NattyTombstoneAndEyeballs · 01/10/2008 21:46

ah ria that sucks. what is the world coming too?

LackaDAISYcal · 01/10/2008 21:46

jammy, a quick question for you.

It's odd how things can tickle us when we're stressed. Glad it gave you some relief though.

LackaDAISYcal · 01/10/2008 21:48

ria, that's crap . Have they called the police? They should take a note of when it happens and even record it so they have evidence.

RiallyEeRiaee · 01/10/2008 21:48

ooo daisy!

RiallyEeRiaee · 01/10/2008 21:49

I am glad a)they aren't that old b) they're just round the corner so me/DH can go at the drop of a hat.

JammyOLantern · 01/10/2008 21:54

Not sure Daisy. (That must sound really stupid.) I'd really not felt right for a few days, but put that down to the bladder infection I had then. But unless I had a really really stupid doctor who didn't spot I was in labour at 12 o'clock (he did an internal examination) I'd say it must have been a sudden onset thing because by 4.15 I was 6cm dilated!

NattyTombstoneAndEyeballs · 01/10/2008 21:54

thats good ria.. least they arnt to old, i had the image of a poor elderly pair watching countdown shaking with fear...

daisy that sounds exciting, how early are you though??

RiallyEeRiaee · 01/10/2008 21:56

I was there last night when it happened for the first time and i was scared

JammyOLantern · 01/10/2008 21:57

Ria, I hope it doesn't go on too long ie they either bugger off or the police sort them out

RiallyEeRiaee · 01/10/2008 22:00

I have said if they ignore it the little swines will get bored. My mum said at least if they're bothering them then they're not piking on someone elderly who is alone. Just need to stop DF and DH going outside after it happens to see if they can spot who it was (thing is, if I spot them chances are I'll know them - being the school dinner lady has it's uses)

JammyOLantern · 01/10/2008 22:08

My gums are really sore. My trip to the hygienist was really painful (financially as well, £45 ) as she cleared all the crud away with her water jet, and they still smart 4.5 hours later

My trip to the reflexologist was nice though. Painful in places too, but only transient and I've been going long enough to know it'll be worth it. And interestingly (in a worrying kind of way) she said I should be very careful with taking the pill as my energy levels are very high and I could easily hear the patter of tiny feet if I'm not careful

Sputnik · 01/10/2008 22:10

Daisy has disappeared after that post. Will her next post be a birth announcement?

LackaDAISYcal · 01/10/2008 22:10

5 weeks natty. I'm sure it's nothing; or maybe things are loosening up in preparation, hence the discharge

OP posts:
JammyOLantern · 01/10/2008 22:12

I'd thought the same think Sputnik

RiallyEeRiaee · 01/10/2008 22:14

ooo jammy!

I think the body getting ready is a farm ore prolonged process as you have more babies. The niggles go on for longer etc. Just to really cheer you up, I did lots of throwing up and stuff in the weeks before baggins was born.

LackaDAISYcal · 01/10/2008 22:14

no such luck sputnik.

natty...sorry for being a bit insensitive

OP posts:
RiallyEeRiaee · 01/10/2008 22:14

that said FAR MORE, nothing to do with animal husbandry! Baggins came on his exact due date too

NattyTombstoneAndEyeballs · 01/10/2008 22:17

oh jammy be careful! sometimes if ur body WANTS to concieve its not overly impossible.. thomas was a pill baby, ellen was a condom baby... so both times we were very careful.. however they were obviously meant to be. (mind u was in the middle of sleep deprivation when concieved ellen, its quite possible we may have plumb forgot! )

NattyTombstoneAndEyeballs · 01/10/2008 22:20

dasiy dont you worry about it, i have a friend due on same day as i was, so believe me i am getting used to talking about babies with other ppl...

anyway im off to bed, im shattered!

night! x

JammyOLantern · 01/10/2008 22:22

Oh Natty, sorry if I've put my foot in it

RiallyEeRiaee · 01/10/2008 22:25

take care natty, good luck to chloe & trace.
Good luck toyou with your ILs jammy. Daisy - don't you be having any babies overnight!
