I undercooked some potatoes once and cried because I couldn’t get it on my fork...

ChrisPrattsFace · 02/11/2019 13:36

Also cried hysterically because bears are cute. (I love bears)

mynameisMrG · 02/11/2019 13:37

I dropped the egg I was frying. Ran upstairs and cried for forty minutes.

Andersonx3 · 02/11/2019 13:37

Someone winning Glastonbury tickets on the radio. I hate festivals.

thelostartofkeepingsecrets · 02/11/2019 13:38

I cried because I was watching Secret Life of the Zoo and a little fish called Popeye needed surgery - he nearly didn’t make it but pulled through at the last second. I was distraught and then so happy - that was an emotional rollercoaster of a day.

PrincessSarene · 02/11/2019 13:46

Yesterday I cried because there was only the crusts of a loaf of bread left so I couldn’t make scrambled eggs in toast like I wanted Grin

marezeedotes · 02/11/2019 13:52

A TV advert for a charity specialising in rescuing bears kept in captivity in Russia. While I don't actively wish harm on animals generally, I have no particular interest or passion for animal welfare. 😂😭

The final of Bake Off. I'm not even pregnant! ( menopausal, does that count? )

RoseToes · 02/11/2019 13:53

I was making a cup of tea and as I took the tea bag out it fell on the counter. I was inconsolable.

ThisThat · 02/11/2019 13:55

A really bad episode of home and away Grin

JonnyPocketRocket · 02/11/2019 13:55

Two very polite teenage boys came trick or treating. They were at that charming, awkward not-quite-a-child-but-not-really-a-man stage and I realised my baby would be like that one day in, you know, fifteen years or so .

MrsH497 · 02/11/2019 13:56

I cried because I wanted a Big Mac had 2 bites and threw it up so then made my husband get rid of it was so miserable!

SmileCheese · 02/11/2019 13:58

I cried because I dropped a chicken kiev on the floor. Not because I'd ruined dinner but because I was worried I'd hurt the Kiev's feelings... Blush

Pinkflipflop85 · 02/11/2019 13:58

Queued for ages at Costa, got to the till and ordered a bonfire spice latte because I had been craving one all day.

They told me they had run out of them.

I sobbed! Blush

PickleBiscuit · 02/11/2019 14:04

That I couldn't go skiing because I had a massive bump and no balance.
I hate the cold and definitely never wanted to ski - it was just the fact I couldn't was so unfair!

MisssC3025 · 02/11/2019 14:33

This thread is hilarious! I'm so emotional I can't cope😂
I cried at an advert of a little boy who cried, because his shampoo had ran out. Tears streamed down my face! Wtf!

forkfun · 02/11/2019 14:37

I called DH at work, sobbing because he'd taken "my" hummus in for lunch. He still reminds me of this regularly.

Harriett123 · 02/11/2019 14:41

I cried for half an hour because I couldn't figure out what I wanted for dinner. DP offered to cook me any meal in the house/ go out and get me anything I wanted from the shops/ take away but the decision was too overwhelming so I ended up having cereal for dinner. Confused

Chelsea26 · 02/11/2019 14:46

Love of the Common People by Paul Young came on when I was on the drive to work. I cried so hard I had to pull over and when I got to work they thought something terrible had happened!

jent85 · 02/11/2019 14:46

Not actually ridiculous (I think) but I had a bath at 8.5 months pregnant, DH went for a run and came home 45 minutes later to find me sobbing in an ice cold bath because I couldn't get out (was huuuuuge!) and it didn't occur to me to turn on the hot water while waiting for him Confused

littlemissminor · 02/11/2019 14:48

I am in hospital waiting for my C-Section and BALLED my eyes out at the National Anthems for the rugby early, I was actually sobbing Blush

ForMySorrow · 02/11/2019 14:48

I couldn't tie my hair up in a bobble, my hands just forgot how to. So I cried and cancelled my plans.

meow1989 · 02/11/2019 14:56

I wasnt really teary when pregnant, just ragey!

But on day 5 when the hormones hit after having ds I cried my eyes out because he was wearing little leggings with some nautical characters on then and there was one particular smiling octopus on his right knee (the same.octopus was printed many times but it was this specific one) and I just wanted ds to grow up as happy as that octopus. Dh came down and when I'd explained burst out laughing whilst trying to be understanding and supportive and then I started crying and laughing at the same time because it was so bloody ridiculous!

00100001 · 02/11/2019 15:02

I dropped a sugar cube...

strawbmilk · 02/11/2019 15:02

The sandwich shop got the fillings mixed up and put my husbands Brie in with my chicken rather than with his ham. I sobbed for half an hour.
