PREDICTIONS

BabyMadwithBump on Thu 24-May-07 14:57:52
I've been dreaming of a baby girl, 9lb 2oz, on the 27 July with dark black hair, but I predict a baby boy, 8lb 1oz, also 27 July, with very light hair! We'll see!

Chooster on Thu 24-May-07 15:08:03

Mrs - fantastic news on your scan!!! I don't think we offended anyone - at least not that anyone's said!!!

MrsMcJnr · 04/09/2007 13:44

ah but I am in West Lothian - have to say that the hospital is spotless, I scrutinise it every time I go and am never disappointed! Have a lovely girly afternoon with DD

Bodkin · 04/09/2007 15:20

Ello ello

Great news on your scan Mrsmc - you must feel so relieved and excited. I'm excited for you! Is it bonkers that I am so looking forward to everyone having their babies?! I think it is because it is about a year ago now that I first started MNing and met all you lovely ladies, so I suppose it is just wonderful that we are all here together!

Fettle - again, good news (i think?) on your results, although I guess the frequent monitoring will be a bit of a chore. Glad to hear DD got on so well on her first day. She is such a beauty - I know it has been said before but she is incredibly mature looking - she makes my DD1 look about 2 in comparison! BTW Ned is a great name! My sister's DS2 is a Ned, and he's gorgeous. I think it says, boyish, cheeky, bit scruffy, funny - well that's what he is anyway!

Honey - thanks for the reassurance on the impetigo. DD is being amazingly brave about it all - she was fab at the docs yesterday. Antibiotics and cream seem to be working, no more patches have appeared - luckily they're not on her face, just stomach and legs. Think she can start pre-school on Thursday - hurrah! Sorry to hear you're getting kicked in the fanjo ouch!

Greedy - so you've got a little wriggler in there have you?! Your friend sounds a bit of a PITA! God, don't worry about 20 mins being too much telly!.... my poor DD1! still, it's not forever... one day I'll be able to be a fully interactive mum with DD1 again, and not just keep plonking her in front of the telly or the pooter...

Ok, Playmobil calling.... I'm just wondering if I ought to put it all through the dishwasher to kill off any lingering bacteria.... whaddya reckon? I've been washing all her clothes and bedding at 60 degrees (yeah, like I haven't got enough washing to do at the mo!)

See y'all later xxx

Chooster · 04/09/2007 18:12

Poor DD1 Bodders! Thats pretty crap isn't it, but it sounds like she is being really brave! Really hope she can go to pre-school later this week, I bet you are looking forward to the peace . As much as I love playing with DS1, I look forward to Tuesdays as I've then got him in mursery for 3 whole days.

Huge congratulations MrsMC!!! I know what you mean about being anxious for the scan but it sounds like it perfectly well!!!! Very excited for you and DH. I wonder what it is?!? Could you not have found out for us? I know what you mean Bodkin, I'm really excited about the others on here having their babies .

Your friend does sound out of order Greedy, who is she to say how much TV your kids should watch.!! Besides, 20 mins is nothing. I dont think my DS watches any tv at all (in fact i wish he would want to watch more), but he probably watches about 15 / 20 mins in the morning. Anyway, she shouldn't tell your kids off with you there.

Hi fettle - DD is gorgeous!!!!!! So glad she likes her pre-school.

Hi honey and everyone else!!!!

Theo's hernia has ben checked by GP and she said it seemed ok and should haveclosed up by the time he is a year old. And the reflux is getting much better too!!! So all is well in the chooster household - the little guy has just woken so speak later x

fettleandminifettle · 04/09/2007 18:49

Evening all!

Bodders - poor DD1 - sounds like she's coping very well. Hope she can go to preschool on Thursday to give you some time with DD2. I'm looking forward to tomorrow when DD is in school until 3.45pm, so after dropping her off at 8.45am - I fully intend going back to bed with the computer and tv and dozing all day! What's the bet something turns up and I can't?!!

Chooster - great news that Theo's hernia should sort itself and the fact that his reflux is getting better. Just listening to you and Bodders makes me realise just how unready I am for having a newborn - I'm completely and utterly shattered at the moment!! Must pack my hospital bag too - bit scary to think I'm 37 weeks on Saturday!!

Mrs - lovely photos of weemcjnr! I think he is a boy - not sure why?!!!

Greedy - where you today? How's the electricity/house/work/energy? Anymore BHs?!

Am I a tired, emotional, hormonal, pregnant woman (well I know I am!!), but am I'm being unfair not wanting DH to go out tonight and tomorrow night as well. He can't get out of tonight, as it's a pay whether you go or not affair! I think he'd probably rather not be going (but I can't think why, it is for beer tasting at the local brewery!!). Tomorrow is a beating the retreat, which I know he loves (I love them too!), but the thought of doing bathtime and bedtime again on my own is exhausting - DD is not being her normal angel at the moment!. He also wants/needs/should go on a work team-building event for 2 days, 1 night in Mid-wales in mid-Sept - am I unfair for being a little concerned about this? I know it is technically only 2 hours away, but going on a male team-building event and not drinking, do you really think that's feasible?! Oh, poo!!

Sorry, just feeling sorry for myself - hopefully DD will bath and bed easily and I can get to bed before 8pm tonight! Sleep seems to evade me, but at least i can rest!

honey - I want to sound as full of energy as you do!! How do you manage? Being 4 weeks less pg than me, I suppose!

ps I've worked out why "in the nightgarden" makes me feel sick - we used to watch it when I was first pregnant - so obviously reminds me of nausea and sickness!!

speak soon

fettleandminifettle · 04/09/2007 18:49

I'm a grumpy cow today, aren't I?!!!!

iampgatlast · 04/09/2007 19:45

hello everyone!!!

i have been away for sooooo long!!! we dont have the internet as yet at our new house so ive just popped to the flat to keep dp company while he does some painting ready for it to be rented and thought id pop on and have a nose at my internet buddies (((hugs)))

bodkin - so sorry to hear your dd has got impetigo, my bf had that when we were at school and she was off for months (probably couldnt be bothered to return and strung it out for aslong as she could) i hope the antibiotics and cream kick in and bring her some comfort. big hugs to isla too!! xx and you of course xx

greedy - your childrens rooms look fab!! must admit i didnt quite like the idea of bunting but the way you have done it looks great!! also loving the dinosaurs. sorry bubs is being a bit feisty with the kicks!

fettle - its totally ok for you to be a miserable cow (not that you are of course!) i wouldnt be too impressed if my dp went out 2 nights in a row leaving me on night duties infact i think i could just about stomach 1 night - actually who am i kidding i wouldnt be impressed at all!!! i say put him on night duties and you go out! - if only it was that simple eh?!

mrsmc - great news on your scan!! the pics look fab. hope your keeping well - hows the bump coming along?! people keep commenting how small i am but that is underneath my baggy work jumper dp thinks im growing by the day!!

ahhhhhh now ive forgotten what else i wanted to say!!!!

seaside - i hope you are doing well - hows your bump coming along? any movements??

oh mrsmcjnr - how are your kicks coming along? are they with full force or still fluttery?

chooster - theos suspected hernia sounds awful!! poor theo how is he doing now? any news on what they will do for him? i hope you are well and getting a bit more sleep.

hello to honeyapple, firststar, babymad and anyone else i have missed

we are still living upside down - literally!! we are living upstairs in our house while dp knocks the walls down and plasters and does the kitchen and the out building - TOTAL DESTRUCTION!!! but will be worthwhile just hoping it gets finished or atleast into some order before little oscar arrives!!
i have been feeling little fluttery movements and some big butterflies i just hope its baby and not my imagination its weird at night because if ilay on my back my stomach sticks out but part of it stays flat and then some of it is raised if that makes sense it looks weird!!

anyway i am off now to get some dinner - chips and curry sauce mmmmmmmmm

i wont be on now for a week as im going to majorca on friday so wont get chance to get online before then so catch up when im back - greedy and fettle hold onto your babies until i get back!!!!!

lots of love xx

fettleandminifettle · 04/09/2007 20:06

Great to hear from you Iam!!

Hope you're not too unsettled in your upsidedown house!! So wish I was coming with you to Mallorca - sounds bliss!!! I'll try and hang on until you get back!!!

Little Oscar - like that!!

BTW greedy - how about Marcy or Maisie/Maisy, Xanthe? Have you considered the scan might be wrong, and it might be a little boy in there!!!. Only joking!!!!!

xxx

Chooster · 04/09/2007 21:15

Oooh, enjoy your holiday Iampg!!! I'd love to be coming with you too . A week in the sun sounds incredible. Enjoy every minute of it as the next time little Oscar will be with you and thats never quite as relaxing . The one thing my DH and I regret is not going on more beach holidays before DS1 arrived. He was born almost exactly 2 years after we met so we didn't have much child-free time. Have a great time .

You are not being grumpy at all Fettle - you've got a lot going on and its understandable that you want DH around. Could he go out after bathtime? so you only need to do bedtime alone? I reckon the thought of possibly missing his sons birth if he drinks should keep him off the beer in Wales. You'll be 39wks then wont you???

Oh my goodness my Theo is still awake and is getting over tired. He's been up and awake since 3pm. He's on his tummy on a pillow on my lap and I think I can finally se his eyes closing

greedygreedyguzzler · 04/09/2007 22:12

fettle - i hate you! DON'T tell me that you are child free tomorrow and going back to bed all day. that sounds like BLISS and also sounds like something i will NEVER get to do!............obviously i dont really hate you, i am just VERY jealous!!! yes, lots of BHs and painful ones too!!! been out all day though at a splash park with my 2 and a friend with her 3. cocked up cos i should actually of been in clinic seeing patients but i managed to completely confuse my days and left patients stranded with no chiropractor to see! feel really bad for my patients and really blonde and dippy that i managed to do it, but never mind hey!!
and dont moan too much about bathtime/bedtime cos i have to do it 99% of the time with my 2 if that makes you feel any better!!!! the end is in sight, dont worry! i think you had more energy when you were still at work, you do seem a bit..........erm........... pregnant this week!!!
i like the name Marcy!!! thanks! just mentioned it to dh too and he said he likes it too!!!! YIPPEE!!!!!!!!! OMG!!! i am starting to get excited now that we might ahve a nmae!!!!!! Ellis, Kiki and Marcy...what do you think????!!!!!.......and yes, i do keep thinking maybe the scan is wrong.hope not really cos i am all psyched up for a girl now!!! cant imagine another boy!!

chooster - great news about theos hernia. how old is he now? does it seem like he has always been around yet? and how come ds1 doesn't really watch tv? does he not like it? i wish mine didn't!!! ds spent half an hour this morning relaying an episode of little einsteins to me....the whole programme takes less time than that!!!

bodders - hows your poor little scabby girl? and hows your boob monster? did you sterilise the playmobil? dont think i would have bothered to be honest, but then i am a lazy cow!!!

iwillbe - nice to hear from you. seems weird you talking about your baby boy with a name! makes it seem so real!!! ...which of course it is, but you know what i mean!!! dont envy you in your house......sounds like ours!!! APPARENTLY our builders should be finished next week though!!! only 6 weeks behind schedule!!!! have a fab holiday by the way!!!

mrs - fab news about your scan, so pleased everything is ok! can you relax more now? hope so!

honeyapple - your description of babies movements sound EXACTLY how i would describe mine! i get the really hard lump too, it feels just like a foot pushing really hard to get out! and i get kicks in my 'bits' too and bladder so i feel like i am going to piss myself!!! its great isn't it?!!!

fettleandminifettle · 05/09/2007 09:16

I'm missing DD!! normally at work, I'm occupied, but I'm missing her today!! [got to go into work tomorrow to have my appraisal with my boss, so must make the most of today!!!]

She's there all day today, so we'll see how she goes - this afternoon there is only going to be 2-3 of them, so she'll either love it or be really bored. I'm hoping some one-to-one time will be really good for her, or am I a really bad mother sending her for 2 full days? - just feel it would be good to have 2 days with baby when we can go out and not have to rush back for 12.30pm to pick her up (or not have to wake him up to go get her!) - bearing in mind, it could take until 11am before we realistically get anywhere!!! how I'm going to manage to drop DD off every morning at 845am is going to be interesting once mini-fet is here!!! Support from DH, i suppose!

I know, I know I shouldn't moan Greeds about bedtime - not sure we "knew" eachother last summer, but I did cope for 5-6 months while DH was in Iraq, so i can do bathtime/bedtime, it is just that I'm in constant pain now from my pelvis and I can't bend over, so bathtime is interesting. Bless her, DD is being great, but I think she's looking forward to not having a whale for a mother anymore!!!

Glad you like the name Marcy - all names from DD's new school! I think there might even be a Camilla and a Lily, but thought Marcy/Maisy more you!!

BTW - I have really painful movements as well - sometimes yelp out loud - people at work kept thinking I was going into labour!! Minifet also gets really violent hiccups, generally when I'm going to sleep at night and it feels like the whole bed bounces with me!!! I also get bizzare bumping feeling on my cervix, as if he's knocking to get out!!!. Most of the very painful movements have calmed down now i'm not working anymore, probably because I'm resting more though. But you are right, giving up work has reduced my adrenaline rush, so I'm definitely feeling more "pregnant" at the moment!!

Hope everyone has good days today - I'm going to force myself back to bed for a bit - not very good at lying in bed all day, when I actually get the chance - love the thought of it, but get bored really easily!!! But this will probably be one of the last times I have a day to myself like this. Suddenly dawned on me last night (while self-diagnosing on the internet ) that if LFTs are up again on Tuesday, I'll have to be induced before the end of next week - need to have baby before start of 38th week, which is Saturday! Pretty scary thought!

Take care all
xxx just to prove i'm happy!!

MrsMcJnr · 05/09/2007 10:53

Hello ladies

Thanks Bodkin - poor DD1, you must be proud that she is being so brave.

Hey Chooster thanks for the excitement for us you know I didn?t even think about the sex when I was there ? you can tell me what you think when you see me ? I think you thought it would be a girl before So glad that things are looking good for Theo

Fettle hope you are having a lazy day is the house totally sorted now? So you think my Beanie?s a boy, have to say, so do I but DH still thinks it?s a girl! Have to say, it does seem a bit much that DH has to be out 2 nights in a row and if it were me, I?d be kicking up about the mid-Sept night away ? you don?t need the stress hon of worrying, unless it would be really detrimental to his work, I?d be putting the pressure on but I am high maintenance Elderflower cordial/wine reminds me of nausea, can?t touch the stuff now!

Hello Iampg missed you! Bump?s getting bigger ? hopefully I?ll see Chooster next week and she can gauge it for me how is yours coming along? Don?t you find it lovely? how have you been feeling? Beanie?s kicks are getting stronger and more frequent, I know for sure that they are kicks now I get a lopsided bump too come back soon and share!! Have a lovely holiday, 3 weeks and a day until mine .

Greedy LOL at you. Hoping that I?ll find it easier to relax now but it hasn?t happened quite yet.

Chooster · 05/09/2007 10:56

Ooooh, I like Marcy - Darcy is nice too, I used to work with a Darcy.

Theo is 7 weeks old now and yes it does seem like he has been here forever!! Its wierd because when I was pregnant me and DH were wondering what it would be like to have him here and what he would look like. Now he is here I just can't imagine it any other way and can't imagine he would look any different from how he is - does that make sense??? Its just all feels so right . Am pleased his hernia is nothing to worry about. It can still be pushed in but we'll see what happens over the next few months - it doesn't seem to bother him though.

Hope the splash park was good??? Shame you got the dates mixed up but you are allowed at this stage.

DS1 just doesn't like TV, he watches for a couple of minutes, sometimes the whole of Thomas but then just wonders off to do something. He just likes playing with his cars / trucks / buses etc - anything with wheels. I recently bought Shrek the movies in the hope he would watch something as i gives me a moment of peace to feed Theo but he just gets bored too quickly.

Fettle - Really hope you are haaving a relaxing day, force yourself to lie in bed and just chill out. Dont feel bad at all packing DD off to 2 full days. Max goes to nursery for 3 full days and it gives me a really good time with Theo, and I can have a rest on those days when Theo is sleeping. Am sure she will love it there.

I wont say any more name suggestions as I think you've cracked it Greedy. Let us know if you need more though!

Chooster · 05/09/2007 10:58

Morning MrsMc!!! Hope work is OK today I can't wait to see your bump.

sorry fettle - i know it seemed like i was moaning at you last night, but i think i was feeling a bit sorry for myself again cos i had a particularly stressful bathtime/bedtime with the kids and no help from dh cos he was painting the outside of the house as soon as he got in from work! bending over the bath is tricky at the moment isn't it? i tend to leave the kids to it a bit so they never get a very thorough bath justa bit of a soak and a play......although they do love soaping each other up at the moment ( sounds a bit dodgy, i know!) my lo doesn't get hiccups, glad to be missing out on that one! are you hoping to be induced or not? you sound like you are! i guess a couple of weeks early would be nice wouldn't it? i am hoping for just a few days early to give me enough time to finish the house, get the cot made up , pack my bag and finish work and then relax for a few days! i think it is lovely you are taking dd to school for 2 days so you can spend quality time with the baby. i am already feeling guilty cos i dont think i will get ANY time with no.3 on my own.....apart from the night feeds and i can't see me being in a great mood for 'quality time' then!!!

chooster - you sound happy and chilled!! good good good!!!

just had to share with you all...........my dd doesn't speak very clearly with all her words and whenever she says 'thank you' it sounds like 'fuck you'!!! it cracks me up all the time!!!!! but im not sure what other people think when they give her something and she says "fuck you"!!!

Chooster ? my friend has a daughter called Darcy after the ballerina ? she hoped she?d be graceful but she?s not 7 weeks already! So pleased you are happy with your family unit

Firsty ? hey hon thanks, working from home is fab sounds like you are being really patient with the DSDs not sure I?d be willing to give my newborn to anyone in the first few weeks, even DH so sorry about the infection I hope it gets much better really soon. I can?t believe you are moving on top of it all!

Greedy LOL at DD

fettleandminifettle · 05/09/2007 14:04

Well managed to sleep from 1030 til 1pm!! Not bad really!!! Didn't sleep all the way through, only managed about 30-45 mins before I have to hook myself up to the forklift truck and heave myself over onto the other side and rearrange all the pillows to cope with the pain! but then straight back to sleep! But currently I feel like a whole new woman!!

Greedy - I knew you were just feeling a bit unhelped too! I have to say I could really do with my DH coming home and getting on with some house-sorting. Think that's part of my problem, now I'm home all day, I can see what still needs to be done, but am comletely unable to do it, if it involves lifting, bending, carrying - which is about everything!! Technically I could I suppose change the curtain and light fittings in baby's room, but that involves electric tools and that's frigtening!!!. Leave that to the experts (well DH at least!!!).

at your DD!!! Have a friend who's son watched Willy Wonka on DVD at the childminders, but couldn't get the name right and spent the rest of the week say he wanted to watch "Willy Wanker" - poor childminder was very embarrassed!!

So Mrs - glad you are enjoying working from home! So as above, no our house isn't sorted. Most of the boxes are unpacked, but there are still piles of stuff everywhere that need to put somewhere, but where is the question!!! Finally arranged for a garden designer to come round next week to give us some designs for the garden - shame Garden Force (or whatever it was called has finished!), think we'd have the perfect blank canvass for them!! Just grass on a steep incline down to a river, therefore, there is very little garden currently you can use (particularly with children) - can't wait to see what they come up with. We've kept back quite a bit of money when we bought this place, so hopefully they'll managed something within budget - I think our nextdoor neighbours with a very similar problem when theybought the house, spent £20,000 on their garden - not sure I could ever spend that much on it, but it will increase the value of the property and their garden looks absolutely stunning!

Chooster - Darcy after the Ballerina!! At first the only Darcy I could think of was from Pride & Prejudice!!! Now he is graceful (well whathisname, who played him on the TV adaptation was!!! Thanks for making me feel better about DD - I suppose it was a just a bit of shock to find that from the 15 in her class only 2-3 stay for afternoons. I suppose DD only stays for 2 afternoons a week - the plan is that she will go up to 5 full days by next summer, so she's all set to move into the next door classroom for proper school with no problems! Actually it may be quite good, as in the afternoons, those pre-school children left will spend some time doing activities with the foundation class, so she'll be getting some stimulation from older children, which I thought she might miss from her old nursery.

Firsty - sounds like you've got a great routine there! We tried every day to get DD to bed by 7=3.30, and eventually it worked (couldn't tell you how many months, but then she's never been a great sleeper!!). I'm sure it will quicker and easier for you. Sorry to hear about your overexcited DSDs - how old are they again? Has DH tried saying anything to them? You don't want them to feel left out at all, but they have to realise there are limits to what they can and cannot do and when they can - hope they settle down.

Right off to have some lunch - then only really an hour before i have to think about DD - goes quickly when you sleep your free time away!! Maybe I'll just spend it resting in bed!!

xxx

MrsMcJnr · 05/09/2007 15:39

Fettle ? that?s great you had such a long sleep ? hmmm my bed and pillows oh yes, oh to be there now! Can understand it must be frustrating not to be able to shift things ? I?ve started noticing my limitations already, it is irritating as I am used to being really active and being able to do most things too ? I usually do in our house too as DH takes so long to get round to doing things. The garden project sounds fun ? and lovely with the river at the bottom!

fettleandminifettle · 05/09/2007 19:44

Well, I think bath/bedtime has gone quite smoothly - about half an hour later than should be - but there we go!!

You'll all be pleased to know that when asked when I collected her today whether she prefered to be picked up in the afternoon or after lunch, DD immediatly replied in the afternoon - she prefers school to me!! {she didn't actually say the last part!!!} There was only her and another girl this afternoon, which i think she really enjoyed!

Can't believe how quickly all these babies are growing up - they'll all be at university before we get ours out, greedy & honey!! Bit concerned about all these people have strong BH's - I've either got an iron pain limit, or they feel like nothing compared to my pelvic pain, or my uterus is just not practicising!!! hope that doesn't mean this little one's in for the long haul - 36+4 today, that's when I finally gave birth to DD after 4 days being induced!! So from tomorrow, I've never been this pg before!!.

take care all
xxx

greedygreedyguzzler · 05/09/2007 21:06

dont worry about your lack of BHs fettle. i hardly had any with ds only tightenings towards the end and he was by far an easier birth than dd when i had loads! glad dd has settled so quickly into her new school...........and to think you were worried about her not adjusting to new house, new school etc!.........just the adjustment of a new baby now for her to deal with and you are there!!!

took my two to 'music tree' today. felt a bit sorry for ds cos its not meant to be for him so he just had to sit on a chair at the back and watch, but he was so grown up bless him he just accepted it and sat there like an angel! shame they cant both do the same clubs yet! ds goes to karate (i am trying to toughen him up a bit!) and me and dd have to sit and watch and i can tell she is itching to get up and join in bless her!

ds made me laugh today...............he was telling dd that when they are grown up they are getting married to each other and going to live next door to me and daddy and have children just like them! he was on the verge of tears when i broke it to him that he wouldn't be able to marry his sister! i felt so mean! he kept saying " BUT WHY cant i marry her, i just love her so much and want to be with her all the time!!!"...............i wonder how long he will feel like that for? they are so close at the moment it melts my heart, but it does worry me that new baby is going to get left out cos the age gap is so much bigger!

whats wrong with me hey? always something to moan or worry about!

i am going to buy all my baby stuff tomorrow hopefully, so might start to feel a bit more organised then.

Oh Greedy!! your too sound so lovely and well-behaved! That's the exact reason we finally decided to put myself through pregnancy again and have another one, as I wanted DD to have a sibling - I hope they are close despite the age/gender gap!!

Have to say my lovely, angelic DD is being a bit of minx at the moment - I don't think she means to. She wanted to stick one of her pictures up on the wall while I was cooking supper and I came into the sitting-room to see a picture of hers, glued to the nice, newly painted wall!! Thank goodness it was only pritstick and I got it off in time and it's cleaned up well - probablywon't tell DH when he gets home! DD was pretty shocked by my reaction, that hopefully she won't do it again. She said it was because she couldn't find the glue-tac - perhaps I better tell her it is not called glue-tac, just to confirm the difference!!!

Sleep well all - got to go to work tomorrow morning and really don't want to - I've mentally switched off from it all and it will be really strange going back in. See Greeds - you're not the only one to worry and moan all the time, I think it's called 36-wk pregnancy!!!

Good morning lovely TTC grads - sorry have not been around much - we have had loads of guests staying for bank hol week and then went away for a wedding last weekend. Plus work and household stuff has gone manic. I am having a mild panic and am trying desperatly to get uber organised and on top of it all- not much luck yet!

Bump is growing well - had another mini shopping spree at the weekend for mat clothes as we were in a city centre for wedding (Actually in MrsMc and Chooster end of the counrty - Dundee - it was a good drive up from Cornwall I can tell you!!) - How excited was I to find out Zara has a small mat range - cue overspending again - whoops! I also got to see my Mum (she lives abroad but came over for the wedding) which was nice as she had not seen me since 11 weeks so she could see the bump this time!

I think I have started to feel him moving in there - feels like someone is popping bubblewrap in my lower abdomen? Only really notice it in the morning when I am just waking up though. I think I am just thick skinned

Scan tomorrow - I have been so busy that I have not thought about it much but whenever I do I am soooo nervous - I just so want to hear that everything is normal, organs, limbs etc. BTW - MrsMc - fantastic news about your scan

I will try and get backl later to catch up on everyone else's news/posts.

Fettle ? glad bath/bedtime went smoothly! Great that DD got on so well too oh dear, can understand your reaction to the picture but I guess it made sense to her that she could put it up ? I coloured my baby sister?s face in with felt tip pens when I was nearly 2 (she was newborn) ? told Mum that she was ugly and needed make up! it didn?t come out for weeks! Hope the appraisal goes well, you deserve a good one!

DH felt a kick for the first time last night he was sooooo excited! Little Beanie kicked my fingers off my tummy!

Greedy ? ahh will be nice when DC ?catch up? with each other ? what?s the gap? Don?t worry about the new baby my next sis down is 23 months younger and we have always been so close, we then have another sis who is 10 years younger than me and we both dote on her ? she was our living doll
