Munz shame about the m+t group - hope the coffee morning was more of a sucess and that next week is better. Pants about the dish washer, I'd be lost without it now. A dryer is very useful though.

Friz glad cousins ds is feeding well, fingers crossed the mri goes well today, and hope your consultants appointment is fairly straight forward too - is it just a routine one or for particular reason?

Nemo - wow that DS started nursery yesterday, hope he is happy there today for you as well.

Just were does the time fly to - H crusing, your DD2 up on her hands and knee's - umm that's when things will a bit more hairy when we several! I will need eyes in the back of my head lol

MM - how are you doing?

Bella - hope your doing ok and not to hot and bothered with this funny weather we're having. So looking forward to your announcement and I know it's a few weeks of yet, but still excited for you.

Well DH went off to Norway yesterday until Friday feeling a bit lost without him around have to admit - bit wobbly too, really silly just keep thinking if I ended up going into labour now it would be all over and done with by the time he got back. It's not going to happen I'm only 32 weeks, but the silly things you worry about hey.

Bloody hell that's an essay sorry

Cadmum · 05/09/2006 09:09

Hello! Gosh, I have missed you lot...

I wish that I could spend more time catching up but I have had a brief read.

Bella, Best wishes for the coming weeks. You mustn't have long to go now...

Nemo: How is that bump? Our ds2 also started nursery and has been tearful and not hungry. Hope it goes more smoothly for A...

Munz: Glad that you are starting to settle into your new surroundings. Too bad about he p & T... I will be off to my first meet-upwith Vienna Babies on Thursday if DD2 is up to it. She was up all night with a fever and is a giant ball of snot and tears this morning. Figures...

Rom,Friz,DQ, J&R, Debsy and everyone else that I am forgetting to mention: Warm wishes from Vienna!

Our house is still in boxes and we are still sleeping on the floor but all three of our children are back in school as of Monday so I will start sorting through the daunting task of finding our lives. I have found it very hard being so far from family and friends and having no internet but I will sort that out shortly as well.
My mum was supposed to come and help us move in but she is in congestive heart failure and will be unable to travel any time soon. Now that I see this in print, I suppose that it is understandable that I have shed many, many tears over the last few weeks...
I hope to find a moment to check in agan tomorrow (I am feeding dd2 in a parking lot at McDonald's because they have internet access ) If not take care of yourselves and I hope to be back online regularly soon.

MeAndMyBoy · 05/09/2006 09:11

Hello Cadmum - it's so lovely to hear from you.
sending you lots of {{{{hugs}}} wish I could fly over and lend you a hand. Hope your mum improves soon. xxx H

Cadmum · 05/09/2006 09:31

Thanks M&MB!

How have you been feeling lately? I can't really blame pnd since this has been brewing for ages but I am a right mess this week. I can't sleep and I can't stop crying. Really useful aren't I?!?!

I hope that you are much better.

Cadmum · 05/09/2006 09:55

Munz: I am having trouble getting my hotmail (or messenger) to work. I would love to have some decaf Typhoo tea... Will send our address as soon as MSN cooperates. Thank you so much in advance.

Frizbe · 05/09/2006 13:00

Cad, is there anything I can send you over, you should still have my mail address too
{{{{Big Hugs}}}}} about your mum, the move and everything, here's hoping it all slowly turns around for you now and you actually have chance to settle, hurrah!

Nemo, hope school went ok

M&MB consultant wasn't for me! was uncle, who has sadly died this am really horrible thing is my cousin, his dd, whose lodging in SCBU was the only family member to reach him in time no news on babys mri yet....

munz · 05/09/2006 13:46

caddy - lol, don't worry girl I revieced all 5 of the emails! lol. have emailed u back, no probs sending out decaf, did u still want the PG tips as well? (ooh and penquins wasn't it for the LO's! lol. ) ooh and MRS!! don't expect yourself to be peachy after moving half way accross the globe, hell moving form wales to england was enough of a struggle and the way of tlife is similar - same language at least so u just give yourself some credit here. (and if DD2 is keeping u up at night that's never a good thing) good luck with the toddler group thou really hope the language isn't too mcuh of a prob. (will make u up a little luxury box of goodies - but I warn u now if I put choccy in it is NOT (i repeat NOT) for the lo's or DH cos men/children just don't understand the luxury of choclate! lol - least that's what I tell DH! lol. hope your mum is feeling better soon as well.

friz - (((((hugs)))) I'm so sorry to hear about your uncle. will be keeping everything crossed/preying for your cousins LO yeah P&T is an army one, not too sure on going there but gets me out for an hour!

nemo - how did the consultant go? did A settle in well? ooh got a walker as well this morning from the thrift shop - Joey absolutly loves it! lol - bless him! (doens't get anywehre but likes the toys! lol.)

where's that rom at the mo?

anyhow went to a coffee morning this morning. not sure about it will go back, have met a v nice lady with a 10 month old DD, the rest were older children which isn't so much of an issue, it's just they were pinching Joey's toys - i'm not fussed who plays with them it's just he was happily playing away and one LO came and took his toy off of him I didn't mention it just got him a differnt one. still he seemed to have a nice time once he'd settled in (after half hour of crying and wanting cuddles I was finally able to set him down to roll/tumble with the little girl! lol - the charmer my boy! lol) anyhow P&T tomorrow apparently they have more toys - but also it's ment to be bitchy so we shall see - only gotta try it once . hope everyone's doing OK.

ooh and also i've decided finally to be a SAHM full time. so v pleased aboutt hat esp if the P&T/coffee mornings work out

Frizbe · 05/09/2006 14:23

Congrats on being a SAHM Munz, good decision, don't forget theres lots of good parttime things you can do like ebay/phoenixtrading/barefootbooks/usbornebooks if you need a bit of extra cash.

munz · 05/09/2006 14:52

was thinkin that esentials thingy but they want £140 outlay - so there's ironing or avon or something like that - not seen any books thru the door as of yet. off to the march thread to try to catch up there! lol.

Cadmum · 06/09/2006 09:06

Thanks Munz and Friz... I know that I am expecting too much of myself but it is really hard atm.

Frizbe · 06/09/2006 20:13

Been to see cousins ds today, he's such a cutie he's been MRI'd today, results on friday, fingers x'd for all. Saw auntie too, she's ok as can be, keeping busy with the family as much as possible.

Caddy {{{{{Hugs}}}}}}}} we're here for you hon

Bella23 · 07/09/2006 11:55

Welcome back Caddy !!
Sorry to hear that you are feeling a bit blue - hardly suprising with all you have to cope with, take it easy and come on here and vent as much as you need to.

Well feeling the size of a house now, can't get comfy and being altogether a bit grumpy as a result! No signs this little one is coming any time soon - a week tomorrow until the official date but I bet I am late.

Munz - am also going to be a SAHM so next year will be a new challenge as never in my life before not worked, strange concept to me!
Will have to think of something to do as I am the kind of lazy git who will have a brain of much from watching too much Oprah and This Morning!

Frizbe - sorry to hear about your Uncle

MeAndMyBoy - so your DH is home tomorrow I think so you've survived the week without him. I know how you feel, you feel very vulnerable without your other half during pregnancy no matter how many weeks pregnant you are.

Right off to get some lunch - hope you are all well xx

Frizbe · 07/09/2006 16:15

Bella I'm sure your little one will be out soon and just fine don't forget to olive or almond oil your bits, helps them stretch and not tear and if they attempt to come near you with forceps tell them to piss off and use a ventouse instead.

MeAndMyBoy · 08/09/2006 10:40

Oh Friz I am so sorry about your Uncle , I have my fingers crossed that LO's MRI results are good news.

Caddy - sending you hugs hun, so hope that it gets better for you soon. You are dealing with so much it's no wonder you feel snowed under and really down. I'm a lot better thanks, have been taking omega 3 and it has helped so much.

Bella - a week til your due date - cool, now I'm very excited. I was amazed at how my body changed with I was pg last time, I really didn't think it could possibly change that much! Won't be long before your LO is here and you might even find that you miss being PG, just a bit, without all the wriggling going on.
Yep DH is back tonight Yippee. You are exactly right about feeling vunerable, it hasn't helped that I can't settle at night and haven't been going to bed until gone Midnight - so now I'm shattered as well lol.

Congrats on the SAHM's I am hoping I might be able to join you at the end of my maternity leave - depends how well the business does though lol

DebbsyandBibby · 08/09/2006 21:15

georgeandwigglyjake · 10/09/2006 10:01

Hello in here......
I'm sneaking back in with my head held in shame about how terrible I've been at staying in touch. Please, please can I come back in?
Mad, mad, busy, busy time with Jakey - there is just a whole other daytime world of mums & babies isn't there! Not sure how much more coffee I can drink! I am a grand-master at pureeing now though.

Was just thinking about Bella and when you are due and realised that it must be anytime now. Less than a week?? My goodness where has the time gone. Hope you are bearing up OK. I seem to remember being rather grumpy with a week to go. Very excited for you, will be checking in to see if you have any signs. Hope you are on the raspberry leaf tea and bouncing madly on a birthing ball.

Off to have a read now to see how everyone is doing.

xxx

MeAndMyBoy · 11/09/2006 10:08

Hi George, It's great to see you back.

Bella23 · 11/09/2006 11:57
