@Jesskir89 yes I take pregnacare daily and have for about 2 years. No idea how it's so low (I holiday a lot which should surely up it?!)

@DerbyshireGirly - I agree, very grown up. Apparently LO is currently the size of an orange according to my app!

Jesskir89 · 10/09/2019 18:35

You'd think so. Strange x

Naylor19 · 10/09/2019 19:50

@Jesskir89 I'm eating everything at the minute too Blush little and often, I'm blaming it on the baby though lol

Dinosauraddict · 10/09/2019 20:12

If anyone needs decent smart work/event clothes - JoJo Mama Bébé do a great range. I've been struggling to find decent very smart workwear that isn't black trousers - I'm more of a nice dress and blazer kind of girl!

Jesskir89 · 10/09/2019 21:16

@naylor19 oh well as long as I don't put 5 stone on lol and thanks @Dinosauraddict

oksim · 11/09/2019 04:35

@Abi58 I am exactly the same! I couldn't wait for the second trimester, but it's not made the slightest difference, still on meds, still getting sick, still look like death warmed up! 🙈
I'm sure our turn will come fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Bex240 · 11/09/2019 12:34

Hi girls! I need maternity clothes advice! I am hopeless at clothes shopping at the best of times, and this is worse!

I'm a size 14/16 and so far, at 13+3 weeks I am just feeling horribly fat due to eating everything in sight!

I had in my head that leggings and nice little dresses would be my go to look for being pregnant, but I've just tried on a couple of maternity dresses and they look like tents! So I tried on a couple of pairs of over the bump jeans. They are super comfy, but I'm worried that the stretchy bump part is nice over my currently fat belly, but might not be enough to cover a bump whne it gets going!

Anyone else stressed about this?!!

Jesskir89 · 11/09/2019 12:51

@bex240 similar size to you and almost 13 weeks so I hear you. I find the trousers from next really comfy you can get plain or patterned from 18 pound

satsumasaturday · 11/09/2019 17:41

Is anyone else feeling exhausted still? I feel like it's got worse the past couple of weeks rather than better like I thought it would (I'm 15 weeks tomorrow). I'm making sure I'm getting 8-9 hours of sleep a night but I'm still so tired, all I can think about at work is when I next get to sleep!! I can't figure out if it's pregnancy or if I'm fighting a cold or something as that's what it feels like!

MissPepper8 · 11/09/2019 17:45

@bex240 New look had/has a big maternity sale which I got 2 lovely dress from (one was tight fitting but the other was a lovely wrap dress) I'm a size 10/12 but the 12 wrap dress was a generous sizing so I'm more than happy I'll "grow" into it.

Other than that leggings wise, last pregnancy I did a primark run and got loads of their leggings and I've seen some nice over bump jeans on boohoo and new look again.

I'm so not keen to spend a lot, with my last pregnancy I didn't bother and stayed in my 10/12s, towards the end getting 14 leggings and jeans but I think I'm gonna be huge this time :(.

Hi...
Hoping to join you lovely people as my due date is the 15th March... this is my first baby and was a bit of a shock at 39!
Hoping to get more advice and support from here and help others where I can!
Was hoping to be feeling much more with it by now but still want to sleep 90%of the time...saying that it does trick me sometimes and I think I I can do a long walk to only then need to sleep for hours after!!

Yvonne1988 · 11/09/2019 18:32

Iv been feeling great for a few days now. If my insomnia kicks in I won't but when its not I can do anything and feeling completely normal.

Bex240 · 11/09/2019 19:18

Thanks! I'll definitely have a look at Next. That's cheaper than the H&M jeans I was looking at today! They were £25 which seems like a lot to pay for 6 months wear.

avocadoincident · 11/09/2019 20:00

Welcome (or should I say Croeso!) @Cariad80 I'm 39 too and I'll be 40 when the baby comes.
I'm assuming you are Welsh?

Jesskir89 · 11/09/2019 20:52

@bex240 they're not maternity they're just really comfy trousers ill try and put a pic on for you

Jesskir89 · 11/09/2019 21:15

@bex240 this is the style I bought but a different pattern plain black are 18 x

Welcome @Cariad80 !
@avocadoincident I never actually knew your age, interesting to know the range of ages on here. I'm 28, will be 29 before baby is born.

Yvonne1988 · 12/09/2019 00:48

I'm 31 next Thursday.

avocadoincident · 12/09/2019 05:57

Shall we do an age poll and I'll collate!

avocadoincident · 12/09/2019 06:02

Maybe people can add to this then copy and paste:

Obviously no one has to play so don't feel obliged to divulge your age.
