munz · 12/07/2006 09:33

woohoo debs I knew it was a boy! big congrats honney! lol@ u going out shopping! lol. any thoughts on names yet? when are u due? are we gonna take a sweep steak about the weight6/date etc?

MM - have u been having the erotic dreams as well? - I tell u girls errotic dreams = boy none = girls! lol.

anyhow off for a quick shower, then crawling back to bed I think - the boy decided sunday night to get up every 1.5 hours, monday was ok but last night was every hour - I wouldn't mind but it's not even his teeth and he's not hungry, he's just got himself into a habit, when he's over tired he'll nap for 45 mins and thats all then it's time to partay! lol. so hoping today we have some nice long naps so mummy can nap as well! lol. still no confirmed moving date but the hosue is a tip from packing so it's all good! lol.

Bella23 · 12/07/2006 09:39

Debbsy - WOO HOO Congrats!

Arh a little boy, fab news xx

Lucky you having a week in Cornwall next week, am very jealous. Will be lovely this time of year.

DebbsyandBibby · 12/07/2006 09:55

Thanks munz and bella feel like a kid at xmas
yes we can do a sweepstake (only small weights though hey girls)
yes we have got a few names already to go with the surname Oliver...
Malachie
Mckenzie
Brodie
Kayden
Mitchell
Bayley
Leighton
so far... any other suggestions are much appreciated oh and Jude we like something a bit different. xx

munz · 12/07/2006 10:05

ooh I loved absolutly loved Caleb, Bayley or Bailie and mackenzie, but DH wouldn't hear of any of them

when are you due? when are u due bella/MM&B as well, u two are next to get off the bus arn't u?

(do u girls know what u're having yet?)

oliver lets have a think about that one. boy's names are harder to think of I thought than girls.

munz · 12/07/2006 10:09

(ooh and I know someone else said no to a changin bag for u debs - but definatly get one, i'm not a hand bag type of a person, but if I go out without joey's bag I feel naked or something - mainly cos it's real big and fits loads in as well as his stuff all my stuff goes in there, i've got a cord one which looks like a normal bag form babies are us. althou u can get ones which match the pram and that - which is what my mate has - she's got a thing about everything matching! lol.

DebbsyandBibby · 12/07/2006 10:12

lol so have i munz thats why ive ordered the changing bag and sun canopy and foor muff to match the pram lol this little dude will be the coolest kid in Staffordshire lol

munz · 12/07/2006 10:29

lol, ah joey's got the clothes so he's trendy but we didn't bother with matching pram, just nursey.

Bella23 · 12/07/2006 11:56

Due date is 15th Sept - once July is over it will all feel very real indeed!!
Still can't belive that we've managed to come this far - amazing!

We have a girls name sorted - Tabitha but no boys name. I want Oscar or Sebastian but DH doesn't like them so still on the search.

milosmum · 12/07/2006 19:32

congrats debs!!!!!

Munz- no erotic dreams for me! me head hits the pilliow and im out like a light- didnt have any when i was pregnant either..... maybe it is another boy .

hope you are all doing well and the little ones/beanies.

romilly · 12/07/2006 21:24

lol munz - i reckon your theory is totally correct. i had no erotic dreams just loads of morning sickness. i reckon that its to do with the oestrogen = more for a girl, so you feel sicker - whereas with a boy you have more testosterone flying around = therefore erotic dreams!

bella - if you are late your baby will be born around my birthday (and DQ's)!

debbsy - def. need a changing bag - you have to pack as if you are going away for a mini-break everytime you pop down the road, lol..

Frizbe · 12/07/2006 21:32

Bella, I was going to say Sebastian for Debsey! shame your dh doesn't like it....
How's about Roman or Nate (Nathaniel?), Ethan, Christian (the whole name)

milosmum · 13/07/2006 13:39

im kind of throwing you theory aside as i has no morning sickness with milo but have it with this one and have had no erotic dreams with either!- so god knows!

DebbsyandBibby · 13/07/2006 14:28

hi all i have rude dreams (work that one out)
Bella i like Oscar

MeAndMyBoy · 14/07/2006 00:27

Evening all,

Nemo sorry to hear you've been so poorly - hope you're on the mend soon hun.

Debbsy hope the cardiff trip went ok - I realised yesterday that we work for the same company!!!

MM - how are you feeling? hope any MS has died down and your energy is starting to come back. Does Milo know what's going on yet or not?

I'm 24 weeks tomorrow(probably today by the time most people will be reading this lol), starting to struggle with SPD and went yesterday to see the midwife and got referred for physio. I'm quite amused at the number of times I won't see the M/w's this time. I have a consultants appointment on the 15th Aug for a growth scan, then will see the midwife at 31 weeks, then at 34 weeks, then 36 weeks and then 40 (if I get that far this time, although I am planning that I will go over so I don't get too disheartened if I do.) Which will total 7 times during pg - actually that might be 8 cause I might see them at 38 weeks as well. Doesn't feel very often really, btu I'm sure it's no different to everyone else.

Right off to scan wrigglers 20wk pic and mail it out - only taken 4 weeks to get organised lol.

Night xx

Piffle · 14/07/2006 08:13

Can I join, I feel too anxious to fully join in an antenatal thread!
Am still convinced af will turn up this weekend depsite a million + tests over the last few days.

Frizbe · 14/07/2006 09:00

Hi Piffle, of course you can join us when are you due, April?
M&MB do you and Debsey really work for the same co do you know each other in RL?
Nemo, how's the little one?
Munz, when do you move?
Caddy, hopeing Austria is good and that you get back on here soon?
DQ, Handbag, CSWS, Rom and everyone else, hope your all ok out there?

Piffle · 14/07/2006 09:58

23/3 am due
Just struggling to imagine myself getting through the next 2 weeks.
I get an early 6 wk tv scan to exclude ectopic and blood work to check hcg doubling levels too... but am so anxious, to the point of not being able to feel happy atm?

milosmum · 14/07/2006 13:34

M&MB- milos knows- hes very excited but doesnt know if he wants a girl or boy yet. He has chosen the name if it is a boy, so maybe he ll get his wish!
my ms has gone now- thank god but i do seem to be suffering with the same extreme bouts of tiredness that i did with milo-..... i guess these are all clues to the fact that im having another boy!!!

How is everyone else going?

Congrats piffle

Debs i like oscar also but hubby said no!

MeAndMyBoy · 14/07/2006 15:21

Oh gosh I'm so rude, Piffle welcome. I'm sorry that you are having such a hard time at the moment, feel free to vent and rant on here. Don't know if it will help but rather than trying to face the next 2 weeks, might be less stressful just dealing with each day at a time. I hope you can get some peace of mind soon.

MM - Ds has decided it's a girl, won't have it that it might be a boy lol. But as we haven't found out the sex we'll have to wait and see if he's right.

No I don't know debbsy in rl - well I don't think I do any way lol

Piffle · 14/07/2006 16:03

Thanks
I walked into town today with dd (3.8) and golly was it hard work legs felt like lead. I normally bounce along!
DD walked faster than me which is a first!
Also tiredness just set in...
Have had insomnia last few nights, although last night was good, and early morning walking, very unusual I'm normally in my bed until the last possible minute.
And this excess saliva is interesting huh!
Thats me feeling more relaxed today, its out of my hands, its fates card after all

Frizbe · 14/07/2006 17:57

well ladies my friend has had a little boy! so she now has two boys, my other friend also had two boys, and I have the two girls, so looks like we're sticking to the same sex around here which technically means my little ladies will be in demand no boyfriends ever!!

Piffle, sorry to hear about your excess dribble are you dribbling when excited like my dd 2.7
Seriously tho, hope you get thru the next few weeks ok, we're here to rant and rave at when necessary!

DebbsyandBibby · 14/07/2006 19:11
