Hey ladies coming on for some reassurance really, woke up this morning to some light bleeding. Rang out of hours, waiting for call back from early pregnancy unit. Hoping they'll scan me, if not will pay privately. I'd be 12 weeks tomorrow according to last scan x

@Naylor19 sorry to hear that Sad I had a horrible bleed at 8 weeks and was terrified. I didn't know at the time that bleeding is very common in the first trimester and usually benign, so the odds are in your favour (still scary nonetheless). Hope all is well and you get seen quickly!

Looks like us early 90's babies are leading the way!

Naylor19 · 12/09/2019 08:50

Thanks @DerbyshireGirly that's reassuring! Hospital can't scan until Monday so I've booked a private one this afternoon at 3.15! Can't face a whole weekend of worry!

Bex240 · 12/09/2019 09:30

@Jesskir89 thanks - those look like they might be good for work!

Bex240 · 12/09/2019 09:33

@MissPepper8 thank you! Unfortunately neither Primark or New Look in my town have a maternity section, so I might have to look into getting some stuff online. Or take a shopping trip to a bigger town!

MissPepper8 · 12/09/2019 10:25

@Bex240. I got my new look stuff in the online sale :), I'm the same have to go into a city x

avocadoincident · 12/09/2019 10:32

avocadoincident · 12/09/2019 10:33

Good luck @Naylor19 - I’m sure you’ll be fine, but I’ll keep everything crossed for you x

Naylor19 · 12/09/2019 12:06

Thanks @ELW85 the bleeding has stopped so I'm feeling more positive! Definitely needed a rest day though, probably been overdoing it at work! Be glad to see baby later on though, hopefully happy and healthy! x

MockingJay27 · 12/09/2019 12:53

Hi Everyone
Had our dating scan this morning I'm measuring 13 weeks so due date has changed from March 23rd to March 19th :) lovely to see the baby wriggling around, anyone good with nub theory want to take a guess at the sex?
Also for the age thing I'm 27

ttc19 · 12/09/2019 13:42

Congrats @MockingJay27, we have the same due date 🥰

ELW85 · 12/09/2019 14:02

@Naylor19 - that’s brilliant news! Not long til some reassurance now 😊 x

@MockingJay27 - congratulations!! I’m not an expert but I’d guess girl

blondie87 · 12/09/2019 16:22

@satsumasaturday I’m shattered too! It’s been bad at 15 weeks. I was expecting a big burst of energy but I’ve for the opposite way!!

I’ll be 32 when baby’s born.

DerbyshireGirly · 12/09/2019 16:39

@MockingJay27 same original and revised due dates as me! I don't know about nubs but just for fun I'm going to say that's a nice round girl skull.

Cariad80 · 12/09/2019 18:18

I'll be 39! 🧡

Naylor19 · 12/09/2019 19:20

Hello ladies,

I felt I owed it to all of you who have supported me throughout this journey to post this final message. Sadly today did not go well, our baby's heart stopped beating at 10 weeks. I cannot explain the grief we're feeling at the moment, and I know the next few months will be hard for me and DH. We hope one day we'll be back on here with good news, and I wish all of you the very best with your journeys. Take care x

avocadoincident · 12/09/2019 19:33

@Naylor19 I'm so so sorry to read your post. There will be support threads on here if you need them and I hope you manage to rest and look
after yourself in the coming months. Thanks

ELW85 · 12/09/2019 19:50

@Naylor19 - I can’t say enough how sorry I am to hear your news. My heart goes out to you and your DH. Be kind to yourself 💕

blondie87 · 12/09/2019 20:24

I’m so sorry to hear your news. Thinking of you and please take care of yourself @Naylor19.
