why oh why oh why do I have the sodding TV on in the background?

first of all its Crimewatch which scares the bejesus out of me (and considering my job thats rather pathetic)

then some programme on Channel 4 which is similar to the film 28 Days Later which I had nightmares about - thats been binned

will no doubt flick over to something with sodding snakes or something and end up pacing the bedroom floors allnight [meep]

could turn it off I suppose but I prefer background noise when DH isn't here - no idea why [pathetic emoticon]

I have a big tub of celebrations on the side, just in my eyesight. My step mum gave them to me when I told her we didnt have much chocolate this xmas,but had eaten it all quickly to get it out of the way.

Dont think she understood my point, but I could have refused them.

haven't worked that bit out yet Poppy - am looking at cottages and if they're available yet before working out the logistics of whereabouts on the island everywhere is easily accessible so I don't suppose it makes a huge difference but it would be nice to leave the car and publunch walk places with the dc and dog

CC - no I've had an evening with inlaws and various of dh's aunts enough to drive me drunk without booze!

I have to confess I looked through soooo many pages for tom and jerry lunchboxes - DH thought I had gone nuts looking for a lunchbox for 'some woman on the internet' then I explained it was for a little boy he was fine with it

DH went to woolies today and spend a whole £4 and came home with 10 cd's and dvd's and 2 wet bags for DD's nappies and 3 extention leads. It was very sad - where am I going to buy DD's cr*p from now???
