Poppy - I can't recall when your DD was born? DD was 30th August and still at 14.5weeks hasn't got to 12lbs. There is no worry they HV said - she is happy, wet and smelly (occasionally at the same time) so not to worry about weight gain.

I met one of the girls from the local thread in tesco the other day, she's a lovely girl and I introduced her to DH as one of the other girls names' I was mortified - she was exceptionally pleasant and agreed I couldn't exactly call her by her user name in RL!!

Thanks oops. DD2 is 3 weeks older and not drastically low on the infamous growth chart. Just unnerving as DD1 was always pretty high on them (and I worried that I was over-feeding her ). She is now pretty small for her age though and although I'm a reasonable size, the rest of my immediate family are all on the small side, so maybe that's what it is. And she is certainly happy, wet and smelly as often as you'd hope!
