Adapted from the popular thread on Chat. Hoping particularly that we can support one another through pregnancy sickness, hyperemesis, varying apetites and food cravings or aversions. Let's try not to be judgy

Breakfast: brown toast and peanut butter, banana
Lunch: jacket potato with cheese and a bit of salad
Snack: several plums
Dinner: lots more salad, few bites of pizza

Brekkie: natural greek yoghurt with granola and a banana
Lunch: tuna panini
Dinner: I've messaged the other half to bring me a Hawaiian burger. Yet to see results lol

S: Apple, nuts and raisins
T: Breaded chicken fillets, peas and sourdough

Will probably have some crumpets later on. Bloody starving! 😛

B- raisin nutri grain bar
L- roast chicken salad 'sandwich' (thins - gone off bread)
D- curry ordered Grin last one went in the bin though so I'll see how far I get with this one...

Snacks - 2 haribo strawberry lace things with the white stuff in the middle (not sure what they're called)

Mid morning: greek yoghurt and blueberries
Afternoon: ham sandwich and an Apple
Mid afternoon: pot noodles (just the noodles, drained the soup 🤣)
Evening: jacket potato and cheese

I can't wait for this trimester to pass... I'm tired of basic carby meals!

I’ve gone right off chicken and salmon so has limited my usual options !

Yesterday:

B: 40g porridge, yogurt with strawberries
L: wholemeal roll with tomato and basil soup, and a slice of cheese
D: ginger beef noodles with peppers and green beans, little salted caramel dessert (melting middle one) with ice cream
S: fun size snickers, apple, highlights hot chocolate, a biscuit, a bowl of melon

I am a hungry hungry hippo all day every day Grin in my defence I went to the gym yesterday... that's not really a defence is it??

God today has been awful I’ve been ravenous all day!

B eggy wholemeal toast and avo
L yoghurt, berries, nuts and 2 rich tea biscuits
D breaded fish with 2 new potatoes
Snacks: some crisps, a chocolate button, 4 ryvita with butter in 2 goes, celery and a lump of cheese and a rich tea biscuit !

33+6 here. I've eaten quite a lot today... If I'm working I don't have a huge appetite, but at the weekend I love to have what I fancy, sitting at home seems to stimulate my appetite.
B- Punnet of button mushrooms roasted with cherry tomatoes, a vegetarian sausage and a smoothie consisting of a whole avocado, a handful of blueberries, strawberries, prune juice and oat milk.

L- Homemade vegetable soup, a cacao orange and peanut quinoa bar

D- Chicken drumsticks slathered in homemade BBQ sauce, half a punnet of red grapes.

Treats- Pineapple jelly sweets, some sweets out of American confectionary cup.

Drinks- Decaf tea and coffee with milk, decaf green tea, Semi-skimmed milk, bottle of white chocolate milk

Lots of treats today, but eff it. I've worked hard this week haha

D: butter chicken, naan (didn't eat the chicken)
Currently munching on grapes. So far no sickness today but still very nauseous.

Not the best day nutrition wise but low on nausea after midday so that's a win for me! 29+5

B: Trek chocolate flapjack
L: two slices of toast with Nutella and an apple. Oh, and a big glass of strawberry milk!
D: managed about 3/4 of it... mezze plate with falafel, halloumi, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, hummus, flatbread, rice salad and sundried tomatoes
Snacks: couple of biscuits and a few vegan jelly babies

6+5 yesterday... not my best day but hey it was Saturday 😃

B - 2 slices of toast with some low sugar jam with decaf tea

S: 1 plum, 1 kiwi, 1 slice of Terry's Chocolate a Orange and decaf coffee

L: went to a Chinese restaurant for a hot pot...ate my body weight in beef, fish balls, tofu, prawns, shiitake mushrooms and bok Choy salad (all cooked at table in broth). Not unhealthy but a lot! A few spring rolls. Diet Coke

S: 1/4 of a cookie (too sweet), one Mars icecream bar, a half small pack of Lay's salted crisps, a few tangfastics

D: still full after the lunch, so I had a bowl of steamed broccoli (sounds disgusting I know but I'm trying to eat more veggies and get my 5 a day... just for the 👶).

For past two days have not managed anything beyond porridge, toast and fruit.

I was terrible yesterday -weekend are hard!

Breakfast-two slices of sourdough, scrambled eggs and tomatoes

Lunch-spinach, watercress, seeds, halloumi, pepper, pomegranate , tomato salad

Dinner-spag Bol, garlic pizza bread, broc, carrots, asaparagus

Snacks-half a big pack of pretzels, 3 cookies, a 90g bar of choc! Oh and nearly forgot -a choc brownie when out! Terrible sugar consumption!

Back to work...

S before morning gym session - 1 vanilla protein shake made with unsweetened almond milk

B - 2 full eggs and 1 white, 1 piece of toast with some low sugar jam

S: one cup of low kcal hot chocolate

L: beef bourgnigon leftovers with rice and broccoli

S: feeling nauseous now , one ginger biscuit (probably a few salted rice cakes in a bit)

D: will be slow cooker chicken, veg and noodle soup

21 weeks tomorrow. Plus we had 20 week scan on Tuesday and found out it’s a boy! ❤️

B: pain au chocolat, bowl of nut granola with handful of raisins added, cup of tea
L: just about to make it, smoked salmon sandwich
D: will be cauliflower cheese, Quorn sausages and peas. Definitely some chocolate afterwards!

B - frosted shreddies with oat Milk

L - 2 slices of leftover pizza hut pizza with a papa John's garlic dip I had saved previously. A small handful of cinnamon bun pretzels and cashew nuts

D - oven baked skinless chicken breast with sweet potato mash, cabbage and carrots.

S - tassimo vanilla latte and 4 bubblegum laces.

Also a high chance of a few cadbury heroes later

So yesterday ended up being ill after all 🙄
B: Marmite on buttered toast
L: Another cheese and ham toastie
D: Chinese takeaway v small portion of noodles, couple sweet and sour prawns.

Feeling a bit nauseous now tbh so probably won't end the day well. But at least it wasn't 5 times etc.

D: Spaghetti Bolognese and a cucumber and kale smoothie. I'm currently eyeing up DS1's spare turkey dinosaurs.
Snack- Some chewy sweets.
Not the best day, but I'll be back on track tomorrow. I'm always good on a Monday lol
