(grovels and bows to J.K.S) evening your highness
hi all
boring old day here, except that the other mums with cerebral palsy kids on the special needs thread agree it is a Good Thing that Nathan now plays with his hands, ie bashes, pulls, fusses his right hand with his left and uses his left hand to stuff the right one in his mouth .
just finished scrubbing the living room. Kid you not saw a woodlouse come by with a dustfluff bit on his back. time for action . So was still busy with that when dh came home from doing a talk somewhere at 9.30 (anybody else watched Holby tonight - ended up with a sleeping Nathan on my shoulder for most of it could not bring myself to go upstairs)and bless him he sorted out the kitchen/dishwasher despite being knackered.
Things are going better here. Feeling closer again to dh and loving seeing dh and ds totally besotted with each other, so cute.
Nathan has decided he can handle a tommee tippee cup after all cheeky monkey. Decided to offer it again after many refusals, he grabs one handle, stuffs it in his mouth and drinks and leaks but hey.
Ange, hope your mum is ok
you lot mad, what is wrong with all your bodies that you need plastic surgery, especially you ginge, you have borne 5 gorgeous boys with it! Sorry, being pedantic, could never consider it, although I don't particularly like my body, am heavier than I was after the birth I think, but feel a real pride that I have given birth.Oh rant over, sorry
Christmas presents? We don't do them here, well not until Nathan finds out what they are at least. dh used to have a very demanding job with long hours and he has very high standards and I just knew the stress and panic he had trying to think of something for me and find the time to sort it, so or tradition is that we have some really nice food (ie M&S smoken salmon and some chocolates we both love) and go shopping in the sales without guilt.
I think it is time I stop, filling this whole bloddy thread on my own. verbal diarrea.
