Nemo - WOO HOO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Grin

You go girl!!

Cad - arh hope things stay glued. Sounds like you have a lot on your plate at the moment, remember lots of deep breaths. Some decent sleep must have helped although the idea of your DH snoozing with his alarm clock is enough to make me want to batter him!!Grin
My DH has a very fond relationship with his 2 alarm clocks so I totally know the feeling of wanting to crack them on the head with it!!

Bella23 · 12/05/2006 10:06

Munz - hope the Dr finally gets to see him and he is feeling a little better, poor thingSad

Well not a lot else to report here, have my scan a week today and suddenly feeling really stressed at the prospect. Have been naughty and google searched stats and simply came accross horror stories...I really should know better!!
I am best off just forgetting about it until next Friday and then will just have to take a deep breath!

Cadmum · 12/05/2006 17:45

Munz: How is Joey?

Romilly: Sure hope you and Romi are well... Have you made the big move?

I am SO tired today and starting to stress about moving to Austria. I need to sort out a passport of some description for dd2 but it is not easy as she needs to have a citizenship card before the Canadian passport (because she was not born in Canada). They need her birth certificate and mine for quite a stretch... Impossible to go back to Canada without her birth certificate. ARGH! Hope to have some clarification from the Consulate this afternoon. A US passport may be easier but they also hold onto our birth certificates for at least 2 weeks.

I just wish I could hit FAST FORWARD and get through the next 6 1/2 weeks. Anybody know where that button is?

Thankfully, Charlie is being a angel on the feeding and (with the exception of Wednesday night when she was awake from midnight until 3 am Shock) sleeping fronts.

Debbsy · 12/05/2006 18:50

munz hope joeys ok today (((hugs)))

Nemo: I am so pleased that they arrived! Enjoy. If there is anything else from North America that you or anybody else would like then get your order in as I only have 6 weeks left!!! Shock

Debbsy: I am always so pleased when I see your name here. I did not enjoy your struggle to conceive because it all seems so unfair. I can hardly wait until you have passed the first scan stage,,,

Bella: Only 6 more sleeps until you can shop like mad! Will you find out if it is a boy or a girl?

Munz: How is Joey?

Debbsy · 13/05/2006 16:42

Munz · 13/05/2006 19:00

friz - will be going tot eh PO on monday now so will mail u and try to get ur welsh cakes off to you as well - (and buy some for me! lol - can't use the pg ass excuse for the cravings any more!) lol.

thanks for all asking after Joey, he's doing much better thanks - I guess I answered mey own q about his lack of feeding. he had calpol on thurs and fri monding then I stopped as I don't like to give it out unless it's really necessary, anyhow DH came home and said yes he was clammy/not himself so he had another dose last night and two this monring, and now he's doing really good again and is bright/alert, it was worryoing thou esp as he was really sick on thurs morning. still we have our normal chatty boy back! lol. on that note off to give him his first bath in 4 days! lol.

hope everyone's ok.

Frizbe · 13/05/2006 21:15

Hi all! feel I'm going gaga here thru no particular reason, just juggling a mere two kids on my own, and if Caddy can do it with 4 then I really cannot complain!
Suffering with dd1 getting narky about dd1, she tried not going to toilet on Thursday, and when that didn't work, yesterday she tried stripping off in the middle of a farm park and tried to get into the sand pit naked, to get my attention ( I was feeding dd2 at the time)and today she bit me....she will not be doing any of the above again anytime soon I hope (naughty step galore), we've had words about dd2 taking up lots of my time, and how much she misses me 1on1 and hopefully my explanation of expressed bottles for dd2 so she can help soon and the fact that dd2 will be weaning in 3 mths and she can help with feeding her, has cheered her up a bit and cleared things up a bit too....argh......
Sorry had to get that off my chest

Debsey and Bella, hope your scans are ok {{{Hugs}}}

Rom, where are you? hope all is ok?

Nemo, hope things are good Smile

CSWS, {{{Hugs}}} hope your bearing up hon, have you tried expressing a bottle and shovelling it in at 11pm ish (works here till 5.30/6am feed?)

Hi to everyone else, sorry not totally with it today...

Cadmum · 14/05/2006 00:38

Oh Friz! It is so hard some days isn't it?! I hope youe dd1 snaos out of it soon. It should get easier as dd2 starts to become more of a person. Feel free to vent; that's why we're here. Smile

DS2 is being quite a monkey as well. I am not sure if it is because of dd2; the impending move; too much company (revolving door at the moment!) or just being a 4 year old boy. He locked himself in the bathroom the other day and filled his hair with every product in the cupboard including windex...It took me 15 or more minutes to convince him to allow me through the door (he was sitting against it). By the time I was permitted to enter he was a flood of tears alternately begging me not to smell his hair and telling me that it was a bad idea to do this to himself. I was worried that he may even have found the immac but thankfully that was still safe on the shelf in the medicine cabinet. Not sure what he was thinking as he HATES having his hair washed...Weird!

Cadmum · 14/05/2006 00:40

Someone should learn to proofread when one handed typing is the norm. Sorry!

Frizbe · 14/05/2006 20:36

Oh Caddy don't know whether I should laugh at that one or not Grin poor little lad eh, its weird what they do to themselves isn't it!

Bella23 · 15/05/2006 09:37

Morning ladies

Well yes as Caddy says now only 4 more sleeps now until my scan. Trying to keep the rising sense of panic under control..........will be soooo relieved once its over and we get the green light.

Caddy - arh bless about your 4 year old. Thank god he didn't find the immaac or it could have been disaterous! Were you trying to hold in a bit of a giggle?
I am tempted to find out the sex at the scan but think we are going to restrain ourselves as want the suprise!

Frizbe - sounds like your DD1 was just showing her feelings and now that you've had a chat she will be feeling much better.

Munz - glad to hear little Joey is better, gosh I have all this worry to come. It must be so scarey when they are small and not feeling well.

Well not a lot else to report really, just getting through the week until my scan on Friday (can you sense I am obsessed about it!!} Grin

Hope you are all going to have a lovely week and DQ, Rom and George - give us a shout and tell us how you are all getting on.

Wendy - especially you, would love to hear your plans xx
