Thanks for the offer POTC, but we had to travel even further than Kings Lynn - a village called Terrington St John. The Council couldn't offer/fund anywhere in Kings Lynn itself and their first offer was much further from town in the wrong direction from London (and from Wisbech where dp's mum's older sister lives). And I wouldn't ask for a lift for 3 adults and D. We don't get the fastest train to Kings Lynn from London because the slow train from Cambridge to Liverpool Street stops much closer to home and it's quite a short/usually easy bus journey.

Friend took my oldest 2 this morning So when P when to bed, I had a little nap too - feeling a bit weirdy, but better now Just doing a bit of work and then off to a friends for soup and bread once P wakes up. Spending pm with MIL, DH should be back late tonight. He'll be cream crackered, poor thing!!
