Hi ladies.. early days but thought I'd start a group for everyone due April next year... see how we're all doing!

I had a private scan on Friday once I’d got the Panorama results and have my NHS scan this week but not sure what the focus will be as it won’t be measuring nuchal fold etc.

I too feel in limbo. A bit panicky as sickness is going yet no bump. Even though I know this happens, I worry!

@Scarlettsienna I get that! my sickness is still there... but now very slight and my boobs are much less painful... I'm 12 weeks, I know this happens but still panicking... My 12 week scan is tomorrow and I'm so nervous... eek...

I got moved forward a week so I'm 13+1 now but still feel terrible! I haven't been able to do any exercise or eating any proper food for weeks. I've got a lot of hope riding on the 'Everything gets better in the second trimester' thing!

I'm 13 weeks today but never had any sickness at all apart from the odd feeling of nausea from a few funny smells. My bump is huge though (well for the gestation anyway) and have been in maternity clothes for a couple of weeks

@lisara good luck tomorrow! The scan I had last week was so lovely and I was 11+4 then. In 4D, I could see so much but even the standard part was amazing. I’m going to be anxious the whole way through.

All these scan pics are lovely to see, mine is booked for Friday 13th. Not the best date, but can't be fussy!

Desperately need new bras - off to Bravissimo tomorrow, I need a 32J which seem to be impossible to find on the high street annoyingly!

Can anyone recommend any comfy bras for sleeping in?

@ninjamilo what about a simple sports bra? stretchy and supportive but not too formed

I'll have a look @lisara79. Never had much luck with sports bras being my size - needed to be a contortionist to get them on and off ha!

Hi all, can I join? I was originally on the May threads but after a few things put me ahead (digi test, early scan - although I know to take both with a pinch of salt) I thought it made sense to take into account my short cycles and so am provisionally due 30th April.

10+2 today. Had my booking appt and got a scan date but it won't be until I'm over 13 weeks! Has anyone else had a scan/got a date that late?

My scan is next Wed, when I will be 12weeks and 6days.
My Midwife told me that as long as the scan is done by 13 weeks and 5 days then it is fine.
I think after that time, it is too late to do the tests.

Saying that every time I google I find different answers to the same questions so who knows??

Hi @katiegd my scan is tomorrow and I'll be 12+4. Maybe you could call the hospital to get your appointment a few days earlier because you don't want it too late if you're planninh on having the NT scan.

@Ninjamilo I have a similar issue to you...must admit I'm a few sizes smaller though lol. I went to M&S yesterday for 34f unwired bra and they didn't have any! I'll be heading to mothercare as that's where I got my bras from when pregnant with DS1. My mothercare bra was really comfy to sleep in too.

Second scan this morning and baby is doing amazing. Showed off with a few tricks too! Early indication from tests is all is well...just need to wait for phone call this afternoon once bloods are back in. Can relax and enjoy it all now 😁

Hi All... Scan went great today. Dated at 12+5 so due April 13th and back where I started! So happy and relieved...

Thanks @annamadden strangely taken after I had empties my bladder as I have a reverted uterus and it's quite deep still. that is close... we'll be going through this together x

Can I nervously join you? I’m currently 12+3 with twins. We had an early reassurance scan which showed two babies in two separate sacs saw both heartbeats. Got our dating scan Friday and I’m so nervous that one may have disappeared etc although had no symptoms to suggest that. Been placed on a rainbow pathway programme too. Congratulations to you all on your pregnancy’s x

Hey everyone! Not been on here for a while! Hope everyone is doing well! I had my first scan yesterday and been put forward to 13+5 so now due 6th April... any guesses on gender?? Just for fun of course!

I was told scan needs to be done by 14 weeks

Mine will be monday at 12+4 but I think my dates will be moved back teo days as my 9+5 scan after a bleed was measuring 2 days behind.

I think I'm going to keep mine as it is - my partner is away for five days just beforehand so if I tried to change it I wouldn't want him to miss it. I should be about 13+1 so they'd have to put me ahead more than five days to be too late for the tests, and I'm pretty sure with my dates that wouldn't be possible (although I know you never know!).

Has anyone else this: I've had a really dry, sore throat on and off for about the past month. It is usually ok first thing in the morning and gets progressively worse through the day. Really makes me feel like I'm properly ill by the end of the day. Not sure if it's a pregnancy thing or just bad luck.

katiegd Is it the nuchal translucency scan? I was (still am) sure about my dates but I got moved forward by nearly a full week which I still don't really get! I was very nearly too late to have the scan but they managed to fit me in with 1 day's notice. Hope it all goes well for you!

@katiegd the scan can be done between 11+1 and 14+1 so hopefully you’ll be within that. If not, there is the option of the combined bloods test which is a little less accurate or the Harmony or Panorama tests which are a lot more accurate but you’d have to pay for those.
