Awh, fanks!

I apologise in advance for the mental nut I will be until I get my HCG results in tomorrow!

Yeah, I calmed down with DS when I could feel him move.

Anyone else out there still having stingy little fuckers? I am on Clexane daily and Gestone every other day.

twinklestar2 · 30/04/2014 21:31

Hello everyone, so lovely to see some familiar faces and hear how you are all getting on!

nobeer · 30/04/2014 21:46

Hi twinks! How are you getting on?

Thanks for the reassurance bad This is my first pregancy so things have taken me by surprise! My nausea has ramped up since I wrote earlier this afternoon. It wasn't practical to eat something at the time but I will be carrying some fruit or crisps in my bag at all times from now on!

twinklestar2 · 30/04/2014 21:47

I'm getting on really well, I'm 26 weeks tomorrow :) How about you?

nobeer · 30/04/2014 22:20

I'm 7weeks 2 days. So early days yet, but excited and bloody nervous

Badhairday76 · 30/04/2014 22:46

Remember Nobeer that the sickness is a great sign of a healthy pregnancy. I hardly had any this time but I think that is because of the constant munching to keep it at bay. Stuff like cream crackers and mini cheddars work well, in my opinion! I'm a teacher so used to cram stuff in my mouth as one class left my room and try and scoff it before the next lot came in. Cue lots of spitting crumbs and shouting with my mouth full!

I am dying to feel this baby move now. I didn't feel my DS until he was 21 weeks so am trying not to be impatient (but failing). I will calm down then like you, Vallinna (she says optimistically). Good luck for your test results tomorrow.

Twinks - I remember you - 26 weeks is brilliant! Are you feeling well.

Bugger - I am doing exactly the same as you, but trying to tell myself things will work out this time.

Sorry for the lack of other personals. I am rubbish at remembering everybody so please forgive me. Goodnight to all of you and hope you have fab days tomorrow x

Badhairday76 · 30/04/2014 22:49

Secetgeek - I also meant to add that I only have a tiny bump in the morning, but am massive by the evening. Even my boobs seem to grow. My partner also looks at me with slight horror! I love it!

twinklestar2 · 30/04/2014 23:05

Bad - I'm feeling very happy and grateful every day. How many weeks afe you now?

btw does anyone keep in touch with juicy? She mustve had her baby by now?

BeetlingAbout · 01/05/2014 07:09

Morning,

Sorry for no personals...I'm having a bit of a freak out. My haematoma has just been brown or pink bleeding since 'gush day'. I had a scan on Saturday that showed it was right over the cervix.

Today I've woken up to red, period red, spotting and a few drips in the loo (sorry tmi). I carried some quite heavy groceries back from town yesterday and am worried something else has happened. I've already been to the epu three times, last time not even a week ago....I don't know what to do.

nobeer · 01/05/2014 07:56

beetle I think i'd definitely err on the side of caution and get back to the epu.

You shouldn't be worried about being cautious beetle. I agree that you should pay a visit. Xx

vallinnapod · 01/05/2014 09:49

Yep - go to the EPU. What's the worse they can say?? Go away?! (which they are not going to!)

I had 2 trips to the MFAU when PG with DS and each time gushed apologies and saying I was sorry for being paranoid. The nurses said they would rather a paranoid Mum who catched a potential issue early than someone who ignores things.

vallinnapod · 01/05/2014 09:50

Catched?! Caught....my English teacher would be ashamed.

Ferreroroche123 · 01/05/2014 10:28

How far along are you Beetle?

When was your last red gush? Was it recent?

If you are gushing badly or need any reassurance, go to the EPAU.

vallinnapod · 01/05/2014 11:00

Any one else realy cold?! My office is perhaps not the best measure as the air con is pretty brutal but I have noticed it at home and in bed too Confused

TBH I am naturally a 'cold' person - always get blue feet/fingers but with DS I remember one of the huge pluses of pregnancy was warm hands and feet!!

eurochick · 01/05/2014 11:47

beetle I think a trip back to the EPU seems in order. I had gushing red blood at the beginning of my 3 week bleed from my haematoma. They had no issues about seeing me at the EPU. I went twice - a couple of days after I started bleeding (I didn't bother initially as I just assumed it was another mc and wanted to just let it run its course at home), and then a week later when I was still bleeding. They invited me to come back a week after that, but I was abroad with work so declined and just waited it out until the pre-Harmony test scan.

val I'm a chilly person with bad circulation (Raynaud's) and was looking forward to warming up in pregnancy but it hasn't happened!

BeetlingAbout · 01/05/2014 13:26

Thanks all. I went to the epu feeling quite sheepish but they were really lovely.

Baby is fine and haematoma has gone, so they can't explain the red bleeding that I'm still getting. They did say that because I am rhesus negative I might just bleed throughout, no one had told me that before.

I'm quite crampy and considering paracetamol. The pain isn't that bad, but not feeling any pain would make me less anxious.

Vall I also feel the cold more in pregnancy

Nice to see you again twinks, so good that all is going well. Xx

Ferreroroche123 · 01/05/2014 13:31

Beetling, you may find that the hematoma is not visible on the scan because your bleeding was the pool of blood bleeding out.

Whatever it is I hope it calms soon for you.

nobeer · 01/05/2014 13:44

Can I give you a hug beetle? Sounds like you had a scary morning and deserve one.

Badhairday76 · 01/05/2014 13:47

Glad baby is okay, Beetle and that the haematoma seems to have disappeared.

I am constantly freezing - pregnant or otherwise! When I get into bed at night my DP says it's like having a dead person's hands and feet in the bed!

I am 16 +3 weeks now, Twinks. Desperate to feel baby move now. X

eurochick · 01/05/2014 13:50

I'm glad they were lovely to you beetling. Let's hope the bleeding was the sch on its way out.
