Your 3 favorite Girls names?

Mrsjaffabiffa · 07/04/2007 13:50

I have been trawling name websites and we are still undecided on a girls name, we have a couple of likes but have not found one that we are really happy with. I know there are lots of name threads all the time but if you don't mind disclosing your 3 favorite girls names just something may catch my eye.

Alternitively, any suggestions. We live in France so a name that would work both well in the UK and here would be good. We have a Harrison and a Maddie now and we have a boys name sorted.

Thanks

Also like several "literary" names -

Elinor, Marianne, Miranda, Tess - none of these went with dp's surname though, so we couldn't use them.

We really like Tess too, but DS has recently fallen in love at pre-school with a Tess so don't want to confuse the poor love too much. Have a friend called Tessima and have always, always loved that.
