Phoebe is 7 months 2 weeks, born July 27th

Eshay · 14/03/2005 17:15

Thomas was born on 8 July so he is now 8 months and 6 days.

Sponge · 14/03/2005 17:24

Harry is 7 months and a bit. August 5th.

Xena · 14/03/2005 19:01

Snap Eshay Emma born 8th July too!
I too am guilty of over tumble drier use, washing 5 peoples clothes seems loads more than for 4 and all Em's stuff is little!! I also find that it makes her clothes softer or am I imagining this?

sweetkitty · 14/03/2005 21:46

hi all

Abbie coped very well on her first short flight and I even fed her on the plane. She's like a little plane herself I think she thinks if she flaps her legs and holds her arms out she'll take off around the room, only a matter of time before she realises she has to get her knees up to crawl then the fun will begin.

I'm getting a tumble drier as well in our new house I think the novelty of hanging out washings might quickly wear off.

Lumps going well she loves eating chunks of banana now and toast and cheese, she's not too keen on pasta yet though.

Abbie was born 20th July so is 7 and a bit months.

Hi everyone!

Blake has slept through for three nights on the trot now - until 7.15 a.m. (!), 5.45 a.m. and 6.15 a.m. Hope it lasts...

He was born on 2 August so is seven and a half months old now.

Eshay · 18/03/2005 11:08

What awful news. I am so sorry for you, Spacecadet. Big hugs from me for you and your precious Eve.

Spacecadet · 19/03/2005 19:46

Thanks to everyonewho posted on my thread, Im still in shock I think as I just seem to be acting normal today, i have been cleaning and dont think i ought to be, dh avoids me like the plague and the children avoid me too at the mo except for little em, she gives me one of her big grinscomplete with 2 little teeth and my heart melts, how can i be sad?I am devastated as I have lost 4 babies now but i guess i haveat least got 4 healthy children, they are keeping me going at the mo but in all honesty i do feel very depressed.

Eshay · 19/03/2005 20:39

Spacecadet - I can't begin to imagine what you must be going through. It must be so hard. Glad that little Em's grin is always there to take your mind off things, if only for a second.

MrsEvs · 20/03/2005 16:17

Oh Spacecadet, I am so sorry - it must be so hard for you right now. We are all thinking of you. Much love.

Springchicken · 23/03/2005 15:49

Spacecadet, i posted on your other thread but jsut wanted to say "sorry" again - must be so awful

Thomas is really into trying out his crawling position these days. He can't actually crawl but he loves sitting on his hands and knees. The slight problem with this is that it is becoming impossible to change his nappy. He doesn't stay on his back for longer than 2 seconds. Does anyone have any tips on how to handle this? I've tried putting the nappy on while he is on his front but it's not really an option.
Also, he has started screaming again. I know it will pass but it hurts my ears! Other than that, he is cute as ever and likes to wave hello and clap his hands.

littlerach · 24/03/2005 09:37

Oh, the dreaded screams!! Drives me mad!
And the nappy changing! I give her a toy to hold when she is laid down, even then she rolls over and is off! Maybe kneeling on the chest!!!! (not really)

Hi All,

Hope everyone and their little ones are doing Ok. Still haven't finished catching up on everything that's been happening lately.

Evie has been poorly, she has got a bad chest infection - her cough is so bad it is really hurting her, she spent 2 hours solid just screaming last night - going back to Doctors this afternoon as i think she definitely needs antibiotics.

She's got a few words under her belt now - Dad, Muma, Dog and when you talk to her but she's not interested she just says lalalalalalala.

Crawling back wards but not quite mastered the forwards movements although she is doing great in her walker, she gets exactly where she means to be.

Anyway, enough of my boasting parent routine.

Everyone looking forward to Easter? Are you getting your little ones eggs?

Eshay · 24/03/2005 09:53

Actual words? Wow! Thomas sometimes says mama and dada but it's really not intended for anyone in particular I think. His favourite is still 'nananana'.

littlerach · 24/03/2005 09:56

No words here either! Babbles a bit, and squeals!

We ahven't got either of them eggs, DD1 still has choc from Xmas! We bought hera sylvanian family set of baby twins, Evie has a giraffe for her pushchair! My mum always gets DD1 a new dress, so Evie will get one too, and my sister has got them a handpainted plantpot each with a bunny in, and some mini eggs for DD1.

Harry's only just started saying mama but it isn't about me it's still just noises. He chats away though.
We have the same nappy problems. Straight onto his front once it's off and almost impossible to get the new one on.
He likes getting into a crawling position too, but when he tries to move, his legs just slide out backwards. He can shuffle forwards on his bum though.
Upper middle teeth have just broken through so he's more settled now after a slightly unhappy couple of days with lots of cuddles. 6 teeth now.
He's not my little vampire any more though which I kind of miss.
No choccy for him but dd will get some.

Spacecadet · 24/03/2005 17:14

thanks to everyone who has sent kindwords my way, i have just been diagnosed with menieres desease, so am feeling v down about that too. em has started saying mummum and bubbub.

Eshay · 25/03/2005 09:29

Spacecadet, My dad has Menieres! He's had it for years but it's much better these days. It's a horrible thing to have and he was quite depressed about it for a while but often times it does get better with time. Good luck!

Spacecadet · 25/03/2005 11:41

eshay did he have the vertigo with his menieres?
