Hope the rats are outside Fury. I will tell our rat man your top tip.

Sorry you are feeling so crappy Daisy? I recommend putting LO to bed, snuggling down with some hot Ribena and True Movies on Sky

I understand that completely JBM, {hugs} for you. Hope today is better

HellHathNoFury · 29/09/2008 13:32

Another rat bites the dust!

9 down....
? to go

Sorry to hear everyones woes, esp. Bumper.
No advice I am afraid.

I need advice, however.

The man opposite me at work is disgusting. Picks his nose all day. Scratches his bits...INSIDE the trousers. Burps. Sucks and slurps his food.

But he doesn't realise he does it!!
he's a nice person.... just a bit vomit inducing.

What can I do?!

HellHathNoFury · 29/09/2008 13:43

I know what will help...

I'll go and buy a kit kat chunky.
Diet will be out the window but I will feel SO much better.

Ohforfoxsake · 29/09/2008 13:45

Do the same Fury. He probably doesn't realise he does it.

Our rat problem seems to be resolved.

Ohforfoxsake · 29/09/2008 13:46

A peanut kit kat chunky. mmmm. Like peanut buttery kit kat mmmmmm.

LO had her MMR this morning. I gave her chocolate. Wanted to reinforce those pain/chocolate associations we all have!

Ohforfoxsake · 29/09/2008 13:48

Didn't know you and DP were in the same department Fury

Sputnik · 29/09/2008 14:13

Bleugh for your colleage Fury. I once knew someone who had his hand almost contantly on his testicles. Hard to think he didn't realise, but he seemed quite unconcious of it

HellHathNoFury · 29/09/2008 14:17

No he doesn't realise it!! It's VILE.

I can pretend it's not happening but when there is all the slurping at lunch.....bleurgh!

Foxy lol@ your DP

HellHathNoFury · 29/09/2008 14:18

I am TIRED

Full time work and DS not sleeping don't mix.

NattyThomasAndEllen · 29/09/2008 14:24

Ohforfoxsake · 29/09/2008 14:26

{{{{{hugs}}}}}

Sputnik · 29/09/2008 14:26

Oh Natty, I'm so sorry to hear that. Are you ok? (stupid question)

NattyThomasAndEllen · 29/09/2008 14:28

no im not. ive got to have a d&c under anistetic. i cant cope with this

HellHathNoFury · 29/09/2008 14:30

Natty that's awful, I am so so sorry for you

LittleMissNorty · 29/09/2008 14:32

I'm so sorry Natty

justRia · 29/09/2008 14:33

natty.

Ohforfoxsake · 29/09/2008 14:35

Sweetie, we are here, whenever you need to let it out. Just don't disappear, ok?

When are you going in?

NattyThomasAndEllen · 29/09/2008 14:38

next monday. i cant get over the fact ive been carrying my dead baby around, for like 2 weeks, and now ive got to keep carrying it for another week.
i really dont want a general anestetic, and they wont listen

Ohforfoxsake · 29/09/2008 14:42

Oh Natty.

You poor, poor thing.

Sputnik · 29/09/2008 14:48

I guess they can't do it without general anaesthetic?

I had to have this done after DD was born, it's really a very quick thing, you won't know anything.

Sputnik · 29/09/2008 14:49

Awful to have to wait around for a week though.

NattyThomasAndEllen · 29/09/2008 14:52

i dont know how ppl go thru this 6, 7, 8 times, twice is killing me.
if i didnt have the kids i would seriously be hitting the bottle right now.
im going to find something productive to do, cleaning is usually my sanctuary. i cant sit here crying alone no more. DH has crashed on the floor, kids in bed.
might be on later, depends on how i feel. thanks for ur kind words everyone.

xxxx

NattyThomasAndEllen · 29/09/2008 14:55

and they can do it. i had a termination at the same amount of weeks last year. no antitetic and no sedation. its the same procedure. i think its awful that if u choose not to have the baby u have to go thru it and feel everything, but if u miscarry they wont do it. so they are punishing women for teminating. i think that is wrong.

Sputnik · 29/09/2008 14:58

Take care Natty x

Ohforfoxsake · 29/09/2008 15:01

Natty, I am utterly shocked about going through that with no anesthetic or sedation. That's not right, surely. What hospital is it?

I'll be around later - gotta do school run now - but will log on later. FB me if you want.
