Adapted from the popular thread on Chat. Hoping particularly that we can support one another through pregnancy sickness, hyperemesis, varying apetites and food cravings or aversions. Let's try not to be judgy

Breakfast: brown toast and peanut butter, banana
Lunch: jacket potato with cheese and a bit of salad
Snack: several plums
Dinner: lots more salad, few bites of pizza

Nearly 14 weeks
Getting a bit better on the nausea front so managed Tuesday
B: Special K with milk
L: Buttered toast with marmite
D: Creamy Chorizo Gnocchi (Which was my first proper dinner in ages and was amazing)

Wednesday
B: Special K
L: Buttered toast and marmite
Snack: Half hoisin duck wrap from Boots
D: The other half duck wrap (Didn't throw up all day. Result!)

Thursday
B: Special K
L: Chilli cheese empanadas (frozen freezer find)
D: Lasagne
Snacks - pick a mix sweets, getting my sweet tooth back as well as appetite slowly

B: tiny bowl of cereal

L: tuna and cucumber baguette

S: a gingerbread man!

D: will be fillet steak, dauphinois potatoes, veg.

I'll also be tucking into some of my Hotel Chocolat goodies tonight!

Anyone else having a Seedlip and tonic for Valentine's Day?

Any other non-alcoholic drink recommendations please share.

B: Greggs sausage roll

L: Vegan sushi from Waitrose and about 10 chocolate pralines

Snacks: Crisps and olives along with the Citrus Seedlip AF gin and grapefruit tonic

DP is cooking a surprise dinner...

Not really drinking anything beyond tea and water here - though DH did bring me choccies! Looking forward to hearing what yours has cooked you ;-)

B: Porridge and a pear
L: Sourdough with cheese, fruit salad, banana and another pear
S: Valentines chocs
D: Rice and beans with spinach and tomatoes

B- cheerios
L- nutella toast and hula hoops
D- mcdonalds Blush I ate so much so it must have been needed. I've not eaten that much of anything else!
Shall have some blueberry muffin and shortbread later.

I've been just drinking tea, water and appletiser recently!

S split a slice of cheese cake with DM - way too much dairy made me 🤢🤢

D still felt queasy so had picky plate of:
Sliced apple
Grapes
Red pepper slices
Hula hoops
1/2 avocado
Edamame
Cucumber sticks

I drank some of the non alcoholic Prosecco at Christmas and that was nice, but I've not fancied anything since so no recs from me!

B: bagel thin, 2 x eggs, 1 x bacon and a spoon of beans. Apple.
L: roast pork belly with charred hispi cabbage, and a chocolate mousse for dessert
D: 4 x slice of pepperoni pizza from dominos and some of the cookiesBlush

So Valentine's Day yesterday... felt quite fine and ate my body weight 😳

Snack before gym - 2 slices of toast

Post gym - 1 protein shake with water

Valentine's lunch at an amazing Mediterranean resto (all shared) - Halloumi, tzatziki with home made flatbread, mini chicken gyro, grilled king prawns, Greek fries, tomato and onion salad, cheesecake for dessert

S: thought I'd be too full for dinner, so had some broccoli, a kiwi and 2 plums towards 5 a day

Late D: stayed awake late and got hungry at 10pm... had two Linda McCartney veggie sausages and one fried egg 😳

I posted on here a while back, thankfully now at 17 weeks my appetite and food habits are starting to take on some normality.
I can eat veg again yay, but now it's all I seem to eat.

B: brown pasta with broccoli and courgettes with veg pasta sauce.

L: fishcake with cucumber.

D: same as breakfast.

Can drink instant coffee again so had a small cup atfer my dinner Smile

7 weeks today and feeling it 😩

B- egg on toast
L- jackets with cheese and pickle

D- I think maybe jam on toast or cereal
S- a thousand ice lollies to sort the nausea

L: Church lentil soup with bread, about a pound of cubed cheese and a ton of fruit (kept nibbling through the nausea)
D: Avocado salad and baguette

Nothing until 11- half a cheese and ham toastie and 2 decaf lattes

Half of a portion of fish and chips

3 slices of pizza

Lots of caffeine free coke

Yesterday was better! Need to keep it on the straight and narrow this week to balance out the weekend...

S: protein shake with water before gym

B: 2 whole eggs and 1 egg white scrambled, one piece of brown toast with low sugar jam

S: starting to feel nauseous. A small pack of salted Ritz crackers

L: small portion of home made bean chili with some rice and sour cream

S: 2 small pieces of Kinder chocolate, one plum, small bag of 20g mixed nuts and small carton of raisin

D: home made roasted tomato soup (and I've put fresh spinach in the soup towards 5 a day) with one slice of sourdough toast and slice of Edam cheese

Felt terrible this morning worst I have felt in weeks and weeks I'm nearly 18wks now I am so fed up of being sick.

B bagel and butter didn't stay down
L hula hoops and a bit of toast with peanut butter
D tortallini with broccoli rice
S bit of DH choccy bar

Not feeling too bright this evening now 🤢

Half a tub of pringles
Various strawberries, cherries etc
Pasta, peas and sweetcorn with cheese sauce (meal designed for toddler's palate)
Chicken and mushroom pastry slice
Bits of leftover fruit and cheese from toddler's dinner
Chips, onion rings and Quorn nuggets.

So... whoops?

2 egg omelette rolled up in a wrap with ketchup cut into disks because that's what my 3yr old was having for breakfast!

Egg mayo on wholemeal

Roast med veg with brown basmati, red rice and quinoa

Feeling quite good today 😄

Yesterday I had
B: Half a cinnamon Raisin bagel (it just didn't taste right)
L: Half a rack of Bbq ribs, chips and coleslaw
S: Fresh strawberries
D: Chips with perinaise (which I knew weren't going to stay in)
S: Creamy pasta (dinner mark 2) Slice of toast with marmite and butter.
And a few sweets.

Still being ill most evenings. So dinners are my least favourite meal
