nice bit of reassurance. It's still early days though and I'm all too aware that things can change, but today I am happy

@Bananamuffin99 so pleased the scan went well, with the added bonus of a heartbeat. Are you now waiting it out until 12 weeks, or having another scan before then?

Glad to see the good news about scans today @Ibaadsmummy and @bananamuffin99, I'm really please for both of you.

Today I have been out of bed for 12 hours, attended a very gentle exercise class and have eaten proper food! I'm trying not to get ahead of myself, but I feel like I might be moving in the right direction!

@knotemma glad to hear you are feeling a little better. Coming up end of first trimester now so fingers crossed things will be easier for you moving forwards...
