collie I haven't got any experience of gap but Next 'up to 1 month' fits Persephone a treat. I think it's up to 10lb and she's about 7.5 at the mo. Her 0-3 month clothes drown her regardless of brand

Aghh!! I have just let the cat in and he's chased a mouse into the kitchen, which he is now chasing around! Poor horrid little mouse is squeeking and squeeling and I'm stuck stood in a chair!!! HELP!!!!

Okay, I'm off the chair and upstairs. Cat caught the mouse, so I now have cat in kitchen eating dead mouse!!!!! I could actually hear it crunch!!! Ughh!! Way tmi!! I feel sick! I am a prisoner in my living room!!!

blackkat I know I'm a bit behind you but I'm with you on the reluctant shopping front. We're definitely going to have a look this weekend though and atleast size some things up, even if I don't feel ready to buy. I think I might start with a little teddy, as there are some gorgeous ones out there and I'm quite partial to them myself!

pink thanks for the grow size advice. I've gor some next 0-1, but they don't have that option in gap. Think I'll leave it as most newborn go over 7lb and I think 7lb is just too small.

Greetings from t'other side. Sorry I haven't been in much recently; have been monopolised by very demanding Owlet. He's currently snoozing on my lap so am typing with one hand.

collie cats are so gross! Luckily my two are house cats so we don't get any mice-just lots of dead spiders (sometimes just the legs!) How do I join the bookface group? oh and hope you're sleeping a bit better now.

blackkat the pilates dvd was a 10 minute solutions on one on Amazon. I'll try to add a link but am pretty crap at computer stuff! I finally bought something the other day-just a babygro and a little cardigan but it took ages to get up the courage. Even now I'm reluctant to start on major things like buggies and nursery. Hope your dad's ok.

Been suffering with major back ache recently though only when I sit down! And also terrible heartburn- had to be sick in the night because of it the other night. My midwife suggested a bowl of ice-cream before I go to bed might help as I don't like milk. I don't think she meant a regular tub of Ben and Jerry's but it's all I want now!

My boss is heaping work on everyone at the moment-always the way at the start of term but now I just can't be arsed (even less than usual!) as all I can do is count down to mat leave. I will miss everyone as we all get on great and have a good laugh but it's all the other hassle I can't wait to be rid of for a while!

Sorry not got on today. This being off work is exhausting!!!

Collie I've always found the Baby Gap to be on the small size. Dd is a tiddler and she could always wear her size so to speak, whereas others dwarfed her. Thank you for the compliment, feeling every single one of those years at the moment!! But I use lots of oil, Oil Cleansing Method and Bio Oil or Nivea....Oh and I used Aptimil with dd. I mixed fed her from 6 weeks as I'm rubbish at expressing and wanted to get one bottle a day established reasonably early for when she went to child minder.

bigmac i'd noticed the M&P sale. We're getting our cot from there and it went out of the sale so ave been holding out. Mattressses are expensive though but seen one on kiddicare with good reviews for 1/3 of the price so might get that if it will fit
