dizzyjingles · 05/12/2008 21:11

NoroomattheCaveman · 05/12/2008 21:15

aww cyteen that was lovely what you said about realising you are happy, and its down to Joe

Dh pretends not to doesn't know your mn monikas, he just refers to us all as mumsnutters , and thinks we type to each other new and sadistic ways to treat/berate our other halves . Hey, he might be on to something there!

I can't believe this time last year our thread was in its little infancy, with only a few of us on there - how many millions of words have we posted to each other since then!? Aww, look at me getting all sentimental over you all [sob] [sniff]

TwilightSurferChristmasAngel · 05/12/2008 21:15

loving the silence of the picture cause she was screaming when i took it. she'd just woken and was hungry.

oopsIstuffedaturkey · 05/12/2008 21:17

Those are great looking TS are those your new patio door in the background?

BucketsofReindeerPoo · 05/12/2008 21:18

Wasn't me with the days of Xmas but happy to take unwarranted credit.

Well this Christmas can't be worse than the last one, I had that vomiting virus the whole time, combined with morning sickness - could barely walk I was so weak and HUNGRY! DH & kids cleared off to cook ILs lunch (luckily I had been organised and put stuff in their freezer already) and I spent the day puking on my own.

What are everyone's plans for Xmas day this year? We are having dinner at my folks and staying the night so me and DH are hoping local pub might be open. No idea how likely that is, mind.

NoroomattheCaveman · 05/12/2008 21:18

woah TS, techno sofas!! They do look lovely mind

SazzlesIsASleighBell · 05/12/2008 21:20

Poor middledixie hope she gets well soon

PF I expect TS can tell us how many million words have been posted

Lovely sofa's - good they are back in time for Xmas or you'd be on a carpet style turkey picnic

Right, I'm off to watch the end of I'm a Celebrity....how sad am I!?!?!!

Tree going up tomorrow, I am very excited

dizzyjingles · 05/12/2008 21:21

my DH calls you all my 'imaginary' friends and is now utterly convinced you don't exist as I had to cancel on Poppy

I got - did your friend come today?
and when I replied no, we'd rescheduled for next week I got
thought not

SazzlesIsASleighBell · 05/12/2008 21:22

LOL for fessing up to my mistake

Raises a glass of fizz to oops as the real thread inspiration

oopsIstuffedaturkey · 05/12/2008 21:24

We are spending this Christmas day just the 3 of us then in the evening the IL are popping over for 'drinkies' and most likely to stay over. Then boxing day we are off to my folks for Christmas markII.

No tree for us until we are in the new house, so tree up before I unpack any boxes.

NoroomattheCaveman · 05/12/2008 21:24

sazz are you drunk? Twas me who wondered how many millions of words we'd typed, not pf....tsk tsk, call yourself an auditor

BucketsofReindeerPoo · 05/12/2008 21:25

TS, very nice upholstery, hope they're washable! I am craving new sofas and curtains in our living room but have to wait til Kurt to be past the writing on furniture phase (not reached it yet obviously LOL.)

My boobs are feeling very squidgy tonight despite a day of bottlefeeding - hope there'll be enough in them for nightfeed. Fingers crossed they have just settled down to the new regime routine. Wore a non-BF top today, felt quite liberated although my old normal DDcup bras no longer hold me in so still in my armpit-scraping Royce BF bra.

NoroomattheCaveman · 05/12/2008 21:25

Thanks for the hug dizzy and sorry if I made your norks soggy

SazzlesIsASleighBell · 05/12/2008 21:25

AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHGGGGRRRRRRRRRRR No not drunk , just distracted by I'm a Celeb [saddo]

oopsIstuffedaturkey · 05/12/2008 21:25

dizzyjingles · 05/12/2008 21:25

SazzlesIsASleighBell · 05/12/2008 21:28

OP posts:
oopsIstuffedaturkey · 05/12/2008 21:28

I should be packing but am hiding from it (shhh don't tell DH - he is sleeping on the sofa) Yes it is as bad as it sounds - why can't I nap on the sofa and him do some packing.

dizzyjingles · 05/12/2008 21:29

oops I am sitting in carnage having promised myself I'd do the ironing tonight

am no longer in the mood to be efficient, the notion has well and truely passed !!!!

poppystocking · 05/12/2008 21:30

LOL Dizzy. I don't exist. I am a figment of the imagination .

We're off to start our Christmas a week today. Cannot believe how fast this year has gone. Off to my Dad to begin with, then into London to see my new niece, and then to my Mum for 10 days. DH flying down to join us for the important days and then straight back here. Should be lovely. Not only my siblings and their partners, children there, but also my mum's siblings and their offspring. 32 for Christmas lunch . So glad I won't be catering!

TwilightSurferChristmasAngel · 05/12/2008 21:30

I need a drink then sleep.

Ladies I am now officially bummed again. My wrap order just arrived and the Ellaroo is entirely too small for me. Not even enough to wrap over and cross in front. WTF! I emailed the company and nicely said I ordered the child's moby but not a child's ellaroo...please help. I can't imagine any child bearing female being able to use this.

Where's the fairy lights? We need fairy lights on this thread.

dizzyjingles · 05/12/2008 21:32

32 my god I thought we were bad at 15!!!
are you driving down on your own?!?

oopsIstuffedaturkey · 05/12/2008 21:32
