Is the July meet deffo happening? Just arranging festival going for that month and need to make sure I keep the right weekend free.

Latitude or Cambs anybody while we're on the subject?

MrsJoeMcIntyre · 10/03/2009 15:48

Oooh Scoot, I forgot to say, LG&T asked me to say she was really sorry about cancelling today's meet-up.

largeginandtonic · 10/03/2009 16:59

Scoot so sorry i had to bail out. Hugs actually looks not too bad now. No idea what it was, he was boiling and shivering, slept loads too. All the others look ok so far. Very bizzare.

Another time soon i hope Scoot? Was looking forward to cake and a chat, Lils couldhave taught Beau a thing or 2, he is being such a horror.

DH off playing paintball today then a curry tonight. Am looking forward to a beery husband come 9ish

Hooray >

I know nothing about football but it sounds fun AM

TYG hope O is ok, i hate the spiking temp in tiny babies. When are you coming to see me?

OP posts:
ShowOfHands · 10/03/2009 17:06

Ooh tyg, just seen about O. Frightening those mad dashes aren't they? Frightening doesn't quite cover it actually. Poor boy. And Hugs too. Poorly boys all round.

LG&T, convince him to do things whilst drunk. Clean stuff, y'know, buying things and the like.

AM, you do very well to care know about football. DH's grandad is quite involved at our local football whatsit and so is Delia CookWhatsit. Had to endure a 'lunch' once. Blardy hell, perfectly cooked duck cannot hide the yawns. Now rugby I understand.

So, July... tis a yes or non?

Where's MKG?

And Jam?

And Charley?

twelveyeargap · 10/03/2009 17:30

I am up for July meet. When is it supposed to be? I like the look of Latitude. DH looking for alternative to The Big Chill I believe... Suffolk a damn site closer than Herefordshire as well. Wavering between it and Secret Garden. Latitude would require S to bunk off two days of school. Hmm, mmm.

Lulumama · 10/03/2009 17:31

quick hello all !! mrsJM, i have not posted those things for your DD as I have been stuck at home as DS was poorly and I am now full of cold, but i should be able to post it tomorrow xxx

twelveyeargap · 10/03/2009 17:31

Oh and Latitude is same weekend as Lovebox. Oh dearie me.

ShowOfHands · 10/03/2009 17:52

Latitude. Do it. Do it. Do it.

I think the weekend after Latitude for the meet if I remember correctly.

And er... do it. Do it.

ShowOfHands · 10/03/2009 17:56

We'll bring our bright purple camper along. Free watching of small children while you go and have quality time getting trollied dancing.

Gwan. Gwan. Gwan. Look I'm speaking your language. Father Ted showed me how.

AprilMeadow · 10/03/2009 18:38

How cool would that be! We should all have a flu tunnel with magic powder and just nip to each others houses for tea and cake

largeginandtonic · 10/03/2009 20:20

Blardy nora would have to keep the house clean and tidy all the time

SKYTVADDICT · 10/03/2009 21:22

Hello.

We have had poorly boys too. C better now but L been bad the last few days with high temps and both been really snotty!

Glad O and H a bit better.

Think you said the meet was the 26th as we aren't travelling down until the 25th so hope so.

Tillyscoutsmum · 10/03/2009 21:31

Sorry to hear about the poorly ones. TYG - your A&E dash sounds petrifying

Tilly is a major snot monster and is not sleeping well. Scarlett has nits. I got my AF today so am

Apart from that - all is well

MrsJoeMcIntyre · 11/03/2009 09:14

TYG - poor O - I would have been stretchered out. Glad he's OK.

Tilly - sorry about your AF. I'm not squeamish, but the thought of nits makes me freak a little bit. L is also full of cold and crying in the night.

Lulu - no problems, it's so kind of you to send them at all!

Nothing to report here. The lovely suwoo and I have booked to go to Baby Loves Disco on 19th April, so am excited about that, as L loves to dance. She has an inate sense of rhythm. Like her mother. Definitely not like her fater, who dances like an idiot.

MrsJoeMcIntyre · 11/03/2009 09:17

father

MrsJoeMcIntyre · 11/03/2009 10:15

All these people announcing pgs in the closet are making me crazy. I keep imagining every single one is one of us!!!

Themasterandmargaritas · 11/03/2009 10:49

No secrets here. It could be you of course double bluffing us.

Poor you Tills. On the AF front mainly. We have never had the nits battle, but are currently 'living with molluscum'.

Poor babies with all their ailments. I am achy bones lady today, either a flu type virus or malaria. Let's hope its the former!

Latitudes, loveboxes and purple camper vans are all too much for me today.

News of a new baby would be nice though, she has gone a bit quiet, should I email her do you think?

Tillyscoutsmum · 11/03/2009 12:42

Yeah - email her (although she's probably been driven crazy with people asking !)''''

We didn't find the nits fortunately - they were discovered when she was with her mum but obviously we've had to check here as well. No signs of any as far/ as we can see. Still can't stop bloody itching though and I'm like a chimp with Tils, everytime she sits still for more than 2 seconds (not often), I'm checking her hair . [paranoid emoticon]

AprilMeadow · 11/03/2009 15:57

Sorry to hear that you got your af Tilly. Fingers crossed for next month.

Got my combined blood results today to go with the 1.4mm NT measurement from the scan. 1:21000 very pleased with that.

MrsJoeMcIntyre · 11/03/2009 16:00

Fab AM!

JamInMyWellies · 11/03/2009 21:40

Just dashing in barely have time to breathe at the mo.

She must have had that baby by now.

TYG how frightening hope O is fighting fit now.

Will be back sometime in the next month or so to catch up properly. mwah mwah.

Themasterandmargaritas · 12/03/2009 15:59

Great news April.

Jam do you need some more coke, shall I send you some with extra cake to keep you going?

I sent MKG an email yesterday but no reply thus far, let's hope it's all good news.
