Pecka m'love if I were you I would be throwing tins of food at your DH. In fact I'm sure plenty of us will line up to throw them at him for you.

I'm joking obviously (well half joking really). I agree with what others have said, he needs to realise exactly what is going on with you. This 'bury head in sand, get on with it, pretend it's not happening' mentality never works and you've been let down enough by the medical profession without him doing the same. I'm glad you've written it down on the ectopic site, it will help enormously with the healing process.

Keep talking on here and know that lots of people are thinking about you and your much wanted pregnancy. I wish you a very peaceful new year and lots of love for some happier times ahead.

pecka - I agree with popsy. you could feel like that because of afer effects of the general anaesthetic or because you are bit anaemic, but I am sure there are plenty of other reasons, so get the Gp to check you out tomorrow.

o have nto heard from pecka via text toay but she often has no credit so i am trying not to worry

she did some 'illegal texting' from hospital last tome so i am sure if she was in hospital with credit that she would text

xxx

lulumama · 01/01/2007 21:40

spoke to her on MSN around teatime, advised her to call NSH direct, or go to the gynae ward and be checked out urgently..esp to ensure she is not anaemic...as she has been feeling so rotten..

PeckaRolloverAgain · 01/01/2007 21:41

lulumama · 01/01/2007 22:23

agree..can;t take chances with your health x

Frostythesurfmum · 01/01/2007 22:45

Pecka, you've had invasive surgery. Don't even think about going back to work yet. And I agree, if you aren't feeling right, give them a ring. I had the same op as you - laparoscopy and D&C and didn't feel weak and shaky after. Just a bit sore where they'd gone in my tummy. Sorry, I don't want to worry you.

Take care x

Oh and a kick in the shins for your dh too .

Rosylily · 02/01/2007 09:39

Pecka, look after yourself. Eat plenty of good food, lots of fluid, rest. Accept all help and support. You will be strong again soon. Its good to let people help you, it makes them feel good so you are doing them a favour really

popsycal · 02/01/2007 12:57

PeckaRolloverAgain · 02/01/2007 19:05

Hi

Feel much the same as yesterday, only maybe slightly better. Feel a bit less wiped out. Just need to give in to the need to recover and stop trying to be normal again.

Cant wait for friday now just so I know its all resolved.

Had quite a few pulling pains down low on the left but presuming thats where they have been looking.

Thanks for all of your concern.

Popsy, im just staying in tomorrow - if you wanted to your welcome to come round xxx
