Riallybigbangandflash · 02/11/2008 10:08

morning all. I am cos it's raining and we were going to Goth weekend today.

Ohforfoxsake · 02/11/2008 11:19

Goth weekend? Sounds fun

Double vomiting here, oldest and youngest. Was hoping DD2 had managaged to avoid it. Seems not.

Arse.

Riallybigbangandflash · 02/11/2008 11:53

foxy

TALLULAHBELLE · 02/11/2008 12:18

Hope you caught up on your sleep Fairy. I had my work Xmas night out (I know - 1st Nov ). My mum took DD overnight so I could go & have nice sleep in today. Got home at 11pm & off to bed. Finally got to sleep 6am - bloody heartburn just wouldn't go away & I couldn't lie down at all. Thought may as well catch up on the thread whilst was up. Should have really got the dishes done & the bathroom cleaned ! Still got the h/b too -

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 02/11/2008 12:20

about your goth weekend Ria
too about your vommy DCs Foxy

No bread in, so we had pancakes for lunch Jamlet helped me make the batter and then sat and watched DH cook them (He's a much better tosser than I am ) - she had the first one of course which kept her occupied so I'm not sure quite how much she saw of the rest of the proceedings. I am overfull now so am bery glad she has gone down for a nap, so I can collapse on the sofa for a bit.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 02/11/2008 12:21

Hi Tallulah. Sorry your HB is so bad Hope you enjoyed your night out, even though it IS a little early still for Xmas. When does DD come back?

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 02/11/2008 12:22

bery = very (of course!)

justbeme · 02/11/2008 13:42

Hi Im here - did type a big post last night but my MN went down - prob just as well as you would probably all think i was mad!

My hormone levels have crashed down and now they want to keep an eye on me in case its an ectopic. Have a slight loss and feel abit faint/sick. Will call EPU tomorrow. I cant beleive its failed again. Makes me realise how special DD2 is, as she survived where 6 others failed.
Anyhow - am going for a lie down.

Oh and my other post did say (amongst the rambling)
"Congrats Daisy and Ekka - very well done!!"

Ohforfoxsake · 02/11/2008 15:41

shit JBM. I'm sorry.

Ekka · 02/11/2008 17:52

Hi again - I only seem to get online if ds is sleeping & dd is being fed a meal by someone else!!!! JBM, really for you hope you are ok.

Ds has finally been given a name - Matthew Charles Eric. It only took us a week to think of it!!!! Haven't done a birth thread, but it was a homebirth, all started a 3am (just like with dd) but was pretty slow till my mum took dd out for lunch, then I went from 5cm at 1pm to ds being born in the birthpool at 2.25pm, much quicker than with dd!!!! Was great & lovely to spend the afternoon cuddling with him. DD's face absolutely lit up when she saw him for the first time (unfortunately we didn't have the camera handy) and she will go up to him & stroke his head & push him in his swing chair - so cute...

Daisy - hope all went well with you & things are settling down with your ds....

Anyway, ds is waking so got to go & rescue him, will try & keep up with this thread....

Bumperlicious · 02/11/2008 18:47

JBM that so sad . Poor you, you are really going through the mill. Do they know why you are struggling so much? Are they doing tests? take it easy, we are here for you.

Ekka, that's a lovely name, glad you are doing ok, and glad you are here with us.

4060 words of my novel so far

Thanks for the email Bumper

Riallybigbangandflash · 02/11/2008 19:36

lovely name Ekka.

jbm, fingers crossed that it might be nothing to worry about. Post or FB whenever you need to, there's no need to go through anything alone.

hope you've had a better day with the cubs foxy.

I got my day out. The fog was suitably gotheic, but the rain stopped. There weren't many people about though so it was shame. Funny though, DS2 didn't bat an eyelid at anyone we did see (however off the wall) but he flipped at the sight of a police car!

TALLULAHBELLE · 02/11/2008 20:01

So sorry JBM. But is there still a chance? Hope so.

Congrats Ekka. How cute of your DD. Hope mine is as delighted when Dt's come along.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 02/11/2008 20:06

Bumper, I should have told you, I made that banana cake and the nursery staff said it was lovely. Thank you

Ekka, lovely names for your DS. Glad your DD has taken to him well.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 02/11/2008 20:52

Where is everybody???

Riallybigbangandflash · 02/11/2008 21:01

I am here. Having trouble getting DS2 to sleep.

can everyone keep their fingers crossed for me to win bargainous pushchair on ebay please. my 3 wheeler is buggered.

i missed Top Gear. DH taped strictly for me though.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 02/11/2008 21:04

We arenow watching Top Gear. Hammonds hair is ridiculous.

justbeme · 02/11/2008 21:07

Ria - its repeated on wed at 7pm!

Im here alone as DP has gone to the pub for an hour or so. I told him that I thought he should have at least asked me if i minded.

Having the odd stabbing pain now which takes my breath away and more bleeding, so no Tallulah theres no chance.
Bumper, Ive had tests and "theres nothing wrong with me!"

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 02/11/2008 21:13

So sorry JBM. Life sucks sometimes doesn't it?

justbeme · 02/11/2008 21:22

So it seems from reading all about our woes!!!
Now all we need is Daisy to come along and brighten us all up!!
Oh and DKMA's blunt humour!

Ive got my DP home this week at the moment , as he has no work (self employed)
but.. yesterday we bought ourselves an Aga woodburner, which should be in in about 2 weeks, all nice and cosy for Xmas!

Whats your DH's plans this week Jammy?

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 02/11/2008 21:27

Am of your Aga. But we will be at my ILs for Xmas and they have a Stanley (cheap aga copy) in the kitchen and a wood burning stove in the living room, so we will be cosy there (Until we go to bed at least, no central heating)

DH has 3 days contract work this week. It does mean that he will get less government statutory redundancy, but it will come through quicker. And he says he will keep looking for jobs and brushing up on his technical skills
