Mrs - how heartbreaking for you and your family. I'm so very sorry and hope you feel able to stay in touch on the thread of its not too painful for you.

I am feeling better today. I no longer have a temperature or a sick bug but I do appear to have sore boobs and nausea that has got worse as the day has worn on. PLEASE let this be a good sign. A week to go until my scan....

I was up half the night thinking about the fact that this pregnancy is probably my last chance to have DC2 before I'm 40 . A bit depressing as 40 has always been a cut off point in my mind - suppose because all the risks go up after that. But anyway feeling a bit more positive than I was.

Commander - keeping everything crossed for your x

Hi all, still not read back properly. Thought I'd come and update you all and then read back later.

I went to the hospital and they listened for the baby's heartbeat, which was there and sounding as it should. The doctor did an internal and couldn't see any cause for the bleeding. They have taken a swab which they will send off to see if I have an infection. The doctor said she for now she's happy to give me absolute reassurance - no medical person has ever been that positive before, so I'm hoping that is a good sign.

It was a bit of a farce with conflicting information about where to go and what needed to happen, but I can't be bothered to rant too much about that now. The baby is ok and that's the main thing Smile

Topshop have some lovely skinny maternity jeans, picked up a pair last week. Under the bump and super flexible. I can still just fasten my normal jeans but they were a bit unforgiving, and I thought that if I commit to the skinny jeans now I'd keep an eye on the size of my thighs!

Littlelady33 · 27/01/2015 20:00

Small that sounds so confusing but great to hear that they found a heartbeat and baby is ok

thesmallbear · 27/01/2015 20:09

Mrs - I am so sorry to hear what you have been through. I'm sure that there are no words that will help. To lose your baby, especially after making it that far, must be beyond devastating Flowers

Lovely news ElleyBear Smile

charlie - I got some great maternity jeans from ASOS.

Babytinx11 · 27/01/2015 21:14

So sorry for your loss mrs :( there really are no words hope your getting plenty of love and rl support as well Flowers

small glad you got good news :)

I am off to the hospital for the day tomorrow :( they are worried she is getting to big as well as worrying about constant unbarable and still unexplained itching and possibly another nasty infection in my kidney midwife suggested I may want to pack a bag to take with me but I'm not going to though and if I need one I'll get DH it bring it might be a a daft thing to do but it feels like tempting fate to take one with me ??

6 +5 today. At 6 +4 last time I discovered my MMC. Trying not to get worried. It's a week until my midwife appointment and well over a month until my scan (going to ask for reassurance scan)! I can get through this - as long as I can have nap time!

Treaclepie19 · 28/01/2015 08:08

We can get through it together doctordonna :)
I'm on the countdown to 8+3 which is when I started bleeding last time.
Currently 6+3.

Treaclepie19 · 28/01/2015 09:19

Despite the site online saying my epu is self referral, they're not.
They were very rude but I explained I had been to gp but pain was continuing and I thought they were self referral.
They've agreed to see me tomorrow afternoon but weren't happy.

Hello ladies, sorry I haven't been on forwa while.

Mrs, so sorry to hear about baby Max. Just take little steps, don't put too much pressure on yourself to do anything and I wish you all the luck in the world with carrying on from here.

I have been a bit wobbly last few days. I am in week 11 which is the stage I had my first mc. It's going to feel a long 8 days til my scan next Thursday.

Hope you are all ok today.

HollyBen · 28/01/2015 11:53

Hope all goes well today baby. What are they basing the too big theory on? At 34+3 my bump was measuring 37 weeks. By my growth scan at 34+1 showed baby was around 50th percentile head circumfrance and femur length, 75th abdomen circumfrance

Best of luck today, baby.

Feeling so anxious and despondent today. Really weird stringy sort of discharge which is still brown, but I'm so scared it's about to get worse. Can't bear the thought of going through all this for another miscarriage and it's really starting to affect DD too, which makes me feel wretched.

Good luck tomorrow treacle. Commander that sounds so worrying I'm so sorry you're going through this. It's obviously a positive sign that it's not getting worse or red, but scary all the same - I hope you can get some answers soon

thesmallbear · 28/01/2015 17:34

I want to know what deborahc123 said to get her post deleted!

broodylicious · 28/01/2015 17:36

Good luck for tomorrow treacle. Keeping everything crossed for you xx

Treaclepie19 · 28/01/2015 17:37

Thanks ladies x
I'll let you know how I get on.

Sorry you're going through this commander :( I hope it stops for you soon.

charlieis30 · 28/01/2015 18:37

Hi all
Another scan today at almost 15w showed baby happily swimming around, strong HB etc. For this reason I'm going to step back from the boards for a month or so. I'm sure you all understand but I think I'm just thinking about pregnancy (and all the scary negative bits) a bit too much at the moment. I wish you all the best of luck, especially those either in first trimester and scared sh*tless, and those coming up to delivery.
See you all in a month!

Hi All, just a little feel good story for you - I've started having reflexology and reiki once a month and when she was working on my belly today I got a total headrush and felt all fluttery inside. She said the energy was strong too which made me feel better after a week of mixed emotions Smile

Treaclepie19 · 29/01/2015 17:42

Hi all,
All is fine! :) Baby is in the right place. Dated as 6 weeks (I thought I was 6+4 but they said too small atm to know exactly) and saw a tiny flickering heartbeat :)

thesmallbear · 29/01/2015 17:44

Lovely news Treacle Smile

worriedmum100 · 29/01/2015 17:51

That's great Treacle.
