I'm so excited to start this thread. Looks like I'll be due 1st April from my ovulation day (28th July by last period)!

I'm absolutely over the moon after a MC in May.
Bring on the April Babies!

@Pip231018 yeah i know what u mean about not giving long time reassurance but im so scared of going to my 12 week apt and there being an empty sac again 💔

We have tried not to get too excited until after 12 weeks incase anything does happen.

I like your idea about taking weekly tests...i have plenty of IC's so will try this. Back to work on Monday after 2 weeks holiday so hopefully that will distract me too.

Thank you and hope all goes well for you x

MindyStClaire · 24/08/2019 13:04

Hi all, hope everyone's feeling well.

Haven't had a chance to catch up with the thread, but I think people have been looking to join the FB group (which is lovely, active and supportive, just fyi Smile ). The girls who were admin have a lot on their plates atm, so I'm on as an administrator now.

If you want to join, just PM me the email address associated with your FB account and I'll add you.

DH is away this weekend so I might not be on much, but I promise to add everyone as soon as I can.

Thanks!

I had a miscarriage in Mar this year and I was 6.5 weeks and I did a test the day before and it said all good so even if you have a miscarriage your body may still thinks it's pregnant - I had a surgical to remove the baby and I had to take a test 3 weeks after as the hospital said my body may still think it's pregnant - I had never heard this before but apparently it's very common

namechange244 · 24/08/2019 13:57

I am 5 plus 3 and had brown discharge this morning when I wiped

Also had a terrible dream about a black dog attacking me last night and looked it up in dream dictionary and if apparently means bad things will happen!

No cramps yet though so I am hoping and praying

nicola18737 · 24/08/2019 14:01

I’m going to leave as it’s too triggering. All the best everyone and good luck.

BumblieBee · 24/08/2019 17:16

I am also able to add people to the FB group if anyone would like, just send me a PM with a link to your Facebook profile and I'll be happy to add you 😊

mummy0207 · 24/08/2019 22:44

@nicoletia are you in the uk? If so just call your gp surgery and book an appointment with your midwife. I didn't see a doc last time or this time just booked midwife xx

newgirl89 · 25/08/2019 07:49

@nicola18737 I'm really sorry you feel you have to leave. What do you think is making you so anxious? How many weeks are you now? X

StarWanderer · 25/08/2019 07:51

Please may I join? Been trying since Christmas, tested same day as AF due and it was a strong positive! Very very early days so think I'm due around 25th April? Have a non stop achey feeling low down, but swollen boobs so all ok for now I think! Had HG previously so am super anxious about that starting, but trying to stay positive. Smile

PrincessConsuela12 · 25/08/2019 10:16

@namechange244 Have you had any more? If it's brown I think it's old blood so it should be ok x

nicoletia · 25/08/2019 10:31

Thanks @mummy0207. I'll give him a call tomorrow x

Nikkinoodle84 · 25/08/2019 16:10

Hi girls! Any larger ladies In here? I'm really struggling with swollen and painful breasts. Iv ordered wireless bras for comfort but they just dont feel supportive enough. Iv been looking for crop top type ones but struggling to find them in my current size 22 or a 24 (thinking for when I need a bit more room) sports bras are no good as they still have the clasp fastening which makes them uncomfortable (and also super expensive in my bra size) . Anyone have any ideas where i could try? Thank you x

HerSymphonyAndSong · 25/08/2019 16:18

My breasts are enormous and I am breastfeeding so still wearing nursing bras. I never coped with non-wired bras but you can get ones with “soft” wires which I wear
www.figleaves.com/uk/freya-pure-flexi-wire-moulded-nursing-bra/1007201.html?c=ppc&src=gguk_feed&PRODUCT_GROUP&gclsrc=aw.ds&&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI6oTts6ie5AIVxbHtCh2eywAVEAQYAiABEgJaq_D_BwE

However when I was at your stage with really painful breasts I think I wore sports bras as they were super supportive but soft

HerSymphonyAndSong · 25/08/2019 16:18

I don’t think that was very helpful sorry!

Ithinkthatsenough · 25/08/2019 18:52

Try a sports bra? Only bra strong enough to stop painful jiggling!!

Nikkinoodle84 · 25/08/2019 20:52

Thanks girls.
The sports bras in my size iv found arent so soft, and they dont actually stop the niggly coz theres so much of them. I kinda just want a crop top type sports bra to cradle them a little when I'm at home. I'll try the fig leaves link, not looked there, and just keep trawling the internet.

BumblieBee · 25/08/2019 21:50

@Nikkinoodle84 have you tried molke?

Whatelsecouldibecalled · 25/08/2019 22:09

Bloated and constipated!!! Agh!! Trying to embrace all symptoms but my stomach is huge and sore. Any top tips?

eskimod · 25/08/2019 22:13

@Nikkinoodle84 I have the same problem. My boobs really hurt! But most bras are super uncomfortable 😣 it hurts not to wear a bra but I can't sleep in one so I'm having real difficulty right now. I have never found a sports bra to fit my size properly that gives me good sports support... And they're so expensive!

There is another thread that I created for larger ladies, check it out if you haven't already and maybe someone can help? X

Nikkinoodle84 · 25/08/2019 22:57

@eskimod iv not seen that? Could you tag me in a post on there to help me find it? My nipples feel so raw, they rub on my clothes if I wear no bra. To be fair, it's my only real symptom at the minute, I'm.lucky so I wont complain.
@BumblieBee iv not heard of molke before I'll have a look. Thank you

HerSymphonyAndSong · 26/08/2019 11:01

The nausea is very bad today and I am on holiday with family. It’s getting very hard to hide how wiped out and grim I’m feeling

nomorewinedayfriday · 26/08/2019 11:07

Anyone else getting brain fog?! I hope it's a symptom rather than my brain turning to mush but I feel like I'm constantly forgetting what I went into a room for and just questioned my DS's birthday date! 🤔😐

CEM29 · 26/08/2019 17:32

Keep getting like random sharp pain. Not often maybe 2-3 daily but freaking me out. No bleeding but so worrying at 8+2 😭

PrincessConsuela12 · 26/08/2019 17:35

Does anyone have any nice drink ideas? I used to enjoy a coffee but cut down to max 2 decaf a day & I'm drinking water constantly, I just fancy something a bit different sometimes

poopatroop · 26/08/2019 18:13

@CEM29 - same here! I was in the supermarket early and nearly doubled over with a sharp pain. Then it went as soon as it came. I think (hope?) all sorts of cramps and pains are pretty normal at this stage!
