I love food threads and I have been missing posing in my weight loss group for the last year
I'm 16+4 and just coming out on the other side of horrific HG I had 3 hospital stays in total and ate nothing but ready salted hula hoops for weeks.
The last week I have actually started to not hate all food though so I am super nosey to see what everyone else is munching!
I don't eat meat and I hate mushrooms, other than that pre pregnancy I wasn't picky at all! I have lost a stone from my bad sickness so hopefully I'll be putting on a few lbs now!!
Anyways enough rambling!
Breakfast:
Cinnamon Bagel with butter cup of tea pint of orange squash and some blueberries
Lunch
Two potato waffles a small avocado, glass of orange juice, about 6 chopped strawberries and a slice of malt loaf with butter
Pint of squash
Snack
Apple with peanut butter, slices of cucumber, malt loaf and butter, 5 prunes and a mini kinder bar
Mint tea
Dinner
Spinach and ricotta tortallini(sp) sauce made from tinned toms, basil and garlic and a some Birdseye broccoli "rice"
Small glass of flat diet pepsi
Pint of squash
Just now
Mint tea and one more slice of malt loaf and butter
