Bunny I am an E cup but my cup hasn't gone up, I've just got fatter Hmm

winohhh · 09/08/2014 10:28

I'm not in mat clothes yet RP, but I can't fit into a lot of my normal clothes now! I'm wearing my 'fat day' clothes, and things with elasticated waists! I definitely look like I've put weight on. No bump yet though.

Feather, I think the 16 week midwife apt is to give you the blood test results from the booking in apt, check blood pressure etc. some places check heart beat with a doppler, but my mid wife doesn't unfortunately. No glucose test as far as I know, I think they'll book that later.

Spotting after sex... Someone tell me that's normal please??!

CatsCantFlyFast · 10/08/2014 06:48

Place marking

CatsCantFlyFast · 10/08/2014 06:49

Spotting after sex is normal, happened to me

CatsCantFlyFast · 10/08/2014 06:50

Lady...thrilled for you. Really really thrilled GrinGrinGrin

CatsCantFlyFast · 10/08/2014 06:54

Sorry, will go away after this post and stop hogging the thread. Barely able to string a sentence together this morning anyway. I'm really keen for you guys to be part of the Facebook group...the current pregnant berries plus grads use it every day so its much more active. Plus we can share pics and the like. From experience, I needed the support when baby arrived... Anyway, I know some of you aren't on Facebook, but that's easy to get around...drop me a message. Please come and join us!

ladybunnikins · 10/08/2014 08:56

Thanks Merk, it was horrible having to leave the FB group last time so I think I'll wait until I've had my 12 week scan.

Bunnygirlie · 10/08/2014 09:41

How you feeling lady?

And how are the rest of our new chopper members?

Staying with DPIL, living on cereal and sleeping a lot!

Assuming everything is okay in there, will be 15 weeks tomorrow and want to feel movement! Although I know that is likely not to be for several weeks. Also want a proper bump instead of just an increasingly podgy belly!!

ladybunnikins · 10/08/2014 12:16

I'm fine thanks Bunny, just been called into work for a while but now going to wander round a retail park for a while until I'm needed again. 15dpo, did a blue dye test yesterday just for fun because I haven't done one of those and the line was as dark as the control line, still lighter on the cheapies though.

FeatherFeather11 · 10/08/2014 13:43

I'm ok too. 14w+3 over here. Been getting anxious the last few days as have been having a bit of pain in the lower belly but Dr Google seems to think it may be just things stretching. Or trapped wind Blush.
Told work on Thursday and now worrying that something will go wrong. The sickness has been kicking in round the evenings recently so been having toast for dinner most nights.

Great news re the darker line lady. If it helps at all, my ic's stayed lighter than the control line till I was 10 weeks or so even though digis and FR were tickity. I have everything crossed for you! Can you request an early scan at your local epu?

rp what's your cereal of choice? Grin agree with wanting a bump instead if podge!

merk will hold off on joining fb page for a while. Maybe till after the 20 week scan. I'm very nervy at the mo and feeling so exposed would probably tip me over the edge!

ladybunnikins · 10/08/2014 14:31

Feather there's an EPU at work but I don't think I can request one just for peace of mind. At least with IVF I would have had a 6 week scan as part of the package! Booked a private scan at 8 weeks. Haven't told the FC yet so I can stay on the polypectomy waiting list for now, just in case I miscarry.

FeatherFeather11 · 10/08/2014 18:31

lady see how you go when around 6 weeks. I believe that if you go to epu and say you are feeling very anxious becaus of your ttc history, they do scan people for peace of mind. May as well give it a go!

RevoltingPeasant · 10/08/2014 21:29

Feather Grape Nuts. I made DH and DPIL drive to 2 supermarkets yesterday to find some Blush

FeatherFeather11 · 11/08/2014 21:15

Grape Nuts - will have to look those up. I've been going through a bran flakes faze recently. Also, while we're on bland food, I'd just like to announce that I just had two pots on instant noodles for dinner. I've not done that since my student days. For shame!

How's everyone else??

CatsCantFlyFast · 11/08/2014 21:37

Carbs are good in pregnancy feather, don't worry Grin
Have you all got edd's now?

CatsCantFlyFast · 11/08/2014 21:38

Also, a decent sized clearish 12 week scan pic gives me the opportunity to guess gender...I had a pretty good accuracy from the least lot of babies

Bunnygirlie · 11/08/2014 21:50

RP I didn't feel any flutters till around 20w and I think that's quite common so I'm afraid you'll have to be patient Hun

feather I remember all the stretching feelings! they are very weird and can be worrying but they are perfectly normal.

lady glad you are ok

And I'm still obsessed with carbs!!!

Here you go merk Grin

FeatherFeather11 · 11/08/2014 22:06

On EDD dates: I have two. One from the NHS: 27th Jan 2015 and on from the FMC: 5th February 2015. I think I'm going with the FMC one as that makes sense with my dates etc and the dopey woman who did my nhs scan was really annoying.

FeatherFeather11 · 11/08/2014 22:08

Thanks for the reassurance on the stretchy feelings bunny - they can be a bit weird! How are you doing?

Bunnygirlie · 11/08/2014 22:36

feather To add to my 56 pregnancy symptoms (feels like it) the lower backache is here and it's a killer Sad
Whoever said pregnancy was a joyful time needs punching in the face lol

OP posts:
winohhh · 12/08/2014 17:34

I have lower back ache already bunny!! Argh!

I bought myself a bump band today. My jeans are getting seriously tight and I keep having to unzip when I'm eating dinner. Since I'm out for dinner tonight I figured I should be polite and cover up!

RevoltingPeasant · 12/08/2014 22:22

Win check out maternity shorts. They are so comfy! Elasticated waists all the way round here.

Merk try guessing mine if I post it, pretty please :)

My EDD is 2nd Feb.
