Adapted from the popular thread on Chat. Hoping particularly that we can support one another through pregnancy sickness, hyperemesis, varying apetites and food cravings or aversions. Let's try not to be judgy

Breakfast: brown toast and peanut butter, banana
Lunch: jacket potato with cheese and a bit of salad
Snack: several plums
Dinner: lots more salad, few bites of pizza

Yesterday was not a great day but was out and about most of the day and feeling pretty nauseous so ate a bit more then planned to not vom everywhere.

B: Cheese omelette
L: Cheese sandwich
S: 3 Krisprolls, small popcorn
D: Steak, tomato salad, baguette, fromage frais

7 weeks

S: Protein shake with almond milk before the gym

B: 2 full eggs, 1 white and 1 piece of brown toast with low sugar jam (I know my breakfasts are boring.. always the same on weekdays 🤣)

S: two gingerbread biscuits, feeling nauseous

L: home made pumpkin chili with brown rice and quinoa mix

S: 1 pear, 1 plum, one slice of brown toast with a slice of Edam cheese

D: will be chicken noodle soup like yesterday

22 weeks here. Haven’t had the best day so far and it’s only 12.40! In my defence OH and I took toddler to the cinema to see the paw patrol film because the weather is still rubbish. I’ve had a ham and cheese croissant, a small cappuccino, raspberry ruffles and dark chocolate mint creams 😳

I’m not hungry now (too many sweets) but will have some salad for lunch and am making veggie enchiladas for tea so will even itself out a bit 🙈

B: Nothing
L: Tinned mackerel in a tomato sauce on two slices of toast, packet of monster munch and an orange.
S: Graze "dark chocolate cherry tart" (basically dried cherries, pecans, raisins and a few pieces of dark chocolate)
D: will be homemade chicken and chorizo pizza and salad

I’ve done a little better today:

Porridge with seeds, nuts, pomegranates etc this morn

Wholewheat Spag bolog with broccoli for lunch

Bangers and mash with veg this eve-followed by fruit and yogurt

And no snacks luckily!

Disclaimer: I'm only 8 weeks pregnant 🤮

4.30am buttery toast and cheese
9am cheese sandwich
11am pot noodle
12.30 chicken soup and bread
4pm McDonalds cheeseburger and chips
6pm mini cheddars
7.30 - about to cook some vegetable pizza

My god 🤦🏼‍♀️

In my defence, the only time I'm not dying from pregnancy sickness is when I'm eating.

Didn't get up until noon (Hey, im taking all the lay ins possible right now! Im not sleeping well at all at night ><

9pm food, not sure ill be hungry enough to eat a proper meal, plus its late, made some strawberry angel delight with fresh strawberries which I may have.
Anyone guess what baby is wanting? haha!

I love food threads and I have been missing posing in my weight loss group for the last year

I'm 16+4 and just coming out on the other side of horrific HG I had 3 hospital stays in total and ate nothing but ready salted hula hoops for weeks.

The last week I have actually started to not hate all food though so I am super nosey to see what everyone else is munching!

I don't eat meat and I hate mushrooms, other than that pre pregnancy I wasn't picky at all! I have lost a stone from my bad sickness so hopefully I'll be putting on a few lbs now!!

Anyways enough rambling!

Breakfast:
Cinnamon Bagel with butter cup of tea pint of orange squash and some blueberries

Lunch
Two potato waffles a small avocado, glass of orange juice, about 6 chopped strawberries and a slice of malt loaf with butter
Pint of squash

Snack
Apple with peanut butter, slices of cucumber, malt loaf and butter, 5 prunes and a mini kinder bar
Mint tea

Dinner
Spinach and ricotta tortallini(sp) sauce made from tinned toms, basil and garlic and a some Birdseye broccoli "rice"
Small glass of flat diet pepsi
Pint of squash

Just now
Mint tea and one more slice of malt loaf and butter

Today:
B: 40g oats as porridge with 10 mini marshmallows Blush and an apple
L: lentils, sweet potato, red pepper, aubergine and onions with feta and some tender stem
D: chilli, homemade potato wedges, more broccoli, one slice garlic bread
S: another apple, some mixed nuts and raisins, a strawberry yogurt... and a mars ice cream 😋

Such a fun chat!

B: spinach, avocado and carrot smoothie ( could handle only half 🤢)
L: pot is strawberry flavour Skyr and banana
D: planning to do herring , some sour cream with few boiled potatoes.

Snacks: the rest of my green juice, few satsumas, tea, decaf Coffee, liquorish chewing gums( subsides the nausea)

Thanks for this thread! I've been trying to make healthy smoothies throughout this pregnancy (30+4 now) with spinach and stuff in them but they come straight back up Sad

Finally discovered this one that is good for sickness:

Fresh ginger
Spoonful of Greek yoghurt
Pieces of mango
Some tinned peach
Ice cubes

So today I've had that plus a slice of toast and raspberry jam for breakfast.

Houmous and carrot sticks for a snack

About to have a jacket potato with cheese and beans

Dinner will be lentil lasagne

(Not vegetarian but can't stomach meat at alll)

Been a bit better today food wise and getting out for fresh air. Lots of housework and laundry done too.

Breakfast: Shreddies
Snack: Blueberries and strawberries
Lunch: Leftover veggie enchilada with salsa
Snack: Homemade fry it cake with a bit of butter.

We’re having homemade turkey burgers and sweet potato fries for tea. Drinks I’ve been having a lot of water, some pineapple juice and a mug of tea.

D: Melanzane parmigiane (wow LapsedVeganAcademic cooked something that wasn't a carb!) with pasta twirls (well...)
S: An embarrassing amount of chocolate. Daren't elaborate in case it makes me vom.

It's twins I'm having. So I'll likely end up the size of a brick outhouse whatever.

22 weeks here and cravings have returned...

B: bran flakes and blueberries
L: Veggie stir fry and bread
D: fish cakes, kale and baked beans

Snacks: choc croissant, satsumas and I cant get enough of taramasalata (which I craved in first 3 months). Taramasalata craving has returned with a vengeance and just got through whole tub in 24 hours. I dare not look at the fat content!!

Horrendous day today. Woke up at 4am not only starving hungry (this is a constant thing for me since I was 5 weeks), but with the worst sciatic pain I've ever had in my life Sad have been in pain and exhausted all day.

B: big bowl of porridge and an apple
L: cheese and ham baguette, wotsits and a chocolate brownie
D: veggie burger with halloumi and chips with some hummus
S: peanut butter biscuit, mini snickers, Mars ice cream BlushBlushBlush

L: Porridge with oat milk, peanut butter and chia seeds
D: Black lentil daal with coconut yoghurt and a big side of broccoli and French beans (mad for broccoli at the moment!)
Snacks: a couple of (big) slices of sweet potato brownie I made to use up some leftovers from yesterday... sooo good 😁

Nausea mainly at bay at the moment, though worse in the morning hence the small breakfasts

Thanks for setting up this thread, enjoying contributing but also helps me stay on track a bit the days I feel especially nauseous as encourages me to eat!
