Mumto3 - I echo what's already been said.. so sorry

Mumpbump · 31/05/2007 15:51

Scaredtobelieve - what time is your scan? I really hope that it all goes well and you get to see the all important heartbeat...

scaredtobelieve · 31/05/2007 16:14

Hi mumpbump - I'm in for 8.30 but I don't think the sonographers start until 9 but at least I'm first so I won't be waiting for over 2 hours like last time. I did see a heartbeat 2 wks ago which was wonderful but it's just the bleeding that keeps making me doubt things. Still fingers crossed that things have progressed as they should. Will let you all know
x

Mumpbump · 31/05/2007 16:25

That's good - I couldn't concentrate on anything yesterday. Much better to just wake up and go for the scan!

DaisysGotSausageFeet · 31/05/2007 18:06

Mumpbump...missed your post earlier. Great news on the scan results......relax and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy

plummymummy · 31/05/2007 20:39

Mumpbump - great news about your scan. You must be so happy

Uki · 01/06/2007 07:25

Just sneaking in for a quick hello.

Thanks for your concerns ladies. I will try and be less busy, I am feeling more organized now so that's something

Glimmer-It would be strange to know you but, I don't really go to any conferences, just run small ones, but have to do it all cook, drive, clean, host, sightsee tours, etc

Etj and Mump-congrat's on healthy scan

I've been feeling baby move lots now, getting stronger kicks too. I had booking in appointment yesterday at hospital, but got a bit sad as i had to give all my history of m/c's, surgery. treatments, etc which took a while

Anyway baby is feeling very real now, and i can have free counselling if i need it.

Mrs Mc and Scared -good luck for next scans.

Hi to everyone else, hope the waiting goes quick.

Mum to 3-big hugs to you and family, if we can give you any help or advice ask away.

hotchoc · 01/06/2007 09:36

thinking of you mumto3, look after yourself, so sorry to hear your news.

hi to everyone else and thanks for your good wishes, not feeling so relaxed yet.... give it 6 months!!!

Morning all!

Uki - it's excellent that you can feel the movement! I think it's so reassuring, even if they have quiet patches. You get a continual reminder that everything is okay.

MrsMcJnr - can you remind me when your scan is? You might have said, but I'm finding it difficult to keep track of everything!

Daisy - have you got everything ready now?

I am picking up a second cot at the weekend. We were going to try to move ds into a big bed, but have decided he is too young still and until his bedtimes settle down a bit, containment is a necessity! I am also in the process of buying a side-by-side twin buggy from someone on here for the new nanny to use with ds and her dd. It's quite exciting to feel that I am safe to buy a few bits and bobs, rather than thinking that I should wait in case something goes wrong! Anyway, hope the sun is shining wherever you are (as it is here) and that those of you who are lucky enough to be at home get in some R&R in the garden...

Mumpbump · 01/06/2007 09:42

Oops - thanks plummymummy and daisy! I am super relieved and feeling much happier now!

plummymummy · 01/06/2007 09:47

Agree it's lovely to be able to buy things. Very exciting

plummymummy · 01/06/2007 09:58

Has anyone seen a heartbeat at as little as 6 weeks, 3 days?

Mumpbump · 01/06/2007 10:06

No experience myself, but scaredtobelieve said she saw a hb at 6.5 weeks, so I guess it's possible, but don't know how usual it is to see it that early...

Glad you're feeling better, Firststar. Take it easy over the weekend, enjoy the sunshine and get lots of TLC from your dh!

cazzybabs · 01/06/2007 10:44

Haven't posted on here for a while. I am now 13 weeks and 4 days. Have my 12 week scan today and am very very scared as I am sure you can imagine. But I have to remember I have no bleeding and am still feeling sick and tired, but am now parinod about molar pregnancies and missed mcs etc etc.....this is where I hate the internet and mn. With the dds I was so unaware....

VictorVictoria · 01/06/2007 10:46

Hi all

Not doing so well today. Feel 100% fine, no symptoms and am now convincing myself that I am on the way to 3rd miscarriage in 9 months. DH sort of sympathetic but gets cross when I weant to talk about it as he says that I am thinking myself into miscarryinmg

cazzybabs · 01/06/2007 10:48

VictorVictoria - that is how I feel...I think it is my way of coping incase it does all go wrong. its like not getting your hopes up...however I am sure you will be fine!

Yes dhis going with me and he is scard to. It is funny - I don't think I ever realised how upset he was after the mcs. I was too caught up in my own grief, but he said today he was scared too so I guess he was upset (I feel so selfish now!). It is at 1pm.....d-day
