Hi, I'm 23 years old and I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant with my first child. I am really excited about it, but am a little nervous/ scared as i'm unsure what to expect. I have never really been around babies or small children. I would really love to hear off and talk to other expectant mom's, to hear your thoughts and experiences. x x x

i love the name grace i wanted to call my lo that but as my partner is muslim we have to have a muslim name so i missed out!!!

i still havent done my birthplan my mw is going to do a home vist on te 18th so we can sit down and have a chat bout mine glad you feel better now youve redone it and thanks for the reassurance im sure everything will be fine!!!

it the forst time ive heard of a mw doing a home visit but least it means i dont have to go out lol

yeah lucky! wish mine did, I have 2 do a 25min walk & then get a bus 2 c mine! When r u next seeing urs? I haven't gotta go again till I'm 38 wks, then(if i'm still pg!) at 40 weeks, then 42! I thought I'd see her more than that right near the end? Like every wk, is urs the same?x

ive got my next one in two week so ill be 38 then one at 40 weeks if im still pg she sed at 41 weeks i cud have a membrane sweep but we going to talk bout that wen she comes to go thru my birth plan but im hoping not to be pg by then lol x
i thought id be seeing my mw every week from 37 weeks that wot it says in a book i read but as long as shes happy i guess every 2 weeks is fine

yeah i supose it just doesn't seem much 2 me, oh well, yeah hopefully we'll only b seeing them 1 more time, if that! lol! Really dont fancy being pg 4another 4 wks!

as much as id like my lo to come early i have a feeling she going to be in there longer then i want to be so got to start trying everything from next week i think!!!
The pineapple thing does it have to be fresh or do you thing tinned wud do the same?

ha ha! lol!Sure he wont mind! It has 2 b fresh pineapple but i heard somewhere that u have 2 eat loads 4 it 2 work! 6 whole pineapples or somethin stupid like that! So dont think i'll b tryin that 1! What about that raspberry leaf tea/tablets? I'm thinking of gettin some 2 start next wk, & I think walking is meant to help isn't it? My sis in law said 2 me the other day 2 have a hot curry, a hot bath & then hot sex!

ok maybe not the pinapple then lol, i dont really like flavoured teas but i suppose if it helps i cud try them lol!

lol, yeah i no, its nearly impossible! We havent 4 wks! Will def b tryin it soon tho if it helps 2 get him out lol! U can get raspberry leaf tablets, thats what i'm gonna get, think they work better than the tea aswell, its worth a try isn't it!

yeah it my birthday on the 24th but i dont really want her to be born then maybe she cud be born on my mums birthday which is the 18th who knows!! lol
I know your only a day behind me arent you so you neva know your lo cud be first!!
