Ah that's good news yellow. Hopefully the reassurance sticks for a while! x

Sweetyboo · 05/06/2017 15:45

Ladies i keep getting very low belly pain like a period pain. Getting REALLY worried, dont know why it is & what to do its stressing me out i hope baby ok. WTF i keep getting this pain. Any1 else experienced it & it was nothing?????

Susiebabs · 05/06/2017 15:46

Hi everyone. Hope you don't mind me crashing! I've had three mcs in the past seven months, all at 5-7 weeks mark. I found out last Thursday I'm pregnant again (4+3 from LMP) and I'm pretty apprehensive. I've had recurrent mc tests done, but there's nothing they can find.

I've never experienced any pregnancy symptoms with any of them - really nothing (not like some posts that say 'I'm so paranoid I've not had any symptoms whatsoever, just slightly sore boobs and a little nausea' 😂) and it's just hard to know what to feel. All mcs were natural and started with spotting for a week beforehand, so I'm on constant pants watch! The lack of symptoms freaks me out every time.

I wanted to input if I can as I've lurked on message boards a lot and have found them really helpful. Sending good vibes to all. :-)

Sweetyboo · 05/06/2017 15:47

Great news @yellowfrontdoor

conkerchops · 05/06/2017 16:00

Great news on the scan @yellow!
Huge hand holding @peach - it's so unfair - we absolutely deserve plain sailing pregnancies after everything we've all been through!!! Have you called the dr to ask for the blood tests?

peachgreen · 05/06/2017 16:09

Thanks everyone. Still spotting and feeling pretty wretched if I'm honest. Conker I called my GP who was lovely but said that I should go for a scan to rule out ectopic - I explained why I didn't want one and she understood but said she would be remiss if she didn't recommend it. So I have one on Wednesday morning. Just praying development is normal - I don't mind not seeing a heartbeat so long as measurements look good.

LisaSimpsonsbff · 05/06/2017 16:16

Great news yellow. Peach my GP also wanted me to go for scan not bloods - it's booked in at the EPU for Thursday morning. Which this instant feels like a lifetime away! I'm so sorry you're feeling so awful today. I'm also feeling pretty terrible. Like an absolute idiot I took one of those Clearblue dating test things and upset myself by seeing that it's still on 2-3. All the signs of this one look bad, and I don't know whether to try and keep hopeful or not.

noroomonbroom · 05/06/2017 16:59

Hi wondering if I can join.Had a mmc in Feb and am currently 7 weeks with this pregnancy.Had an early scan at the epu last week and saw a baby with a heartbeat but had dates changed which was a new panic.
Put the date I had as conception into a calculator and the dates where spot on,l fall pregnant late in my cycle.
Now just on knicker watch.Have seen people talk about 'line eye' with regards to preg tests, twice I have convinced myself I've seen spotting that has turned out to be nothing.Am now only wearing black pants so I can't scare the life out of myself every time I go to the loo.
Just have to pluck up the courage to make my booking in appointment.Canceling the last one was horrible.
Thinking of you Lisa and hoping for a positive outcome for you.

theotherendofthesockportal · 05/06/2017 17:50

Hi @noroomonbroom, I remember you from the TTC thread. Glad to see you over here. Wishing you all the best for your pregnancy

Sweetyboo · 05/06/2017 18:12

Pain is stressing me out, set with hot water bottle but now got redness on low belly. Really stressed cant wait till morning so call doc & go see

Sweetyboo · 05/06/2017 18:38

Any one??? Is it nothing to be worried about or yes worry? My friend said she had low belly pains then few days later she miscarry & that worring & stressing me out so much, but my sister had them & she was ok & had a healthy baby so i dont knw now

Miami81 · 05/06/2017 18:42

Sweety
I have had all kinds of pain. Stabby pains, period pains, cervix cramps the whole lot. When I spoke to epu they said all pain is pretty normal unless accompanied by bleeding. The lady said that if I hadn't had to take painkillers she was thinking I was fine.
Hope you are ok.

noroomonbroom · 05/06/2017 18:53

sweetybooWould speaking to someone at your ooh service be an option?
Could it possibly be uti related?
Have had one as a pregnancy symptom every time.
Really sorry you are having a rough time, everyone on this thread deserves a plain-sailing pregnancy surely we have earned it.

Sweetyboo · 05/06/2017 18:55

@Miami81 thanks hun i ghought so too coz my sis had pains but she was ok but my friend worrying me coz she had pain midwife said dont worry no bleeding had pain killers & 2 days later she had a mc so i got mixed ppl telling me mixed things & im just getting worried. I had pain killer & better now tho. Will call my doc in the morning & go see the doc which im sure will be waste of time

noroomonbroom · 05/06/2017 18:57

sockyes I remember both you and miamigetting your bfp.
The ttc thread was a huge support at the time and hopefully I'll be over here now till Jan.

Sweetyboo · 05/06/2017 18:57

@noroomonbroom talk to who? I try call the num My midwife gave but she is away, i try call antenatal service no answer now i dont know who to call just worrying & also telling myself all is well

Sweetyboo · 05/06/2017 18:59

@noroomonbroom and yes im sure its related to uti if u mean utlity by uti?? As my wee is very bright yellow & it hurts when i wee. I had wee infection month ago then i had some anti biotics pain was gone but i had thrush issue which not even gone & this new problem. So i think its still related to my wee infection

noroomonbroom · 05/06/2017 19:18

Do you have a gp out of hours service.
Some will fax a prescription of antibiotics to a pharmacy.
Or send you to a surgery that is covering the late shift.
Midwife would have to refer to a doctor/gp anyway as the can't prescribe.
In the meantime up your fluids and if you haven't got any other health problems or have specifically be told not to you can take paracetamol for pain or temperature.
If it is persistent you can prescribed a heavy duty antibiotic but your go may want it to be checked by on obs/gyn first.

noroomonbroom · 05/06/2017 19:20

If it is a uti,it will definitely not be a waste of time.

mammabear4 · 05/06/2017 19:57

@sweetyboo hope you're ok and not stressing too much. Did you ring out of hours doc?

I'm AGAIN having bleeding and mild cramps and pulling around my lower abdomen. Also stabbing pains which feel like they're in my fanny and aches in the tops of my legs 😩 desperately trying to stay calm as I've had this before and the scans have all been absolutely fine. Dr Google says cramps and bleeding are more common with twin pregnancies but - and I'm sure you ladies will know the feeling well - there's literally nothing that can drag my mind away from this downwards spiral of negative thoughts 😞
I really wanted to hold out for my 12 week scan but considering ringing the EPU tomorrow morning. I'm 9+3 now, saw those little flickering hearbeats 2 weeks ago tomorrow and just desperate for them to both still be going strong!

peachgreen · 05/06/2017 21:23

I'm still spotting and now my symptoms are starting to fade - boobs aren't so sore, no creamy cm. this is exactly what happened last time at exactly the same time. I feel absolutely hopeless.

@mammabear4 I'm so sorry you're bleeding. I think you should ask for another scan to set your mind at rest. Really hope all is okay.

JCleRoux · 05/06/2017 21:31

@peachgreen I am so sorry Flowers. Failing miserably to keep on top of all the posts but did you say you have booked in an EPU appointment this week?

I'm keeping fingers crossed for you. Sometimes symptoms come and go and it's all normal. I hope you're ok.

JCleRoux · 05/06/2017 21:33

@mammabear4 I would get an EPU appointment as soon you can just to set your mind at ease.

Flowers

Pregnancy is not supposed to be this stressful. Sad. Hope you're ok.

mammabear4 · 05/06/2017 21:35

Oh @peachgreen here for a major hand hold I know exactly how you feel. It's the anxiety of not knowing that really gets me. I feel less bloated today and these twinges are driving me crazy - going to the toilet to wipe every 10 minutes! In bed now and definitely going to ring tomorrow morning. I feel horrendous too - drained, headache, and so nauseated like the worst carsickness imaginable. The first trimester is total hell 😩

peachgreen · 05/06/2017 21:37

@JCleRoux Yes I have a scan on Wednesday. Last time I had the same thing and my first scan showed baby was behind, no heartbeat. Kept going back week after week and the development was always behind, even though we did eventually see a heartbeat. Heartbeat stopped at 11.5 weeks. Am so scared of ending up in that limbo again, it was horrendous.
