hi ladies- not had a good day, i fainted and was out for a while whilst in work (had to get dh to collect me). went to the hospital who said as i was still feeling zippy move and it hadn t happened before not to worry......is this right? have any of you had fainting? im just a little bothered by it

i dont think so- dh thinks im not eating right. im eating very small portions as i cant face anything else and i do tend to go a little too long without a snack..... not intentionally mind you. Ive put on 5lb in 21wks- the midwife isnt concerned about this as im excercising. I think i just need to eat a little and more often. i just really scared me - thanks debs

mm if you go on the antenatel due in nov thread stacey a girl on there had a fainting episode but she was fine but speak to her as she was on about something to do with sleeping on your back.xx

Oooh sorry to hear about the fainiting milosmum, it could be low blood pressure, that's what did it to my friend, did the MW's say anything about that to you??
Make sure you have some good snacks packed for work I guess, bananas were always a fav of mine, although don't leave them in your bag if its a dark one, as they tend to go ick pretty quickly

thanks frizbe! mw said bp is fine and im not anemic either so i guess its the eating and overdoing it!- im at the hospital on thursday for my scan so ill talk with the mw further, it just really scared me , as i didn t get that with milo.

Hi MM - I get dizzy spells and a couple of nights ago when I got up in the night I thought I was going to faint - stood holding onto the bedstead really tightly for ages until it passed. But I hope that you are feeling ok now. Hope you're scan goes well - make sure you come and report back won't you .

I don't think 5lbs in 21weeks is an awful lot - I'm 31 weeks now and have put on just over 2 stone and no one has commented about it at all. I'm not worried about loosing it after either as I run a health and wellness business from home and part of that is weight loss.

Hope everyone else is doing well - Bella how are you my dear been thinking about you a lot recently. Cadmum how's life treating you I really hope that you have been able to get life settled fairly quickly and easily.

My antenatal lot are spooking me - far too efficient they have already started lists for hospital bags - gulp - DH and I have agreed we'll sort that out at the end of sept - plenty soon enough - if not we'll make do lol.

hi ladies [smil]- had my scan 2day and the the little one is perfect! I got a student doing it and he was really through and took just over 40 minutes so me & dh got a really good show and we now know that zippy is..........................................................................................................................................................................................................................A BOY!!!!!!!!!!!- just as i thought . milo is over the moon and dh is v chuffed to be the dad of 2 boys. so Alfie Tyler it is then!

Saw mw yesterday bibby didnt want her listennig to his hb kept running off then kicked the monitor off it was hilarious,well there was me thinking i was quite small should be 28 wks tomorrow but now measuring 29 weeks so mw said bibby was a very good size

I think Bella's on maternity leave now isn't she, so I'm guessing she just doesn't have such ready pc access at home? She didn't mention that she wouldn't be on though, so let's hope we hear from her soon.

Munz - haven't seen you around for a while - how did the move go - are you settled now? Is Joey sleeping any better? I wouldn't worry about him turning over so much now - Pippa does it a fair bit too, but it's pointless turning her back at this stage as she'll just roll straight back again, and moan if I wedge her in place!

hello ladies - sorry been crap and not posting. I swear since starting maternity leave I have been so busy .........doing hardly bugger all!!

Milosmum - wow another little boy on the way then eh, lovely.

Well I have always been convinced this little one was a boy but in the last week I have started thinking its a girl - well 2 weeks today until due date - YIKES!!

Nemo - shame little didn't let you peak the sex but now you can spend the next few months guessing, half the fun I am sure!

Gosh just read a few more posts and realised my selfish behaviour has had you all worried, sorry about that, promise to keep you all informed until D Day!

Well not a lot else to report really, all set now for the arrival so just pottering around waiting.
