Have you tried these people Daisy? We got ours from there and they were reasonably priced and gave very good service.

That house isn't very big, but she loves playing with it at the childrens centre. I like the look of the elc stuff too. And she has also taken to the play kitchen at the children's centre and went straight for the one at the place we went this morning too, so that may be a possibility if we have enough room.

HollyWeen · 16/10/2008 15:42

Daisy, do you have a local independent store? Go in there and look at the P&T, pretend you aren't interested, look at other pushchairs and say you've seen it cheaper on 'tinterweb. Then they'll do you a deal...trust me! I got nearly £100 off mine!

I'm getting one of these for my group! Ardo have just emailed me and said they are going to send me one along with some other stuff! That means I'll have a proper breast pump to hire out to people!

Cool Holly!

LOL jammy. What did he really mean? Or was that it?

have to go and cook... savoury mince with veggy mash and dumplings for the DC and lovely quorn and rice for fatty me. Oh, and treacle sponge and custard.

LackaDAISYcal · 16/10/2008 17:00

Thanks for the link jammy . Was comparable with some of the other prices I've seen, so we've ordered. I am officially a pram hun, our tally of prams is at four now!

Holly, we would love to borrow your cocoon if the offer still stands

Now to decide whether to buy a P&T sleeping bag for DD, or not?

The cocoon is great. We borrowed one. Never tried the sleeping bag.

HollyWeen · 16/10/2008 17:22

I'll send it to you daisy my love. What colour did you get? I bet you're excited! I love a new pram!

LackaDAISYcal · 16/10/2008 18:00

We got the charcoal one. I wanted red but they were out of stock and DH preferred the dark one anyway. DS liked the look of blue camo, but DH and I said NOOOOOO!

He has had some flat lemonade and has managed to keep it down, so we have tried him with some of the broth from my chicken soup.....so far so still in there. He was really perky after his snooze, but Ithink it was the after effects of the medised he had earlier. He is looking decidedly dodgy again now.

I hope he isn't too bad tomorrow as DH has to go to Glasgow and I'll have both of them to deal with.

LO is getting a ladybird wheely bug (courtesy of my win on MN - thank you MN!). My DD1 loves her dolls house - but has only just started to get the most from it. I'd buy a second hand plastic one for now, then a lovely wooden one, 4 stories high which opens up to reveal lots of lovely tiny-weeney stuff. I loved my dolls house - can you tell?

Ohforfoxsake · 16/10/2008 20:01

x-post Trace.

Oh poor Chloe that's not how I imagined it at all. I hope she is OK. How are you and the rest of the family coping?

trace2 · 16/10/2008 20:03

LackaDAISYcal · 16/10/2008 20:05

Glad you are home again Trace....poor Chloe. I didn't realise what the op entailed either. Have they got the infection under control now?

I wanted to pop down and visit you all, but given we are hit with this tummy bug, it probably isn't a wise thing to do at all. I'll email/FB you as we (that's us lot here)have a wee thing for Chloe and a card

LackaDAISYcal · 16/10/2008 21:18
