Hope nobody minds me starting a new thread but I only get 5 mins at a time to read and post and the thread is taking me that long to read and then when I click add message it takes forever.

Oh Bella {{{Hugs}}} if the ball is too painful to sit on, do lots of side to side swaying/pelvic hip rolls and then do front to back ones, keep repeating as this should bring the head down (its what you do at aquanatal, but in the water) keep remembering to breathe as well, it will make the pain lots better, remember really deep breaths in thru nose, out thru mouth, hope this gets the little blighter shifting (bound to be a girl ) do you know how dilated you are?

Aww bella hunny..hope things have moved on by now. Agree about the bath supposed to help a lot.
Thinking of you and it will be worth it when baby arrives you will forget all this discomfort I promise...love to you

Yes LO is having a field day - it seems to like lodging a foot against my right kidney and then pushing ended up very sore yesterday with it and it's started again this afternoon. I feel like I have doubled in size in the last couple of days - have definately grown and I can feel my tummy being stretched by LO's wriggling.
