Pregnant after a miscariage, totally terrified, reasurance and hand holding needed.

I had a mmc in December, went for a scan at almost 14wks and there was no heartbeat, it was utterly heartbreaking.

Had an erpc and got back to ttc after christmas.

Got a BFP on friday, for 5minutes i was so happy my face hurt from smiling then fear hit me straight in the face, and I've felt uneasy since.

I'm achey/dull cramps at the bottom of my stomach/around my previous c-section scars, which i remember from being pregnant with dd, and now I've 2 scars, my youngest is 3.5yo.

However this terrifies me, I've always had horrendous nausea with pregnancy, and this time, its mild, occasional sick feeling.

I know im obsessing and reading into everything, theres no reason for this pregnancy not to be sucessful but i cant relax.

Anyone else been there who can reasure me, or even if you've not and had similar symptoms.

The sonographer said its the first baby she couldn't even guess at, they're crossed so tight fluid couldn't even pass between, it rolled over aswell a few times, like a sodding syncronised swimmer!

Luckily I'm no longer phased and find it all rather amusing!

Very pleased to hear of lovely scans - hooray!!! So neutral colours for now then, eh state?!

Had a midwife appt today and was told I'm measuring 36 weeks, not 33... So got yet another scan booked for next week to double check size of baby. Very odd feeling, coming home to tell DH that! A bit scary to think there's a small chance this could all happen sooner than expected!

lol state, with dd she had crossed her legs and sonographer said with the short glimpse that she got, there were no definite boy parts but wasn't sure! cheeky! Glad scans have gone well folks. I've just been lying in bed for a little while, baby is giving me a good boot and even felt a couple of big kicks from the outside! I've forgotten just how lovely that feeling is! x

gem it is so lovely isn't it, even when it's keeping me awake in thd middle of the night I still think 'ah'. It scares me that this will be the last time I do this ( unless we have a large lottery win!)

Ahhh goodluck wellies my friend was measuring a few weeks ahead, turns out she had a lot of waters! Baby was 1 day late!

gem my dd was the same! And I got told that too haha! After thinking boy for ages, I'm now wondering girl, as your the 3rd person to say a dd did it, aswell as my own 3yo!

Oh well we'll wait and see!

I love feeling every movement, I'm literally like this --> every time!

Same here wl realistically this baby has to be the last!
