I'm so excited to start this thread. Looks like I'll be due 1st April from my ovulation day (28th July by last period)!

I'm absolutely over the moon after a MC in May.

29, 1st baby, due somewhere between 24-28th Apr depending on different online due date calculators.
I feel so happy, so lucky but also so terrified! Can't believe this is really possibly happening!
I have some huge end of 3 year diploma exams at week 11 so I'm pretty scared how tiredness, sickness etc is going to work around that and the prospect of how I could even fit in resits if needed as they happen every 6 months which would be when baby is due so now huge pressure but my mind is so distracted I can barely concentrate on work!
Plus I'm absolutely petrified of miscarriage stats.
Sorry for the long message. Basically I'm so scared! (But also so very happy, baby was planned and very much wanted)

Hi, congratulations everyone! I've decided to finally join a thread.
I got my bfp on the 2nd and I'm 7 weeks today, EDD 5th April. Im 26 and this will be my first(very excited but scared), I had a MC in March so was very wary about getting our hopes up this time, but I've made it further than before so things are looking good fingers crossed.
Symptoms are still very real at the moment mainly sore boobs and constant nausea (was actually sick quite a bit yesterday which is a first!). I've got an early scan booked in next week which I'm very nervous for but hopefully if all is good I'll be much more relaxed.

Are any of you using apps? I use Pregnancy+ and just got the Bounty app (that one is good for offers later on down the line).

Anyone else feeling a little bit like death warmed up?? I’m 7+1 today. Have no energy and feel a bit rough. I’m praying these are all good signs!! I have my scan at ivf clinic tomorrow. Not sure how much of the rough feeling is the anxiety kicking in!

Yes I'm feeling so rough, been throwing up this morning. Just want to go back to bed, but the kids won't allow it

Loving this thread and all the advice. Also feel pretty rubbish (not envy) but not actually being sick!

Had early scan yesterday, dated at 7 weeks (thought I was 7+6) but I do have longer cycles. Saw little baby and heartbeat all in the right place so am very relieved!

I did a positive test on Friday, couldn’t believe it as was first time ‘trying’ and bam! Scared to believe it, so so happy, had symptoms yesterday but none today, don’t know who/who not/when/how to tell/what to do about doctors/scans etc... I’m feeling everything at the moment!!! I keep wondering if it has just disappeared all on its own and if the whole thing has turned out to be a dream, I’ve wanted and waited for this for so so long I can’t believe it’s real!! ❤️❤️❤️

Hey @megan18....my sickness is awful today...vomited most of this morning and havent got out of bed all day...dreading the OH going back to work tomorrow...how far on are you??

Anyone getting sharp shooting pains sort of behind/in the middle of their boobs?
It's making me a bit breathless and slightly nauseous.. not sure what to think really.

@Noodlesxxx 6 nearly 7 weeks geting an early scan as i have a bicordnate uterus but i go away in 2 weeks for 2 weeks been so ill today how far are you along

I'm feeling nauseas today been sick this morning but I think I just wanted to, to help with the nausea thinking it will go away!
Think I'm going to buy these wrist banks to help me, the nausea makes me want to eat and also have a funny Taste in my mouth that makes me want to also eat to take the taste away. Why can't I have been one of those women who find out 5 months down the line and doesn't have any symptoms what's so ever

Last time I got a horrible aftertaste from salty or sweet food, I had to have chewing gum to take it away. I can’t remember when that kicked in, not looking forward to it

Its my 4th @megan18....ive had sickness with all of them but never vomited as much as this one....keep thinking it could be a bug but what are the chances lol my other 3 kids are 16 14 and 5...i also suffer with anxiety which doesnt help things.....is this your 1st??
