I've been abit quiet on here as had some bleeding on Thursday. Was sent for a scan this morning and everything is fine but have quite a bad urine infection. 9 weeks today x

Hi all. I had a bit of a sharper pain and cramps on my left side and started to worry but I think I might’ve just overdone it today. Couldn’t finish dinner as suddenly felt really nauseous and had to rush upstairs to the hotel room as thought I will be sick :/ feeling so exhausted as well... I’m usually always on the go and busy and feeling so shattered every afternoon is really annoying...

Glad to hear all is ok @bitzy12. And sorry to hear you are feeling so horrible @Scoobysue & @Helen! Let’s hope not much longer and we are all back to normal selves...

I'm not eating very much due to feeling rubbish I'm ok on a morning but by time 2/3 comes I can barley eat anything I havnt actually been sick but I've felt it loads, I'm worried I'm not eating enough but I've no idea how much is enough, today I've had a bowl of cereal and 2 boiled eggs with 2 pieces of toast by the OH has just made me some pasta and I can't eat it, I've got cyclizine from my doctor but he scared me a bit when he said only take it when I'm desperate and when I'm actually been sick so I havnt taken it yet

Hi ladies I’m really worried, DH has used white spirit for a household job and the smell is so strong, it’s apparently known to cause birth defects. I’m so upset

Hi everyone. Do you know much about the Ramzi method , I'm confused at all the lefts and rights. Here's my lil yolk sac albeit a bit behind it seems for my dates 😕 any thoughts ?

Try not worry about dates. I was expecting to be 6 weeks when I went for a scan with my son. They said I was only 5 and to come back in 2 weeks to be re scanned.....2 weeks later I was back where I should be measuring at 8. Every pregnancy is different and they all grow at different rates x

@Marriageoftrueminds Try not to worry. I am sure it just means long term exposure to it. Science labs use it daily, so a lady who works in a lab is considered a high risk. Keep your house well ventilated and ask your husband not to use it.

I know what you mean though, it's hard not to panic. My husband started painting last weekend and the smell was so strong I freaked out.

@redrobin7 thanks for your reassurance. I think I’m having so many freak-outs because the last baby was an ectopic and it took two years to conceive a healthy one and I feel so responsible! I know we all do. Thanks again. Husband put the offending chemical away as soon as I asked and smell is all long gone now so I’m trying to relax x

I have felt a bit better today. Have kept down food and managed to eat a small amount of salad and pitta bread at tea time.
Was sick a little while ago but was mainly phlemb due to cold I have had for a few wks now.
So quite pleased I have kept everything down today.

This is my first pregnancy & im nearly 8 weeks. I have had severe nausea & sickness that has sometimes lasted throughout the whole day!
I was taking pregnacare but have stopped as I had a feeling it was what was making me feel worse, and now the sickness & constant nausea has now eased! Has anyone else had this?

@michaela27 I've just stopped my pregnacare too and am just taking folic acid for a few days. I was having bad diarrhoea and all day nausea which I suspect was caused by the pregnacare. So far it was eased but will see how it goes.

Got my first appointment with my midwife in half an hour.

When relaxing on sofa or laying in bed I sometimes feel what I can only describe as little pops or little jumps. I am only 10 wks so know it's too early for feeling baby move.
Is anyone else feeling weird movements.

Hi all, how is everyone?

Im 7+3 due 20/09.
I wish I was feeling morning sickness, just something to make it all.
I had a miscarriage at 6+5 in October and since I found out I was pregnant I can't stop checking for blood, it's so stressful, I'm
Checking at least once an hour and every tiny little thing I feel (wind probably) I panic.
I had an early scan last week and had a panic attack on the couch! I feel much better seeing that little fast heartbeat.
Anyone else the same?

I take my pregnacare max tablets at night l, I find that if I take any vitamin in tablets in the morning I feel terribly sick and often was (sensitive tummy)
Just thought this might help those with sickness x

@penguin34 I’m the same and had to book and early scan to help me cope. I just try and talk about it like a baby and focus on it alive at the end. Sounds silly but i’m Having nuaghtmares about it dying and horrible flashing visions of it. It’s really dark! I have found the best thing when I feel like that is to look at baby names or prams and try to change the focus only my thoughts towards September!

On another note has anyone got a hard belly? Mine is definitely harder and more rounded than it was at only 6-7 weeks???? I though it might be wind but it doesn’t feel like bloating? I am a size 16 so was expecting to take longer to show!

I am a size 12 and tall at 5ft 7. I didn't show with my first till I was 6 mths and I was a size 10 then.
My second I was showing between 14 -16 wks. And again was a size 10.
Actually loosing a bit of weight due to not eating properly. I put on exactly 3 st with last 2 pregnancies as had water retention both times. So will probably balloon up this time too and hopefully have another small bump.
