I'm so excited to start this thread. Looks like I'll be due 1st April from my ovulation day (28th July by last period)!

I'm absolutely over the moon after a MC in May.
Bring on the April Babies!

I am so happy that you got you postive. After all your wait! I will keep everything crossed for you! When have calculated your due date?

Its only me and my husband that no so far we havnt told any family yet. Think I may book in for an early scan to break up the weight!

@Jessem29 you're totally not alone on the worrying, having a miscarriage definitely adds to the anxiety, I had one a few years back and I am filled with dread most of the time but I'm trying so hard to chill out and enjoy it.

Don't be so hard on yourself, it's totally natural to feel the way you are and in time it'll ease off I promise! Give yourself until at least 7 weeks before you get an early scan because by then you should absolutely hear their little hearts going . In the meantime, look after yourself and take comfort in the fact you conceived again . Congratulations! You've got this!!

Hi ladies, can I join? 😊 I've just had a scan showing my little smidge's heartbeat, I'm around 6+3 so due in April. I'm 24, first baby but I've had a few mcs and cps so very very anxious... still waiting for my symptoms to kick in, I don't feel pregnant at all! Xx

@Jessem29 Firstly congratulations! Know exactly what you mean, we got our BFP yesterday after a mc at the end of last year. Happy but quite anxious. I do feel positive about it though.

I've been thinking about doing some kind of relaxation or mindfulness. Don't really know if it will work, but its worth a try and certainly won't do any harm. I'm also thinking about an early scan! Going to try and hold off until about 9 weeks though. Good luck :)

I survived the day on Saturday with out puking or passing out and most people didn't even notice my lack of alcohol consumption. I did tell 1 friend though as she knows we're ttc and about the mcs.
Unfortunately the effort of appearing normal knocked me out flat yesterday, so lots of napping and the vomiting started in earnest last night. Work tomorrow is going to be hell!!!

Hello, Hope it’s ok to join! Congrats on everyone’s bfp’s. Seems like a lovely friendly group.
I’m super early, af was only due yesterday/today.have done 2 tests and both positive (albeit faint). Going to buy one of the one sensitive ones that tell you in weeks tonight or tomorrow.
This will be baby number 2 for me. Had an early mc before having my LO so early stages make me a tad nervous.

The first few weeks are the worst! I have a strong positive pregnancy test (I’ve done about 10 since finding out one week ago!) but I have such a strong feeling my period is coming, which surely can’t be right! I have an early scan booked for 7 weeks 2 days (29th August) but may move it to next week as I will be 6 weeks from next Tuesday, just to see if everything is ok due to my concerns. The fact that I have no symptoms is no that helping! With my previous miscarriage I was sick straight away quite severely! Boobs were bigger and tender etc!
Really hoping this works out x

Yes like lots of pin pricks under areola 😂🙈

@BedB51 the hormones are probably disrupting your skin

I know areolas change and can darken etc this looks like dots/pin pricks under areola bottom of breasts

@BedB51 to be honest my boobs have been so sore that I haven't wanted to touch them so I've not looked properly. I'll check tonight and let you know . I'm sure it's normal and just hormones!

@DtarryEyed88 yes I also have been looking in to meditation and relaxtion techniques as well as mindfulness. I feel if I stay calm everything else will just follow. Hope you are ok.

I am super anxious now especially where I have been asked by my boss to travel down South with business tomorrow and stay overnight 😱

Also, I've not experienced any other symptoms than fatigue and sore breasts. Is it normal?

For the ladies talking about boobs - I've had a few more dots on my areola that I've noticed, but I don't have any symptoms yet other than sore nipples and tiredness really (in bed now!) x

I have lots of these spots/dots/pin pricks.
Lets hope my areolas dont double in size. Its my 2nd and my boobs didnt change much with my daughter and i breastfed. Suppose time will tell 😱

@nicoletia I wouldn't worry if you've not had many symptoms yet. If you think about it, some women dont find out until they're 3, even 5 months pregnant as they dont have symptoms so you might be one of the lucky ones
